I am always so pleased every time I have an appointment at Target Optical. The associates working the front desk/registration area are always pleasant and cheerful, and the doctor is so sweet and very knowledgeable. They are always willing to go the extra mile to let you try out a new product to see if its a good fit before you place a full order. They are also super helpful when it comes to insurance, and we all know how much of a pain that can be!

My experience at Target Optical was fantastic. Highly recommend. From the streamlined check-in process, to the eye exam with Whitney, to the super helpful Amber who helped me understand the best way to use my vision insurance for myself and my daughter, I felt like I mattered. Target optical also has surprisingly good prices on frames and lenses.

I have had a couple of bad experiences with eye care places the last few years. But Target Optical was top-notch. I enjoyed Whitney, the OD. She was very professional and even fun! In addition, she gave me more information about my dry eyes issues than anyone Ive gone to in the last decade! My last glasses neve worked quite right, and I was constantly taking them off or putting on my computer glasses for close work. I just got my new specs from Target and they are the best pair of glasses Ive had in recent memory! I will definitely keep going to Target Optical and recommend them, highly.
