What a great staff.... I was looking for the elite 2 xbox controller and everywhere else was sold out I came in bought a refurbished one that was just as good as a brand new one. And with their great 1 year warranty it came out to the same price as a brand new one (ok $20 more). But you just have to bring it in if something goes wrong and they will exchange it right there at the counter so you cant go wrong berter than the mail in ones that Best Buy sell you. Thank you ladies for the great service and I will definitely be back.

I picked up a board game at GameStop my daughter had sent me a link for in a text message.It was the Sailor Moon version of Monopoly and was on sale.I reserved the game online for pick up as soon as available. I went directly to the local store and received an email while in line that it was ready for will call. The folks at the store were helpful (even though extremely busy for a Black Friday) and I was in and out with the game in hand in short order.I will definitely return to GameStop in the future for games, digital or board inspired!

Ive only visited this location twice; however, on both occasions, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have no issue passing nearby locations to go to this GameStop, which is about 30 minutes away.

Smaller store then most that Ive seen in the Franchise, but staff has always been friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience. Only have one gripe and its the typical GameStop doesnt give enough money for use games. Not this stores fault though.

Then they get a snotty attitude with you when you mention the vast difference in value.I had about $800 worth of gaming equipment and they offered me $120 for all of it!Some employees are pretty chill sometimes but that level of bad business counters a few nice employees.

Great staff. They all have different gaming preferences which allows them to give great recommendations. I can buy my games anywhere, but choose this location because of them.

Every GameStop has different stuff due to the square footage. This one is roomier than most and therefore has a bit more selection on the walls and on the floors. More space to move around too.

Everyone is very knowledgeable, kind and a great help, except Darren. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and is normally nice. If not, I dont like Darren. Also, I would never trade in because the credit you get back is very cheap.

I went to buy Ark and asked for a new game. He insisted that i buy a pre-owned one and I respectfully declined. He then proceeded to tell me he ordered a new one. I went to check the mail today and he had ordered me a pre owned one. I was questioning why he had got me a pre owned one when I asked for a new one. I was ok with it because I had at least finally gotten the game. I put the disc in and waited many hours to find out the game is broken. It gave errors that it was damaged or dirty so I cleaned it and re-inserted the disc and it gave more errors. I repeated this for a while until I gave up. Now I am writing this message to inform you that the worker who got me a pre owned game that doesn’t even work is a not great at his job. I appreciate that you tried to save me money but in the end it would have only costed $2 more. Only if I got the a brand new version I wouldn’t be here writing this. I just wanted to play with my friends but now I can’t even do that because the game doesn’t work. I was excited to play even though the game had been out for a while now.

I used to go here as a kid and it was always a pleasant and friendly experience. But recently I went to trade something in and buy some gift cards. The employee made sure I felt unwelcome by not only being actively rude and unpleasant. But acting as though my very presence in the store was a inconvenience as though I personally was ruining his day. He got mad I wanted to trade something in and then started shouting at me when I tried to buy a gift card. Do not take your children here it will only become a unpleasant memory that unfortunately is quite remeberable.

One of the Shadiest GameStop branches out there. Staff are rude/not friendly and continually try to push other products to you. There are better GameStop branches where you can take your business, not this one unfortunately.

People who work there are great except the manager, hes always been a dick to me from the time I was 15 until now when Im 17. Ive always been respectful.

Usually a great place to shop. My last four experiences havent been great. My main beef is with how the night closing manager treats her customers. She is smug towards every custimer who goes inside. I asked her a simple question and she gave me a look like I pissed in her cheerios. Until gamestop does anything about it I refuse to give them business.

Very shady, i will never be going back! Horrible customer service, been there roughly 6 times this year talked to 6 different people and they were all rude. I left every time shaking my head in disgust. They constantly try to force you into buying more things and this time the guy actually rang me up for thier membership card as he was asking me if I wanted it. I said no and he didnt even remove it from my bill. I went to swipe my card until I looked at the price and then I had to ask him twice to remove the charge. I ended up not even swiping my card due to the complete disrespect and shady buisness.

I came in to trade in my 360 to put towards a ps4, not only they low balled the crap outta me for credit but they wouldnt accept the trade unless i purchased new thumb grips for the controller..unless u r tyna get a prepaid psn or steam card dont buy anything from these scammers.
