Good GameStop. Staff was kind, selection was nice. Overall a great store if you like games.

Great and friendly customer service. They double checked to see if a sale was still going on and offered to print of a list of all the games they had in store that were applicable to the sale. Clean and well organized.

The employees were fantastic, however the dummy boxes are very miss leading. They are consistently out of controllers, and even their other accessories are usually critically low on stock.

I got the controller I really wanted at a great price. The clerk assured me he tested it out himself and said he almost bought it 😊

Bought a ps4 pro, it overheated constantly. took me six months for them to take it back with the warranty i Paid for. then wouldnt put the warranty onto the new one. and it HAS THE SAME ISSUES. never shopping here again.

There where more than just one employee on the floor working. The games where in alphabetical order, the clearance rack gave you a even better price once you checked out. The two gentlemen behind the counter where really nice and enjoyable. The only downside is that when that store gets cramped its like tryna fit 5 fat guys in a sauna for 3 it gets hot and very hard to maneuver.

My son and I go to Game stop all over Lincoln Nebraska. They have a great variety of brand new and used games and game consoles! The employees are always nice and helpful! I would strongly recommend checking Game stop out! Its a great place!

A fine place to get games and recommendations. There is a bit too much in terms of corporate attachment and all the gaming items/fluff makes the store feel much more crowded. Good staff and manager.

A female employee with bluish/greenish hair smelled horrible when less than 4 feet away and talking to me about games and her breath was rancid. Her clothes were filthy and wrinkled, I had to step back from her. Customer service was iffy at best. Store was messy and unkept. I believe they need to train employees on customer service and being cleaner about themselves and the store.

They hire people that know seemingly nothing about games or don’t seem to care, they give you almost nothing for a trade in and over charge for used games... used to love GameStop but I can’t say I would recommend them, the only way I would return is if there was no other options

While it is a smaller store the selection is pretty good and the prices are the same as Walmart for most games and game systems. The staff is what really gives this location 5 stars with one staff member going above and beyond locating what I was looking for as well as just being overall very personable

They only care about commission. They lost my business. The lady was rude and refused to help me and said that if they did what I asked it would negativity affect their numbers. Well hows this for numbers, lady? U just lost my entire familys business. Good job. Oh, and the GameStop at South point did what I asked without fuss. So ha.

Very crammed game stop location, having limited space and all. Except very busy and hard to navigate as everythings very close together. Service is typically pretty bad but from my experiences everyone is friendly. I usually just come to game stop for references for prices on games and find deals online, but Ive made a few purchases here and theyve been alright. Nothing too horrible.

My son loves this store we can trade games while he can then afford to get new ones and staff is pretty helpful

Used game prices are great. New games are okay. Just whatever you do, DO NOT TRADE IN GAMES. They value the games at almost nothing. Just put your games in a garage sale or on eBay and make a lot more.

Cashier dabbed after signing me up for membership rewards. Was cute, great customer service they ask but dont harass. Let me explore and answered questions without making me feel stupid for being practically #momclueless on every console and games we own. This mom is stuck still on a NES console with favorites still SMBros3 and Tetris.

All they care about is making their monthly quoteThey refused to transfer our pre-order to a store thats going to have a midnight release.And they were rude and had so much attitude when we asked to move our pre-order to a different store.Oh well they lost our business. Going to South point Mall GameStop from now on cause they were actually helpful and not overly pushy.

My kids love the place they find lots of great value games for their ps4 and 360

Went to preorder my husband the newest call of duty game. Wanted the $99.99 one, they were put of it. Convinced me to get the $180 one saying it came with so much more...left out the fact that it didnt come with the season pass. However the one I originally wanted does include the season pass. Called them and since my husband opened the game to look for the season pass, they basically told me to sell it on eBay. Stuck with a cheap plastic statue and still have to spend $50 for a season pass. Will not be shopping at any game stop ever.

Horrible customer service. Ask if I could be put on hold which was fine. 5 min later still on hold. I call back and was asked to be put on hold again so I say Ive been on hold for 5 min or more and the guy on the phone says thats just how it is and sets the phone down and ignores me. The whole time I can hear him in the background. Never again will I shop at game stop.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never been treated so poorly by a retail store. Thats not hyperbole, its true. I wanted to trade a gaming system, the guy helping me was so rude and told me the disc tray wasnt working and he would only give me ten bucks for it. I took it to another store and not only did the disk tray work just fine, but they gave me fifty bucks for it. I called to talk to a manager about it, and he was rude on the phone and never even offered an apology. I am apalled by my experience. I sincerely hope people read this and think twice about patronizing this establishment.

Kudos to the kid at the Gateway Gamestop for actually finding me a power cord for an old school Wii and testing it right there while I waited. He did a great job. Didnt say much while he worked - he was on a mission. Tested my Wii - it was the cord and they had one on hand to test with. Ordered a new cord and I was on my way in fifteen minutes. Worked out perfectly.

I had over 250 value of consoles and game they wanted to give me 5.00$ for all of so I took it to game room and they game 145.00 for game room is the best in Lincoln

Prices are ridiculously high but in the video game industry, what isnt? Now, Im a PC Master race guy, but I wanted a Switch and the atmosphere was pretty nice for the 25 minutes I was in. The guys working were pretty helpful.

Im a regular here and always enjoy my trips when I pick up my preorders. The staff knows me pretty well and always gives me a heads up on a lot of games they think Id like to preorder (and normally do) The practices of Gamestop arent all perfect, but for this store itself, I enjoy this location and the staff here, its just a matter of playing it smart.

Like the selection of games. bought a powerups reward card with xbox live for a year for my brother and it wouldnt let me activate it for my brother. Customer service over the phone sucked. You cant speak to anyone that speaks english and I spent 2 hours on hold. I am now boycotting GameStop
