I went in to have my late fathers watch battery replaced and get an estimate on its value. 35 minutes later I see them in the back still trying to put it back together.. they finally came out handed me the pieces with fingerprints dirt and a huge scratch on the bezel and was to I’d have to take it to a jewelry store so I could get it fixed. Then of course denying the scratch that was clearly not there before. Not only are they dishonest but so incompetent they can’t change a watch battery.

The greatest Pawn Shop Ive ever been in! Not one of those cash for gold rip off places Randolph pawn actually paid me for what my stuff was worth, gold, diamonds, colored stones, everything the other pawn shops wouldnt even take into account. Clean friendly store, and they treated me like a real person. Very knowledgeable, in regards to every question a first time customer could ever have. Way better than what I had in mind, actually it was a-lot like pawn stars. After visiting their store, I was amazed at the large selection of.... Umm.... Everything. Randolph pawn has the right stuff! Im truly amazed in this day and age that there is still a place where you can go, and not be treated like a number. They actually looked me in the eye, helped me through the process and made me feel like one of the family.I went in looking for a garage stereo... Not really looking for anything special, and wound up with a cool home theater system. Looks like my old home stereo is going in the garage. Thanks Randolph Pawn! :)

What a nice place, along with a really funny group of guys working there. I wasnt sure what to expect, but after spending a few minutes checking the place out I really liked what I was seeing. They had more jewelry than a normal jewelry store, and prices that were totally in line for what I needed. My boyfriend even found some tool he had been looking for, and even it was way less than what we were finding on line, or at places like menards... great looking store, with and pretty attentive staff. Great service, fair deals, and a clean shop. I have sold my DVD television series from time to time here, among other things. Came into today, and repurchased some of the DVD sets at a fair/bargained price. Months ago, I was in the shop checking things out when a disgruntled and upset customer came in. Wasnt trying to eavesdrop but the employees kept there cool, even as this individual was throwing derogatory and bad language at them..he pushed his mower out after his ranting and left.

I wish ZERO stars were an option, this place deserves nothing. I had a friend go in to sell her wedding and engagement ring. The guy asked her what she wanted out of it and when she told him he laughed and said I see why you are divorced, youre high maintenance and your face could use some work. Good luck getting that for your rings. ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR. She left the store in tears and is very upset about this, rightfully so. Who treats other humans like that?? And not like she has to defend herself, but she found out her husband was cheating 9 months into marriage, so shes already been through enough as it is. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever heard of. Take your business somewhere else who respects people.
