We had WW replace our windows & siding. Love the new look & now that its cold, we love the new warmth. Would use them again, nice people.

Not a good experience, we will never use these windows in our next home nor will we refer anyone for these. We purchased all new windows for our home last 10/2020, so these windows are not even a year old. We have had nothing but trouble since they have been installed which we were told they no longer have those individuals on the installation crew, not sure if that was to make me feel better. NOT MY PROBLEM as we paid the money for windows so now these need to be up to standard. Within the 1st couple months we had several windows that frosted over & we were not able to see out of them, the trim around windows was damaged, clips were missing etc. After several times of calling & emailing with no response back & being snipped to from one of the workers we finally got someone out to fix the windows, or so we thought. Here we are only a few months later & I cannot see out of 2 of our bedroom windows. With a quick response email so they think I am being taken care of I had to email again. No call just an email saying we think its in the best interest to order new sashes for the windows to make them feel good that they have reached out to satisfy me. NOT.

Horrible customer service!!Dropped in, to ask about a window, if Window World had one had or could make it. An employee met me at the door. Unlocked it. And said they were appointment only and pointed at the sign. I apologized and said I had a quick question. After I asked him, he quickly said they were a custom window maker and that anything would be at least 10 weeks out.I said, oh, Im sorry. That wont work.He quickly said, Fine. And then shut the door and locked it in my face.I will not EVER recommend Window World to anyone EVER! I will tell this customer service story to anyone that ever asks about windows in the future.The part time high school employee at Menards treated me with more respect and better service than that Window World employee.Shameful.

Did a good job. Please make sure you are there for the install and make sure all windows working before they leave.

Product had flaws and replacements were flawed situation not yet resolved.

Window World has come out several times over the last couple of years to repair windows under warranty. The windows were installed over 6 years ago by the previous owner. We transferred the warranty. Window World has always come out and fixed the windows without any issue or cost. They came when promised. Windows have generally worked fine and are well insulated. Tilt in design is much easier to clean than old windows. Chris at the Lincoln office is always pleasant to work with.

We got our new windows installed yesterday! We love them! It just took forever to get them :)

Happy with the product and work of window world

I just had Window World come out and install 2 egress windows in my basement and one picture window in my bathroom. I am not pleased at all by Window World of Lincoln NE. First we were suppose to have our windows installed in August after we had paid at beginning of July, it is now Mid October when Window World finally started installing. Second they did not prepare my windows for rain when they installed them and installed said that he did and my whole basement flooded, I pushed and emptied water from my basement for 6 hours without any help or compensation from Window World and when called to voice my frustrations to the franchise own in Lincoln NE he hung up on me twice and refused to talk to me or take care of his customer. Third Window World sales rep told us we would have to move our sprinkler lines back from the house to install windows, in which they then covered my sprinklers with a foot of dirt and left so now my yard is messed up and lines won’t work under a foot of dirt. Fourthly the company they contacted to dig the wholes hit our house and ruined our siding with a excavator knocking our bathroom countertop and sink off of our cabinets. Fifthly once the egress windows were installed, the wells were installed too low and don’t let our windows open down stairs because they run into the covers, so if my children need to escape they would not be able too. Sixth they put holes in my bathroom wall after install and didn’t not fix making me to fix them myself with no compensation what so ever, also got glue all over my cabinets in my bathroom, nor did they clean the mess when done in the bathroom. My wife calls the next day and the franchise owner of Window World gives her the run around and doesn’t call her back or answer any of her questions, no refunds, no nothing. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life for a product and a service. I have never encountered anything of this nature to the customer and I have worked in customer service my whole life. I would not use Window World of Lincoln NE for your windows and I will make sure to tell all not to use either. Currently called back and tried to get answer to my complaint and what he was going to do to fix the problem and refused to talk to me and urgently gets off the phone with me.

First team of installers was throwing tools into the street because they did not want to work, I had to kick them off my property. Salesman sold me a window the SECOND install team could not install. Owner would not refund me for the window that they could not install. Terrible experience through and through would not recommend.

Windows are great, installation awesome, fast and done right. almost? some problems with caulking, probably from the heat. they did come back and fix most of the ones we needed done. but thats because part of their problem is communication. there was some damage to our brand new guttering and nothing was communicated with us on that. so I have filed a dispute with our credit company because I wanted it fixed. then out of the blue, (again no communication) it was half assed fixed. instead of the one piece from the guttering to the down spout they cut it off and put a new piece in...but it doesnt seat to the guttering like it should. still going to dispute because I want if fixed right. like I said, new guttering. if it was older I probably would care..but I spent a lot of money on it I want it right. anyway point is they never called to say when they would be there or anything. and a window or two still not caulked correctly. may have to just do it myself. but overall, yes great window. then the other problem is the windows we got, double hung, even a small garage window is the same as our others. seems kind of high for that small window. also their advertisement is misleading, I believe it says $268 installed. we paided $400 each double hung...even for each small one, 12 x 29 . but thats why I have to rate them two or two and a half stars. they could be if not for the communication issue and half ass fix job on their damage to my guttering, and the advertising / price of smaller windows, Id give them 5 stars.

Products and customer service is awesome

Giving 1 star because of the sales gimmicks they use. Saw the add for $189 install window, called them and asked what does it include, I knew that its impossible to get it installed for so cheap, this why I called. The lady that I talked promises that it wont be no more than $300 if just a regular installation, also red flag. Sales guy came, was nice, but he told me that they dont install for $189 anymore, that was before nebraska passed the law about having uv protection on it, so cheapest install is $250. Long story short, they uses gimmicks to upsell and I dont want deal with the company that does that, because most likely they will find other things when they will do installation. Im in sales my self, so I know those tricks, Im not cheap and have no problem paying for window install, but cannot trust them just because the way they sell. I went with a different company, they quoted me one price and this what I payed them, no upsell or anything.

They did not show up when scheduled to show up. Communication was very poor. Wasted my time twice when they said they said they would show up. They acted like it wasnt a big deal and couldnt schedule a time to show up for the next week.

Horrible customer service, quoted 5 weeks and installed it 12 weeks.
