We had some storm damage and got the insurance company involved. They offered to pay a portion of the roof so I contacted Home Solutions of Nebraska. Wow! Glad I did. These guys are like Hail Lawyers! They came out and did the initial assessment and provided the insurance company with 100s of photos of the damage they missed. The insurance company brought another adjuster out and couldnt believe the other adjuster missed. It helped to have HS of NE document the damage. During the negotiation process with the insurance company is where HS really shines. Tyler was able to get the insurance company to provide us more money with our loss because he was able to explain to them and show them examples of what was damaged. They went to bat for us. Once repairs were done HS got all the contractors lined up and all work was quality and thorough. The replaced items looked better than when originally installed! The roof went on quick and in one day once it was ready. Our neighbors had a crew work a week and HS worked the entire day to complete the project so our roof wasnt left without shingles. Really glad I found this company. I will not hesitate to call them again if we should receive more storm damage. Without a doubt I would have been screwed by our insurance company if it wasnt for these guys! Thank you!

Home Solutions of Nebraska worked on our house in 2017 and again in November of 2020. The hail got my roof, siding, gutters and windows. Thats a lot of stuff to work on all at once the day after a severe storm. I dont have the friendliest schedule to meet with all the people that you have to meet with to deal with these things. It looked like Home Solutions was doing the majority of the homes in my area. So, I asked around to the contractors and builders that I know and they all gave Home Solutions their praise. Everyone seemed to know Justin and I was told he was always there to talk to and insure things were right along the way. He came over when the adjuster was there and he found 4 major things that I and the adjuster would have totally overlooked. When the siding crew came to side the house they were there at 8AM every day and they worked non stop. When I asked about doing something a certain way they listened and understood what I was saying and got it done. I would look at their work every night after they left, thinking I would find something that they overlooked that I needed to point out to them when they returned in the morning, but I couldnt find anything out of place. They were a good crew and polite and personable as well. They left the grounds spotless, not a shred of scrap, not a nail, not an empty wrapper, nothing. The gutter guys were really good too, they even did some clean up that was above and beyond what they were expected to do. Usually when you have so many replacement projects all at one time there are always a few things that dont go exactly how you wanted them to, but Home Solutions literally redid the entire exterior of my house and I am totally elated with the outcome and with a lifetime warranty no less.. I totally recommend.

I hired Home Solutions of Nebraska to replace my roof and gutters after the storm in May. I called Home Solutions of Nebraska the day before my insurance adjuster was scheduled to look at the damage. Mike from Home Solutions of Nebraska squeezed an inspection in to his schedule that day as well as took the time to be at the appointment with my insurance adjuster the next day. We had no problems with his crew. The jobs were done in the approximate time and timing that we initially agreed on (those that were in his control). Had a new roof put on a couple of years ago. A year later, I called Justin and asked him if he could come out and clean leaves from the gutter guard. He came out and cleaned them fir nothing. NOW, we have had a humungous snow. Called Justin to see if he could get snow off the edges of my roof. He came out, cleared all around the roof and cleared away around the roof vents. I now feel comfortable knowing that I wont have to worry about ice dams on my roof causing leaksTHANKS JUSTIN!For those wanting to know, the cost for removing the snow from the roof was $100.00. A good measure of any contractor is how they manage hiccups, and there are always hiccups on every project, no matter who you hire. Justin and his team recently added 1 rigid foam insulation and replaced my siding, fascia and screens. There were hiccups along the way, but Justin and his crew did a fantastic job of addressing these. They listened and responded, and were true to their word; that they wanted me to love the results and I do. They are true-to-form Nebraskans who care about their customers and will do what it takes to make sure every job is done right.

We ultimately decided not to go that route, but they did provide many ideas, took a lot of extra time measuring and pricing out options, and were also gracious when we changed our minds. One thing we liked about this company is that they dont contract out to other companies-- all the workers are Home Solutions employees. Highly recommended!
