So my older MS250 chainsaw broke the other day, right when I needed it the most! Looked online because I thought no one here in town would have the part that broke. Called a few other places, and they said they would have to order the part. Stopped by TCA Outdoor Power and BINGO! They had the part and was very reasonably priced. Found a new favorite place for outdoor power equipment!!

It took 6 weeks to get my riding mower back. I get they are busy...so understandable. But when I brought it in the mower had 60hrs and when I picked it up it had 98hrs on it they left the key on.

Good place to get parts and service for your better lines of outdoor power equipment. Not for big box throw away stuff. Service for Toro, Stihl and others.

Price a carburetor for a leaf blower($12.74 Ebay)...Employee quoted me $40+ for one. I said, No thanks and he replied thanks for supporting your local business...this employee can go pound sand! Will NEVER go back to this place...they probly been ripping people of since day 1.

Bought a Stihl weed eater from them, great group to deal with.

Been waiting 3 weeks for our riding lawn mower to be looked at through a warranty program purchased at TSC. At one point they informed the warranty company they dropped the mower back off to us. Next its being looked at. For the last 3 days its been the same line...we will have a tech look at it and call you back. Never a call back. We have 30,000 sq foot to mow. No expectations were set that we would be waiting this long by the warranty company, the individual who set up the appointment or the individual who picked the mower up. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional and a waste of our time and energy. 🙁UPDATE: Mower was returned on Friday 4/26/19 with the claim the tech could not find anything wrong. Mowed that evening and the yard looked terrible. Very apparent it was mowing unevenly. Took the mower to another small engine specialist who was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Hope you enjoy the money you received from the warranty company for storing our mower for 3 weeks.

TCA is my go to source for Stihl equipment. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Fair prices and great customer service. Everything about this place is first class. I have dealers closer to home but will continue to go to TCA for my outdoor power equipment.
