We had our front and back doors replaced by Bristol. I love them! They look great, work great, and the installation was well done. We will definitely use them again. From start to finish, it was a great process.

We got new windows in June. All I can say is I love them. We went to a home show and visited with gentlemen and he sent a salesman to our house. Doug is veryoutstanding explained everything and answer all questions. Next came the gentleman to measure the windows very professional. Then last came the windows with two gentleman to put them in. Very professional but also had a funny side where we could vist and laugh. When they done explained how they worked and cleaned up all old windows insulation and anything else and they also had to work around or flower beds and did not hurt one flower. We plan on replacing more windows in the future and they will be Brisol so worth the money. Thanks for wonderful service.Tami Otto

We had all our windows (15 of them including a large picture window and a frosted bathroom one)replaced with Bristol 5 years ago.Initially there was a problem with one of them, we called and a technician came out very quickly, fixed the problem then returned a month later to check on us.We are extremely happy with them and Im very confident that we wont have any problems with the windows in the future, however I am also confident that we can count on the company should any problems arise.

Pros:The windows keep out the dust & dirt as promised. They seem to help with the maintenance of the temperature within the house. Installers were fast & friendly. Office staff dealt with a referral issue in a friendly professional manner.Cons:The windows do let in more noise than expected. The salespeople are too pushy. They continued to call both before & after installation to look for referrals & then reviews.Conclusion:Over all a good company to work with. Though we have not yet tested how the warranty holds up.

We had a sliding patio door installed 4 years ago. It was getting tough to open and close, and they came out within a couple days, replaced the wheels and now it works better than new! Highly recommend!!

The best windows out there. We compared to others of comparable quality and Bristol was definitely a cut above and the price quoted was actually less then lesser quality competitors. We were very happy with the installation process and have always been treated with the utmost respect by each Bristol employee. You cant go wrong with Bristol windows. The transferable warranty is pretty darn amazing as well!

We purchased Bristol windows several years ago and have been very happy with them. Besides replacing a couple screens that our farm cats like to tear up, we havent had any issues. Easy to clean, etc. Great investment.

We called Bristol right after the first of the year to find out more about their product. By the middle of February we had our new windows installed and loved them with all the cold weather and snow we had for the next few month. Our salesman, Chris was great. He explained everything and answered all of our questions in detail. He didn’t pressure us at all and gave us many options and very good advice when we asked for it. Installation was very easy. Two guys came and had our entire house done in less than 2 days. They cleaned up inside and out after themselves. Bristol windows are definitely worth the money. We noticed the difference in our heating bills right away. Definitely give Bristol a call and spend the extra money.

We are the proud new owners of 8 new windows, 1 amazing patio door and 4 exterior doors! The 2 installers were efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. They kept in touch so we knew when they were coming each day. The windows are so cool, I just love them. 2 of the windows were large windows in front of the house and I havent even bought any curtains yet because I dont want to cover them up!

We love our Bristol windows. All of our main windows are from Bristol. We have 6 double hung, 2 crank with a picture window, 2 double sliders and a single slider egress window in our home and we love all designs. The triple pane windows are energy efficient. We purchased half of our windows in the mid 90s and completed replacement just a few years ago and they match perfectly. The windows we installed in the 90s are still in good condition. Their installers are efficient, skilled and friendly. We would highly recommend Bristol’s products and their service.

I viewed Bristol window sales booth this past Sept. at a fair. My wife and I were impressed with their demonstration and the features. We ordered 8 windows for the main floor of our house. The measurement crew and salesman were very thorough. We only had to wait 8 weeks for our custom windows . Our city bldg. And Svc. Dept mislead the installer and office on permit requirements but Helen and Jeremy were very professional and worked through this road bump. The installation was quick and they also cleaned up inside and out. It is -5° F now and have zero infiltration. I can not recommend them high enough for their great windows and pain-free experience.

Ive had Bristol replace 8 of my windows in the past 3 years and I couldnt be more pleased!!! Installers were professional, courteous, and took into account the cold weather conditions outside at the time of install (closing doors, doing one window at a time & getting things done quickly but with quality workmanship). After install, the rooms I had windows installed in were noticeably warmer after just a short elapsed time and cooler now that warmer weather has come. The windows are quality construction, sturdy and perform just as advertised. WOULD HIGHLY recommend Bristol Windows Nebraska!! If Google allowed more stars, theyd get loads more from me.

We have had our Bristol windows for almost three years. We are so happy with our decision to go with Bristol. The installation was quick, the workers were polite, and the clean up was amazing. I am a huge fan of the fold-in feature that allows me to reach the entire window while standing in the same spot. It makes cleaning them a breeze. We also love the half screens, especially in the summer. It saves us from having to remove the entire screen to put in our window air conditioners. Would do it all over again!

Got bristol windows and a patio door a little over 2 years ago. Sales reps were very knowledgeable. About 2 months ago developed a leak at the bottom of the patio door . They got someone out to look and fix it right away.

Windows stood up well over the time weve had them installed (about 10 years). great for energy efficiency. Nebraska weather is hard on the screens. only ding on the process was some difficulty with the trim out on the inside.

We have had Bristol Windows for 5 years or more, and they are wonderful at keeping out the cold in the winter time and heat in the summer. We havent had too many issues but when we did they came and fixed them at no charge.

We have Bristol windows installed Oct 19, 2012 and we have a couple of problems. One of the windows has air coming around it. The other has a lever that broke when opening the window to clean the glass. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the windows.

Contacted bristol about replacing some hail damaged windows. A salesman final showed gave me an outrageous quote. I submitted it to my insurance company in which they asked for more information. Mr. Tom Werning with Bristol Windows refused to give the requested information, so i guess i wont be using the scam window company.
