Cute full-service grocer that exceeded my expectations. We were traveling from out of town and stopped to eat lunch at their cafe. They had a great deli with hot and cold options, plenty of rotisserie chickens, a delicious smelling bakery, and lots of great produce. They also have a full floral department and cards. We took a walk around the store to stretch our legs and we were surprised with how friendly the employees were! Their prices seemed average but the overall service exceeded expectations.

Amazing service every time I visit. Id like to give a shout out particularly to the two women that helped me at the self checkout with my newborn. They went above and beyond, helping me with a coupon and even going to get a couple items for me. They truly made my day with their kindness. Russs and our community are lucky to have these ladies and everyone else that works there! Thank you for all that you do!

Love this Russs Market its my favorite of all. Great staff well managed store and supervised staff properly staffed to meet the stores need. Im yet to find a serious issue at this location. This location is what I recommend to be a model store.

Great stores but, right now, drivers beware. Driveways are a mess with construction projects.

The issues on your health inspection should not need to be pointed out to you. You should have procedures in place to be checking these items daily. Your employees are not interested in helping customers in the deli or the bakery, we are an inconvenience, thank goodness you put in the self serve in the bakery so we don’t have to get the irritating looks and sighs anymore. The only employee that I have come across at this location that is friendly and helpful is Darnell, everyone else is just there for the paycheck and not being taught any customer service skills at all.

The customer service is too slowIt doesnt help people when they request or ask them for their help.

My wife purchased lemon and lime juice earlier today from this location. When we got home and started to use them we noticed the color was a dark brown and both smelled badly. I told my wife its no big deal, lets just take it back. Apparently taking a return to this location is a big deal.I understand about some things but a food quality concern is pretty cut and dry. I wont feed my family something questionable.The return clerk was rude and unhelpful. She rolled her eyes when my wife bought these in and asked HOW we knew they were bad. Its very simple because we saw it and smelled it. My wife had the receipt from her purchase earlier in the day and brought it with her. The clerk was annoyed that we didnt have the tag that came around the top of the bottle because how was she supposed to do the return without the bar code?. Thats usually what a receipt is for if Im not mistaken. Ive never been to a retailer that puts up as much of a fight about a return on lemon and lime juice.Understand that the attitude and lack of people skills displayed by a member of your staff has lost your company our business. Groceries can be purchased from anywhere and at the end of the day if you cant set yourself apart with a high level of customer service than you have nothing to offer.

I want to thank all the staff at this Russ Market for providing everyone there with water bottles and even some bread so we wouldn’t be as scared. The customer service is great and I highly recommend this store and appreciate all they did. If they wouldn’t have left their doors open and put all of us in the back we could have died. So thank you (and they deserve a raise, because they were truly heroic).

This is closer than Walmart. If I need something quick, I like to go here. I am always getting hamburgers or steak here. Always satisfied! I have never had any problems. Check out is usually speedy due to self checkout. The place is always clean and well stocked. I ordered from the cafe once a long time ago. The food wasnt too bad. Since it was only one time, I cant say how good everything else is. Parking is always easy to find here as well.

A great locally store with good customers service, friendly staff, njce produce and lots of local products.

I shop at this location because it is fairly close to my house. The spirits cashiers are always upbeat and fun and quick. The normal cashier aisles have always been slow when Im there and usually takes longer than the norm to get through a checkout. Good store though. Friendly staff.

Their organic and sustainable selection could be improved, but overall its a decent grocery store. The deli counter is pretty fantastic as a cheap Americana diner. The food there is dependably tasty.

Store, has really came along way since there re-model. Produce has really stepped up! sales on meat are usually pretty good, still have a few items thats cheaper else where, laundry detergent, Cereal, some frozen foods. All and All a good store.

I want to thank the employees for their amazing service. During the tornado they made sure everyone was safe and okay. They are superheros and deserve a raise or recognition.

I go there the first Sunday of each month. I really enjoy their breakfast. The really enjoy their # 3. I substitute a pancake instead of toast.

Customer Service is the worst. I went thru the self- checkout, had a problem with the first machine, attendant moved me to a different machine. In doing so she stated that I would not be double charged. Well, needless to say I was and per their records I was not but according to my bank after a personal visit there with receipt in hand I was in fact charged twice within two minutes. Needless to say only the required visits will now take place at Russ’s.

I really like this store. A nice young girl helped me and my son out with my our groceries. Im probably wrong but I help they hope theyre well-paid.

Well we like deviled egg potato salad and they are always out. Plus what we did get did fill the pound container to the top. I ordered 1pd and 1/2 do i dont know. Other then that it was good.

Great prices, quality, and almost always have everything Im looking for. They add new stuff all the time! And the remodel took a minute getting use to, but I do like it!

Decent selection, decent prices. Best deal to look for is 6-8 end of the day donuts for $1.99 from the bakery. If you want better and pricier, especially for meat, try Hy-Vee. If you want higher quantity, even bulk, at lower prices, try Super Saver. Russs Market splits the difference.

This store is a wonderful store to go visit I stopped there to get lunch at the deli and they have such a great selection I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to get the food was excellent and the prices are also very good I would highly recommend this store for shopping for groceries and the deli if you just need to stop and pick something up on the way home for dinner.

Regardless of the amount of people in there im always in and out very quickly. I frequent there and i am always greated by happy staff. Some of the staff even go out of their way to see how my recovery is going (serious work injury).

Nice friendly staff never disappointed like 17th and Washington. That ones so Ghetto no other word for it. But I like this one think ima have to drive the little extra for good service and less rude ppl.

This is my regular store. I eat here at least five times a week for lunch on my way to work and they know me and treat me like a friend. Also the best fried chicken in town! Beats the Colonel hands down.

What I like about this place is they take your groceries to your car, not that I let them do that for me but many do need that kind of service

I really like the pharmacy staff but other than that their prices are really high and their produce like the bagged lettuce is usually pretty bad

When will I ever learn! I got food poisoning again from Russ IGA deli. I bought chicken from their deli today, had it for dinner, and am sicker than a dog from food poisoning. THIRD time this year! Ugh!! UPDATE- March 22nd evening- I provided my contact info two days ago via their email per their request and of course no respnse!

They think they are 5 star and charge accordingly, but on the rare occasion that I go there, they dont have what I needed and I end up driving half way across town. Grrrrrr!

This place has the best lunch deal in town, 2 chicken tenders 2 sides for $5.00. Id put their chicken tenders up against anyones, KFC, Popeyes, DQ and Caines. Just wish they had some buffalo dipping sauce.

I have been to this grocery store a couple of times. Their produce is not great and its expensive for what youre getting. This store is closer to my house than a Super Saver so I stopped by to get some milk.

Once again I love russ market. Especially ther deli

Every so often there is a change in personnel, so you have to get to know another bunch of people and vice versa!
