Walk in and walk out with what you need in short order. Sure happy to have it so close.

I have been going to this store for about two years now. Let me tell you the workers are beyond nice. They show compassion and courtesy that was left in mom and pop stores of long ago. Once my phone died and i needed to call my wife. They let me charge my phone with their personal charger for 30 minutes. Another time when it was about 10 degrees out they let me wait inside the store until they closed and Michael told me if my cab didnt come he would take me home himself. Always friendly always knowledge able about their products. All the staff members deserve a raise in my eyes. By far one of the best customer service experiences i have ever encountered ever. Rented a Rug Doctor with no complications. Even got some tips for getting the machine totally cleaned when returning, appreciated that info!

Used to be a great community hardware store, but with no employees (3) wearing masks -- and certainly no shoppers (6-8) -- no way in the world Im going back, and I used to go a few times a month. Its disrespectful and careless not to have a mask on.

Came to this true value after the True Value at Piedmont called to see if they had the product we needed. Very friendly, helpful. Again great customer service. Great job!

Customer service needs great improvement. Sent my 16 year old daughter to pick up an item. She asked the heavy set male in his 20s where the item was located, he told her the wrong ilse. She asked him again, he would not come out from behind the counter to help her. Mind you there were no customers in the store at the time. Time to hire non lazy people. Spend the extra money and go to the big stores, at least they have customer service and better prices.

Stay away unless you want to catch Covid. they dont care about sick people or old people because none of their employees wear masks.

Great hardware store with tons of stock and friendly employees. So much better than a big box store!
