The entire process of replacing our French Door with a Pella Door was fantastic! Our salesperson Debbie was prompt and courteous and provided us timely information on our project. The installers were courteous and on time and did a great job of installing the door. We love our Pella Door. Not only does it look great, but it reduces the outside noise so much we dont even know there is a busy street behind us! I highly recommend Pella for the quality and great service! If I have to replace doors or windows in the future were going with Pella!

We worked with Aaron Busch to replace some damaged windows on our new (20 year old) home. We had never had wood windows before and were very clueless about how to care for them and how to recognize when they needed replacement. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable about the Pella window line and answered all our questions including our detailed care questions. We had to wait awhile for installation due to just the increase in people doing home repairs, but we were very happy with the crew and results when the job was complete. The crew was so good and detailed oriented. The process was much more seamless than I expected.We have now placed another order to replace a few more windows and even decided to get a storm door for better air flow and new basement door with built in blinds for privacy because we felt that Aaron’s advice about caring for our existing windows would help us ultimately save money. I ordered a new Pella sliding glass door, the last of our pella windows to be installed in our home. Don Fellows, the Pella Sales representative who assisted us, was very professional and guided us through the purchase process with ease. The installation team, ACS, did quality and efficient work. The team leader Adam, was personable and keep us informed as the installation progressed. *Note- during this time of quarantine- everyone who came into our home -from sales to installation- were mindful of the extra steps needed to be taken to keep all of us healthy.

Holy smokes! I dont know what else to say. I recently bought a cabin in the woods. Sounds great, just like in the movies. The only problem was, the Front Door was placed in the rear of the cabin AND it was a solid door that eliminated the best parts of the view. A beautiful pond sat below the cabin and it was simply not visible from inside the home. In order to see the soft rain hit the pond water, we literally had to leave our cabin and go outside to enjoy it.I probably would have left it that way, but my wife had more sense than that. We called Pella to see if they could help us with the issue. Pella sent a gal named Debbie Ruhlman out. She immediately recognized the problem and suggested the solution we ultimately went with. Pull the door and a smaller side window and replace it with an 8 slider. This required a fair amount of work. Creating the space, installing a header, inserting the new structure and repairing the workspace to its beautiful original condition.Thats where Zac Heusinkvelt and his crew......Travis, Josh, John and a host of others from time to time, came in. At one point I had 7 people working. They were spectacular. It really was the best experience I have had with contractors and some of them even became friends.I thought all of this might cost 20k when I started. Debbie even threw in a couple window screens that were broken, a new matching handle with a rekeyed lock on the other patio door, and adjusted a door that was sticking. Final cost came in at less than 8 thousand dollars. Ridiculous really. If you have struggled with the idea of repairing or upgrading, you must give these guys a shot. Pella Rocks! Dan

DO NOT GO HERE! We went into their store for a garage door, but the “salesman” must have thought we couldn’t afford a Pella door for our brand new house on an acreage. He was incredibly rude and said off the bat, “just so we don’t waste anyone’s time, this is the base price range we are at.” My husband and I couldn’t believe that he wouldn’t ask us what we were looking for and our budget. We were hoping to look at door options, but they are in the process of moving and only have windows in the showroom. After how we were “greeted” we knew we were not going to spend our money at Pella. We immediately went to The Door and Window Store and got great customer service and was able to see door options. I wish we would have went there first, but we will be giving them our business. Making assumptions and talking down to people are not how you make a sale! Hope to prevent someone else having a similar experience.

Had our side door replaced last week. The installers were Luke & Brian. They did an excellent job with the install and cleaned up after themselves. The door is awesome. Always high quality with Pella Windows and Doors. I might add that Debbie was the best sales specialist to work with!!!

We had damaged windows from a hail storm, Pella sent a tech out to measure, and get a paint match on the sashes. When the installation crew showed up, everything fit and they were in and out and cleaned up in less than 2 hours. Very professional from beginning to end.

I have never had an experience quite like working with Pella of Lincoln. They were extremely responsive right up until you pay your deposit...We did get our windows installed, but the installers left without doing a walk through. Of the 11 windows I had installed at least 5 have damage. A brand new window should not be scratched. Getting someone to come out to view the one window took weeks, Im not hopeful for the others.I would look at another retailer if youre in the market. I was always told Pella had the best windows, if that is true Id hate to see the other guys because this is pathetic.Let another message today 11/29/2019 and may update this review if/when they call.BUYER BEWARE.

Everything was great, from salesperson Debbie to installers Zac, John, and Travis. I considered pocket replacements from different suppliers rather than full window replacement with trim, but Im really glad I decided to go with full. Windows themselves are Impervia fiberglass, and they look great next to the wood trim. Installers were friendly and efficient, and they did a great job in bad weather. Im very happy with service, product, and price.

Our salesperson was Debbie Ruhlman. I would recommend her to anyone/everyone. We did have some problems (french doors arrived & installed (good job), but they were the wrong color! Beautiful, but not what we ordered. Debbie came over, checked the order & said I think we are going to have to replace the doors. Some weeks later, the new doors arrived & again installed very well. Debbie made us feel that there was no doubt that our order would be completed & we would get what we paid for. She was exceptional & so were the installations. We love our doors. I have always heard good things about Pella windows from other people. We went to the Pella store where we met Dan Kensinger, who helped us every step of the way, he came to our house the same afternoon to look at the window area, helped us pick colors, type of window, shades, always returned our calls right away. We decided on a bay window we had Josh and John who installed our window they were very punctual, professional, payed attention to detail, worked together like a well oiled machine. I was very impressed with the job they did . They did a great job cleaning up the mess, vacuumed. We had to have all our windows replaced in our home from a storm and Corey Kull came out after the insurance adjuster said just two windows needed replaced. Corey found damage on all of the windows so that saved us alot of trouble in the future. He was so great to work with and very timely and responsive. Give Corey a call if you want great service!

After getting 5 different quotes and a lot of research, I decided to go with Pella Impervia. Debbie Ruhlman helped customize the interior of each window while keeping the outside all matching. The installation crew was able to accommodate our design choices by making some windows bigger and varying trim. I am very pleased with the results.

My wonderful Pella experience started with Debbie and Aaron showing up to give estimates (to replace eight bedroom windows and a giant living-room picture window), and was completed with them bringing cookies on the last day of installation. Debbie searched for special wood-stain and outside-color options, and everything turned out beautiful. The installation crew (Luke and John) did a fantastic (and clean) job. They didnt seem to mind me occasionally watching and asking questions. There was even a Pella inspector who visited on both days of installation (as did Debbie) to chat with me about the work. Im so happy to have windows that I can now open! Ill certainly be back in touch with Debbie if I decide to replace other windows in the house.

Had a good experience, no issues and install was smooth. Only issue we had is our initial sales guy was difficult to get ahold of and eventually several weeks passed by after multiple attempts to contact him. However, I asked for a different sales guy and he was very responsive. Our experience from there was good.

Appalling customer service. Worse than no stars. A great product with a local operation that does not care a bit about service. The original door was poorly installed. Impossible to get replacement parts. Service call postponed repeatedly and this third time without informing me. Long waits on calls only to be transfered repeatedly. Not worth your time or money.

It was a 25 year old version that had gotten rotten and looks identical if not better than it ever was.Nick Wilson was my salesman, who came out and analyzed the situation and accommodated me very well. We were in the process of selling our home and the buyers insisted on replacement (that was needed for sure), but we were in a deadline before closing. He made it happen, constantly staying in touch with me throughout the process. Their technology was top notch...all done right on the spot.Each appointment brought prompt service with professionalism. We had a big bay window put in and a sliding glass door in our basement within the past 3 years. We have been very impressed! We could tell right away and still to this day the difference in room temperature! The installation was fast and the windows were affordable. We had to replace a rotting bay window in my Dads old house in Lincoln. The new Pella window was pricey but absolutely beautiful, and the installers did a fantastic job. Very pleased.
