My friends wedding was in 3 days when I brought my dress in because the Hem had fell. The owner promised it by Friday at 3:00 but the wedding was in Omaha at 5:00. She told me I should have brought it in sooner Where have I been!? she said. Then the next day she called me and told me that she got a helper to help her with her work and she would have my dress ready on Thursday a day early! I was ecstatic and looked amazing at the wedding with my date! 💓🌹

Please take your clothes to any other place beside this one. Please also take the other bad reviews on here into consideration. I took my bridesmaid dress here and I was willing to pay for the high price. This place is a lot pricier than the other places I’ve been to. I had to confront her on her mistakes. She would not own up to her mistakes. I will never return to this business ever again. She didn’t even let me know that she only accept cash from the time that I dropped off my dress to the time that she called me to pick up my dress. Wasted my time when I went to pick up my dress to find out that I needed cash to pay. Worse experience. Also she was inconsiderate with my request. I asked her the day I dropped off the dress to keep the extra materials because the bride needed it to do small flowers to the dress. I was livid to find out that it was thrown away. Then she had the audacity to tell me that the extra material was not important. It was a simple request to keep the material. Now I have to reorder a brand new dress because of her carelessness. She wasn’t willing to compromise for her mistake either. At one point during our heated discussion she even instructed me to go digging in the trash outside for the material that I have asked her to keep. Unbelievable. You can’t win with this business.

Horrible and not worth the price. She did a very sloppy job on my dress. She spent more time fixing the little things I didn’t ask her to and less time fixing the things I asked her to. I ended up having to take my dress to a another seamstress to hem it up.

Either she does charge for express service or her rates are too high. Had three pairs of pants altered $150, had the same service 3 pairs pants altered at another business 80. Also not happy with alterations, pants were too short, only requested 1 shortening, received 2 shorter. I will not use this business again.

She was super nice, treated garments as if they were here own. Definitely taking all repairs here from now on.

She is absolutely amazing! She does not charge for express and was so fast with her work. I got my bridesmaid dress altered there for my brother’s wedding and she got it done in TWO DAYS! Highly recommend her to everyone with any alteration needs.

Quality custom service, worth every cent!

I had my wedding dress altered here. I had a relatively simple chiffon dress that just needed the length taken up and a one-point bustle added. She did a good job altering the dress, but the work took quite a bit of time (over 3 months), and it seemed like she was adding little adjustments that werent necessary (fixing broken hooks or adding an extra belt loop) and then charging me for them. The final cost seemed overpriced for what was actually done (over $250), and the loop she made for the bustle ended up breaking halfway through my reception. She also does not accept credit cards, and when I asked if I could pay by check, she requested it a week in advance before picking up the dress.

My friend and I had the same alterations done on our identical bridesmaids dresses. I went here- it took over a week and a half and they charged $100 citing difficult material and adding unnecessary bra hooks that I didnt even ask for (the straps are lace and see-through, obviously one would wear a strapless bra). My friend went elsewhere and was charged $25 and had the dress back in 12 hours.Absolutely will not go back.

Another seamstress had made a mess of alterations on my daughters wedding dress. Alterations All fixed it and did a beautiful job. Weve also had many bridesmaid dresses done here. Very skilled. Beautiful work.
