The Vehicle Rescue has been great to work with since we started using them for our fleet maintenance over a year ago. They are very timely, very fair and very professional! We use them for all of our fleet vehicles, all of our trade in vehicle and our whole staff uses them for our personal vehicles. Cannot speak any better of this company! We had a flat tire on the road for about an hour and the sheriff left us. After waiting a while later a super friendly stranger came up to help us change it, little did we know it was this company’s employee! We are so grateful he came and gave his time and effort to help us get back on the road for our vacation. He was not only handy, but also SUPER fast. Great guy and great company!edit: this was not the sheriff that left us :-)

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Took almost 4 thousand dollars of my parents hard earned money and gave them a lemon. They’ve had to put 2 new transmissions into the car and the awesome people at the vehicle rescue want to act like they didn’t sell us this car. They buy wrecked cars on the end of their life. Get them going enough for a test drive. And then the rest is your problem. I would never give this thief another penny. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car. I wish I could give less than 1 star. They completely screwed my parents and they’ll do the same to you too. :)

As somebody with no tire- changing experience, I was extremely grateful when a kind gentleman from The Vehicle Rescue pulled over to give a helping hand. He gave me very excellent and speedy service and I highly recommend. The gentleman was not even on the clock, but knew I was in a struggle. I would recommend this company a million times! Not crooks! Not interested in taking you for a bad ride. These guys are honest, quick and extremely fair. I had a repair, which due to no fault of their own took a lot more labor time than anticipated, but they kept the bill low.An additional repair was so reasonably priced it was extremely generous of them. Keep in mind they need to pay for parts, keep the lights on, and buy baby a new pair of shoes from time to time, but they are not going to do so by gouging their customers.Ill be coming back here for a long time.

My elderly mom had the alternator in her car replaced at a Ford Dealership. The next day while she was traveling an hour away from her home the car died because the alternator Ford put in was defective. Vehicle rescue stepped up and repaired the issue the right way the first time, faster and with a lower repair bill. They even put the broken new alternator in the floorboard for me so I can address it with Ford when my mother gets home. Great job Vehicle rescue. Thank you!

I traded in my Ford Escape for a VW Rabbit. Smooth process, friendly staff willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Since buying I have had a few minor issues with the Rabbit that they were super helpful and fixed at no cost. Great crew 11/10 recommend.

My husband bought his car from here and the guys were very nice and straightforward with what the present issues where with the car. Even after the sale of the car they still keep in touch and they go out of their way to help with maintenance of the vehicle. He calls and asks questions about certain repairs and they walk him through and they will explain what to do or not to do They even went as far to help us find a tire that would fit after we blew the back drivers side tire on the interstate. All in all great experience!

I have purchased two cars from Cory at The Vehicle Rescue and Sales. Both were as promised and Cory was very honest about the condition of the cars before I purchased them. He actually went out of his way to make sure both cars were ready to pick up as I passed through town. I would definitely buy more cars in the future if needed. I bought an 08 Outback in the DC area and after driving it home to Lincoln it had a few issues. Daniel was very reasonable in his pricing, and exceptional in his work. He will take the time to discuss what needs to be fixed, what doesnt need to be fixed, and why that is so. He wont let you leave in an unsafe vehicle, and he wont break your bank getting you back on the road. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

I full time travel, towing a travel trailer all around the country. As you can imagine I’ve seen my share of mechanical problems on the road and whenever I come through Lincoln I always schedule an appointment at the Vehicle Rescue. Whether something is broken or I’m just needing some preventative maintenance done, Daniel is always super helpful and puts great care into what my vehicle needs/may need in the future. What a great man fixed my tahoe and it just what he said it would cost thanks for the great job

Bought a car from this shop that, one month after our purchase, had to have a new engine put in it (which set us back an additional couple thousand dollars). The new head gasket indicated to us that the owner of this shop either hid the damage to the camshaft or didn’t do a thorough check of the vehicle before selling it. Not sure he was truthful about the car’s history and repairs, either, because we’ve gotten conflicting reports from the shop installing the rebuilt engine. Don’t let all the 5-star reviews on Google fool you about this shop. Do your research first before putting down money.

I had just moved to town from the east coast in the middle of the winter and was having problems with my 08 Odysseys driver side door window motor. Daniel was super eager to help replace the motor and get things back up and working. After this initial experience Ive heard a lot of great things about the service at Vehicle Rescue from others and will have my vehicles serviced there over the long haul. I can imagine my next purchase coming from here, too, based on what Ive heard from others.
