It’s a pretty alright Hot Topic. It did not seem like there was a whole lot going on in this location however. I enjoy going to Hot Topic to be nearly overwhelmed with the amount of stuff in the store. But this location did not grab my attention as well as most others do. Thankfully the employees were very nice.

I can always find something in this store.

It’s literally just trash pop singers now and anime, it used to be better, they replaced david bowie with some trash singer, i only go here for queen now

If you like to party, and want to keep up with the latest gear, this is definitely the right place to go!

Good coffee.. amazing desert. Free wifi. Friendly people . My capuchino dry was soooooo good .and the cinnamon roll exceptional 🙃😋

My son found the funko pops he wanted & didnthave to order them online so that was a plus. !! They do great at limiting the number of people in the store. Employee Jayden (sp?) Was so helpful, nice, & friendly & really made checking out easy & fast!

I love all of there stuff it is always great quality but there prices are really high so its really hard to find something thats not going to cost a arm and a leg

I have been to this store at least 4 times in the last year 1/2 and the sales staff as always been the nicest and most patient in helping me find gifts for my granddaughters! I haven’t had the same person each time so that should tell you that all of them are so very helpful! Today was extra special for me! I enjoy shopping here! Thank you girls!!

Its really good store. It has a lot of franchises inside and merchandise that go with it. The employees are extremely nice and I love the pins and t-shirts and lanyards they have here. Wish they had more little mermaid stuff though.

Why would Google ask me to tell you about Hot Topic? It has what Hot Topics have and does what Hot Topics do. Anymore, thats nerd stuff thats slightly pricier than online, but more easily available. Enjoy?

Always awesome merchandise. Its also my daughters favorite store. However, she is a plus size girl and they dont carry the plus size line actually IN the store. We always have to order them on the website instead. Kind of a hassle.

Love this store!!! Easy to find things and sometimes it feels like they have surpriise sales!! Ill go to buy something and the vlerk will say oh this is buy 2 get 2 free!!!!! I spend way too much money in Hot Topic but its worth as the store is always clean and organized!!!! 5 stars from me!!!!

Great place for the trending items whether it be clothing, novelty desk decor, or band shirts.The current location is super cramped but they are moving to a new one in the mall so hopefully that will be a bit more specific, possibly allowing more new merch too.Prices can be a bit high, but they always have deals which helps.

Cramped, more expensive than online, and poor lighting (also smells heavily of perfume/cologne if you have a chemical allergy as one of my friends does). Your typical hot topic. The staff have always been nice however and its pretty great for nerdy things.

Always a great selection of items. Great store if you’re looking for some cool gifts and finds.

New location is much larger which is nice. They have good sales and a good selection of band shirts as well as a lot of other things (anime, Harry Potter, Stranger Things, etc.)

All the new location is kind of strange, Im glad to see that hot topic is something that has stuck around for such a long time and hopefully will continue to be around to allow the Misfits of Lincoln an outlet of some form that is not online. Thank you hot topic for sticking around in Lincoln

Took my nephew here close shopping and was expecting it to be The Worst. instead! a very helpful young lady (whom my nephew was too terrified to talk to) helped him find a shirt and a good deal. Thanks hot topic!

My 14year old loves it there. She is always wanting to go to the mall to go to Hot Topic. If she could, she would live there. 😉

Over priced merchandise, sometimes unlicensed, very full of themselves. Sometimes you can find good things.

If you really like anime and Harry Potter this would be a perfect place to go as they have a really nice selection and the staff there are friendly and helpful.

Changed over the years but still pretty cool to browse.

Made an order online while shirts were 50% off. Apparently there is a guideline to where they hold online orders for a week. I live way on the other side of town so I planned on making the trip over today to pick up my shirt which had come in, and I saw an email stating my order had been cancelled. Called in, and the lady was NOT helpful. Asked if I could still come in and pick up the shirt and she said it probably wouldn’t be there anymore. I’m thinking, you can’t check?? No customer service skills. I buy a lot of things through hot topic but I’m tired of the careless attitudes and after this I won’t be shopping here any longer.

Service sucks! One employee says ok to exchange specific iten.....bring item back and different employee did not allow...wasted trip & time because people are not on same page.....

I can always find something I want here. They tend to have a lot of sales, so you have to pop in every time youre at the mall just to see what the daily deal is.

Ok clothing store. I havent bought anything from them in along time. Sometimes I have bought Dr Who and NightMare before Christmas item.

Over priced but the atmosphere and associates always seem nice.

Very limited on sizes, and the employee sitting in the middle of the floor for 30+ minutes was in the way and rude.
