Gauntlet games is my favorite store in Lincoln. Staff is always nice and if they dont have what you want they can likely order it. Plenty of room for gaming; including space for board games, miniatures and table top games. Theres even two separate rooms set up for private troe playing groups. There is no charge to use the area or even for rental of their very large game library. 100 out of 100.

The staff at Gauntlet will do everything they can to help you find what you need, while making you feel like you truly belong. Theyre knowledgeable about their games, figures and paints. Scott is a joy to be around, and loves sharing tips and tricks about painting figures.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Amazing collection of minis and games. We were able to find a table top game we were looking for for the last few months AND my kiddo was able to spend his hard earned allowance on some minis for painting. They also have an awesome supply of acrylic paints! The staff was friendly, helpful and a joy to visit with! We e will definitely be coming back here again soon!

Great local game store. The staff definitely knows what they are talking about. They have a great play area for games of all sorts. They have a nice game selection as well. The only thing keeping this from 5 star review is that their prices are beatable. But when it comes to supporting local, I love shopping here.

This place has an awesome selection of TTRPGs, board games, and all the fun accessories and goodies that go along with them.They have a huge selection of D&D and fantasy miniatures Nolzurs and Reaper, as well as others, not to mention all the paints, brushes, basing materials, and accessories that go along with them. (No, they dont come painted - that part was me).

Best place in town for board games and such, you can even play their huge selection of games in the back people left for others to play for free. Great community of people that come through regularly. If they dont have the game youre looking for, they will find it.

Been going for years. I like that it is a locally owned by other hobbyists. They have stepped it up a notch and upgraded the store recently making it even more appealing to me. Ive always been treated fairly and kindly. There is a really social aspect between the staff and customers. I think this is a good thing but it can mean you wait for checkout as they finish discussing the most recent games/expansions etc. If that bothers you, there is an online store. Personally, that is the stuff that brings me back here instead of the chains or online shopping.

On a Saturday afternoon the game table area was busy with lots of 30-50 year old men. I was the 2nd female in the place. That being said, staff and guests were super helpful and there were lots of games available to play, in addition to lots of great games for sale and snacks. 3.5 stars

Our truck broke down in Lincoln, NE on our way from MA to OR. So, we made the best our of a hard situation and visited Gauntlet Games while our truck was being repaired. They have a great selection, helpful staff, and our experience here was top notch! We plan to stop by again once a year on our annual roadtrip through Lincoln.

Visiting from out of town and always stop by local game stores. This is a great little shop with a good selection. Found one of the games I was looking for that was out of stock in my local shop. The girl behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. Really glad I stopped in.

It took me the longest time to find a local store that sells dungeons and dragons things. Boy do they got a selection. From paints, to a wall full of minis, to large sections of regular board games too. They also have excellent customer service. Cant find what youre looking for? Just ask and they might include it in their weekly stock switch up.

Great local game store business. Love to support local businesses when I can, especially when they have my favorite hobby of board games and D&D at their location. Great selection of board games. Tons of miniatures for those looking for RPG items. Owner is usually there and great to talk with. Store has some great community stuff going on in the open back area most of the time and looks like a ton of fun. I just wish I lived closer and had more free time to join in on the action. Prices are a little high, but youre supporting local owners and ensuring a community space for people to come by take part in.

Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful, they have tons of games that you can just walk in and play for free which is absolutely fantastic. They have a wide variety of card and board games and plenty of space to sit down and play games.

I stopped by while out of town (I always try to see the FLGS) and they did not disappoint. Its a large store with a great selection of of board games, RPGs and war games, plus a huge gaming area. The clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Started going here a while ago and I love it! The guy who helped me at the counter was very helpful and friendly, knew exactly what he was talking about. Wasnt afraid to show me stuff he personally found awesome when it came to the way miniatures are painted. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to find a place to start for certain hobbies or even finding fun board games.

Love going to Gauntlet. I go there every Sunday and play a tabletop game. Usually one of the owners plays with the group. All the people are really nice. The clerk always says hi too.

Great place to buy gaming products for D&D in town. Decent selection of miniatures and books and paints as well as dice and brushes and other things you might need.

Tons of board style games for sale. Reaper and wiz kids minis. Army painter, velajo, citidal paints and brushes. They also have tons of dice. Tools for painting and sculpting with green stuff. All sorts of terrain fluff for mini bases as well. Great customer service, a little higher priced for some things but worth it for the service and atmosphere and to support your local hobby store.The have a pathfinder league and about half the store is tables for playing d&d, star wars etc.

Nice Guys. They have game you can play free of charge. Just select one of their demo games and sit down at one of their many tables and play.We have a Meetup group that meets once a month to game at this location. The guys at Gauntlet Games have been terrific hosts.

Ive been going here for over a year and have never had any problems. The people at the front are really nice (Especially the sunday guy) and the people inside are really cool. I picked up Betrayel and the purchase was really smooth. I will keep on coming.

Your typical FLGS. Mainly focused on board games and minis games, you can usually find a pick up game on the weekends. They also have a Pathfinder/Starfinder Society group, so if thats your bag, they have it. The staff can be a bit distracted at times, but they know their games and can give you a recommendation based on their honest experience.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars ... I’ve been in so many times and have experienced nothing but rude comments and poor service here. At first I thought maybe I had come in on an off day or the employee was just having a hard time, until it kept happening and happening. Then, after asking around, come to find out that I have three different female friends who routinely ask their male friends to pick up their items, because they receive the same rude treatment as me. Their friends don’t, interestingly. So I went digging further in my community (believe it or not - a lot of girls play games, build, and collect) and I found a massive network of women who feel disrespected by this place, and men supporting their claims. It’s no secret. GG can operate their business however they want, but I hope they know that this directly affects their bottom line. I drop thousands on the kind of products they sell, but I’ll never do it in this store again. There are so many great store options out there - I really suggest to anyone looking that you find another one.

Gauntlet Games is one of the few real Tabletop gaming stores left in Lincoln. They have a wide variety of board games, many that are award winning European games, as well as minitures and figurines for games such as, Warhammer 40K, Blood Bowl, Bones and Malefeux.There are a few tables for gaming, Saturday night can get very busy, and not alot the space is available in the late afternoon. Plan accordingly if you want your game group to meet here.I enjoy the wide variety of board games you can try out in the store as well. There is usually a Zombicide game going or a other box game you can get into.All ages are welcome, and is angood place for your tabletop and tabletop Roleplaying game needs as well.
