I said first thing that I had an appointment and that the financing was going to be the issueThey kept giving me monthly costs so I thought we were on the same page but lo and behold after an hour or so we had not even taken that step and sure enough we hit a snag, as I had warned.The service was good, but its just wasted time, you know? For both of us.Beautiful car, though. loved it.
I am super impressed by Sid Dillon. My Nissan Rogue didn’t want to turn over, definitely a battery issue. I was able to go get a jump start and take it over to them so they could start working on it the next day. They had everything all fixed but the time I was off work and they had their driver Rojean, who was super sweet, come pick me up to bring me to Sid Dillon. They were very reasonably priced too! Highly recommend and will definitely be bringing my Nissan back for all its needs!
Took test drives in the same vehicle. But when I decided to buy I was told that the one I was getting was different with less options. When I gave my offer it included tax and license. I was told that my offer was accepted. Then after all the paperwork was signed I was told that I still owed for tax and license. Absolutely wrong. I like my car but I will only ever return for my promised service and regular service.
Fantastic customer service, good communication, showed concern for my situation; my 2008 Nissan Titan broke down and I had it towed to the dealership...they had it for a little over two weeks, but got it back up and running (the mechanics seem to be very thorough and competent). While my truck was in the shop, the dealership loaned me a vehicle to use, free of charge! They have definitely earned my business, and I will be back should the need arise! P.S. When they were done, they washed my truck and cleaned the inside!
Where to begin..I purchased a used vehicle may 5 from this dealership. We had a trade in and a down payment. After agreeing on the price and writing a check. We were told that they could not release the vehicle off the lot due to safety concerns and the repair should be done by the weekend. We waited a full week before we could get the vehicle. The parts that we were told were ordered before we even looked at the van were in fact not ordered until they had our money.After that we thought everything would be fine. We had the vehicle one full week before it started making a noise. We took it back to service and they told me they could not replicate the noise. After 3 days of having it in the shop I had to drive the GM around in order to point out a grinding noise, which I was told the previous owners probably hit a raccoon and skewed the exhaust and its probably rattling.No repairs were made and Im not confident in the vehicles safety, but also dont trust the service center to repair it.Finally, I went to the DMV to register the vehicle and was told the previous owners signed the title incorrectly and the title was sent back to be fixed. Which means I cant legally drive my vehicle until the dealership gets the title fixed. When I called and spoke with Shawn in titling was told the previous owner might be in later this week and we can still drive the vehicle just to keep papers with us. Im sorry but telling your customers to drive a vehicle A) unsafely and B) illegally does not sound like good customer service.
Was told when trying to buy a key that there were seven different kinds it could be for my vehicle. After having been through this before I knew that wasn’t right. Contacted a lock smith and they confirmed their is only one kind of key that it could be for my make and model.

Be ready to deal with BIG headaches and bad service after you sign documents! We purchased a brand new 2021 Venue at the beginning of July and are still getting the run around from the staff. We purchased the vehicle and had it delivered to different state. Everything seemed to run smoothly right until the documents were dropped off along with car.First issue, they only gave us one key. Okay fine, mistakes can happen, we give them benefit of the doubt. Second issue, they mess up our documents, okay fine, once again benefit of the doubt. We reach out and let them know our issues and they apologize and will send the documents along with the new keys. The documents come but they are still wrong and we still have no second key! At this point we are irritated, okay fine they send the corrected forms AGAIN. We FINALLY send the corrected forms but have not heard one peep from the office about when our documents are coming so we can go buy a vehicle tag!The temporary tag has expired on August 1st and if you look at the current date it is...August 24th, way past the expiration date! We are sitting here with a car we cannot drive nor register and still without a second key which we are also expected to pay on? Ridiculous!! We have been contacting them almost everyday and our sales guy is always busy with a customer or at lunch but even if we leave voicemails or emails he doesnt seem to find the time nor care about returning our calls. When he does return emails, they are super vague and riddled with spelling mistakes. I guess customer service doesnt matter now that he already got the deal.It seems like if this is going to go into September, legal repurcussions might be the only way to get anything done. BUYER BEWARE!

Service dept uneducated tecks. I was told I needed a 2400 dollar part with no proof of why. Didnt believe them and had it taken to another Nissan dealer where I was told the part was not needed and fixed it under warranty. Unbelievable. They never have apologized and never will. Take your car elsewhere.
Bought a 2003 Subaru Baja vin#4S4BT62C537113590 July 15th only to find out the car was terribly misrepresented as to its condition after speaking with the previous owner who had traded it for another vehicle. He made Salesman Chad Ruhnke aware of what the Subaru dealer said about the car needed major mechanical repair. Got the car to my home in Wyoming 440 mile trip to find that the front brakes were shot and needed to have major repair work. While checking for what was identified as a (small) oil leak I found that someone not me or the previous owner as I called and asked if he or someone he knew of had put JB weld or something like it between the head and block of the motor? to stop or slow a leak. After I got past sales manager Mark Ward, Nick Humke Gen. Manager got the bulk of my money back to me but they got one more lick in by sticking me with a $700 shipping fee to get the car back to them. I do have photos and kept documentation.

We we’re very happy with the vehicle we purchased through sid Dillion and also when we found out it had a bad alternator the day we picked it up they we’re quick to fix the problem which was awesome! I was having another issue with bouncing in my passenger wheel when I hit some potholes I had asked to be checked out at the time of the alternator being fixed and I was assured everything looked good and was all tight. I believed them since they took care of the other problem quick but I have still been feeling the bouncing in the wheel especially on the highway so I took it to a mechanic for a second opinion and they told me the left loaded strut is bad!! There was grease all over the strut which indicated a bad strut...I understand that we purchased a used vehicle but I believe the mechanic that told me everything was good knew it was bad or at least going bad and didn’t say anything. I wouldn’t be upset if he’d have just told at that moment that I had a bad strut and it would need replaced but for him to tell me everything was good and come to find out it’s not is very upsetting. Like I said I understand it’s a used vehicle but I feel like something like that should have been fixed especially when you can plainly see it was a bad strut!
No Ethics or Morals!Transmission issues on the first large hill after I bought the car. They couldnt identify the problem, so they brought it somewhere else and didnt tell me everything the other shop found, they even retranscribed the diagnosis. When I had issues later I brought it to the second shop where I found out about the other problems.
We bought a 2021 Buick Encore GX from Sid Dillion’s on south 27th, the first of this year. Our salesman, Vinnie, was very pleasant, one of the reasons we bought a Buick. We are OK with the car, it serves the purpose we bought it for, running around town. Great for 2 people riding in the front, back seat can be pretty rough since you set over the rear wheels. Today I called the service department and talked to the lady that evidently does the shop scheduling, wanting to set up an appointment for an oil change. The soonest she could get me in was the week of July 4th, which was fine until I asked her if my wife could bring it in and wait on it. She informed me that it was now taking a lot longer for a service job and she had no idea how long it would take. Under those circumstances, I chose to go elsewhere, even though I would much rather have service where we purchase our automobiles. I may be asking too much of them, we have driven Lexus’ the past 20 years and their service department is the best of the best!
When I called and made appointment to get headlight assembly replaced. I was told it. Would take about a hot. Instead it took almost 3 hrs
I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from a small dealership in town. Within 6 hours of owning the car, it started having issues where it wouldnt start. I called Sid Dillon and let them know what was going on, they arranged for pickup and diagnostics for my car, and got it fix and brought back to me by the next day. They talked with me about the issue, they were very upfront about the pricing, and surpassed every expectation I had.
My wife and I bought a Pathfinder from their satellite location on O Street. I have had it serviced at this location a few times and have been very pleased with the service. While waiting I was curious about a Titan and a Sales Consultant named Sherry Moore was kind enough to take me for a ride. She was the epitome of what I consider the only sales approach I will do business with. She made no attempts to fit me with the vehicle but every attempt to know what I was looking for. While window shopping today, I have saved her contact details and she will be among the first of those I contact when zi am ready to pull the trigger.
The car salesman tried to sell me a 2017 Basic Mazda 3, 43,000 miles on it for $18,502. When I pointed out it wasn’t worth that much, he “remarkably” came down to $14,732, but Kelly Bluebook said it was only around $12,500. Looking on their website, the exact car he tried to sell me was priced at$14,190. Trying to swindle a disabled vet, reeeaaal classy Trent. This is why people dread going to car dealerships.

Bought a 2013 Impala LTZ car shakes down the road and at idle the rpm jump up and down and they said nothing is wrong with it. It’s been there since April 14th 2021, and I had to contact them on may 6th 2021 to figure out what was going on since no one called me. Poor communication between everyone there. Sales man was amazing but service and the GM was not.
Though I didnt end up purchasing a car from Sid Dillon, I wanted to share my experience, because it was top quality. I visited with eight dealership between Lincoln and Omaha and Sid Dill Nissan was one of the best. When asking co-workers who they liked shopping with for cars, nearly every one of them mentioned Sid Dillon. I was connected with Nate Smith whose been a salesman with Sid Dillon for years and it showed. Nate was casual, friendly, and talked with me like wed known each other for years. That alone made me want to shop there. While other dealerships scoffed at me, Nate made me feel like I had all the choices and that was okay. I can say the customer service was valued by me, and I wont forget that when shopping for a car in the future or when referring my friends to dealerships in town.
Although the first concern was not addressed, the rest of what I wanted done was to my satisfacrion. Oil, lube and filter plus brake job.
The reason that I wont come in for service is because I live in Fremont and the Omaha Nissan dealership is only 20 minutes away. I just want you to know that I did have concerns about my experience at first and also one of the features in my new vehicle isnt working, so I have made it an appointment to get that checked out. Your Salesperson (Nate) has been wonderful to work with and he has always been there to answer some questions or take a call or whatever, even when he isnt at work. IT IS APPRECIATED! So thank you to him for his service and willingness to help me at any time!! So even though it wasnt a perfect experience initially, his help and willingness to help has more than compensated for my initial concerns and I feel his efforts have surpassed my expectations. I have never had a better experience with a garage than the one Ive had here. My transmission failed on a long stretch of road, which put me in a hotel for several nights. The customer service here is incomparable - roomed thirty miles away, when they finished repairing my vehicle they dispatched a technician to pick me up at no cost. The repair, as well as several other maintenance items, were completed with great haste at a price point about 20% better than any other garage Ive seen. They were completely transparent and accurate about pricing, and they werent pushy about adding work items to the list. If you have a Nissan, go nowhere else but here for your car troubles. You will not regret it. (A call-out to Jeff specifically, youre awesome.)
I don’t remember their names but the technicians who helped me were fast, professional and caring. I really appreciated their help recently when I needed an oil change and when I got a nail in my tire. I knew exactly where to go for the best service.

We live out of state, and everything went smoothly. We did most of our dealings over the phone or email. We requested that paperwork be prepared ahead of time because we had our children with, so signing took much less time than what we were quoted. I wish we lived closer because this would definitely be our new dealership! I would definitely consider coming back to buy another vehicle when we need it, even though we live 6 hours away.
I had a problem with my phone connecting to my car. The first person that helped me thought she had fixed it but I came back because it wasnt fixed. A young woman then spent quite a bit of time working on it and finally it was fixed! I think her name was Anessa (difficult to understand with masks on!). She was fairly new and was still in training. She deserves recognition for a job well done--with a ton of patience.

Thomas J. Miller was the personnel that checked my car and performed the work. Thomas found a damage stud and log nut in one of my front wheels. After explaining the issue and showing me the extent of the damage, he provided a quote for several hundred dollars to fix it. I was shocked and a little upset. I explain to Thomas that I had no idea how that happened, and I suggested that perhaps the damage happened there, at id Dillon, during my last visit to purchase new tires. That was more than a year ago, and there was no way to prove my hypothesis. I was a bit harsh with Thomas. However, Thomas was kind, understandable, and professional. He told me that he was going to work with me on the issue and he did. He could have easily dismissed my claim and disregard my hypothesis. He gave me the benefit of the doubt, treating me with great dignity and respect. It is very refreshing to see this a professional behavior like this. It is great to have a business that prioritize the customer by listening and offering high degree of professionalism. My experience does not only illustrate Thomas professionalism, but also speaks about the management. The level of training and customer service is second to none. I would recommend this dealership, not only because they do an outstanding and professional work, but because their employees treat people with dignity and respect. This goes a long way and customers like me will go back and recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I had trouble with my car starting. It was after your service department had closed. I called and talked to Mike McDonald in sales, I believe. I asked if there was a way to set up an appointment online because I wanted to get my car in as soon as possible. He said there was.But he said he could set up the appointment for me. I very much appreciated his help. I got an appointment for the next morning. Tyler was the one that checked me in. I have worked with him before He is always very helpful and friendly. l was surprised that they had vacuumed the inside of my car when I picked it up. They usually only wash the outside.I was very happy with the service I received!
Was looking for a 2020 Hyundai Palisade, and could not have had a worse experience at Sid Dillon Hyundai. The heavy-set lady who was our initial rep, was anything but professional. Her attire was close to repulsive. We asked for the for sales manager (short guy with gray hair), and he was not much better. It was bait and switch, providing false information, and just plain rude. This is not the Lincoln, NE way!!!They told me no one within 500 miles had a White Palisade, but surprise, surprise, there were lots of them, and I purchased one for $3,875 less than Sid Dillon. Same exact vehicle, same options, etc.I know the Huskers Athletics Dept is looking to find another dealership partner, for they too are getting horrible service and poor attitudes. I know numerous coaches, staff, etc., have asked the higher-ups to find a new place in which they can get vehicles... and I dont blame them!So seriously, there are so many other dealers who would value your business, and will treat you like a real person. I despise having to waste my time in leaving a review, but do yourself a favor and find a dealership who can provide an enjoyable and memorable buying experience. GBR!!

I was having transmission issues on a long drive from Chicago to Denver. I came to see Tyler in the service department, and he made an incredible amount of work happen in a brief amount of time. I would highly recommend this service department for any work you need done on your Nissan!!!!
When I went to this dealership to buy my Nissan Sentra SR I already knew exactly what I wanted. I was being a little picky, but I had been online already and picked out a car I wanted. The dealership did not have the car I wanted so the sales rep searched other dealerships to try and find the one I wanted. She told me she had found one that matched exactly what I wanted. Gun Metal/black top. Minus a few delays getting the car to this dealership, the experience was great! My only big issue here is that I told her specifically I wanted the Gun Metal/Black top. AFTER I had signed everything she gave me the keys and pulled the car up. It was the Gun Metal, but did NOT have the black top that I told her I wanted and verified with her several times. The delivery was already delayed 3 times so I was not about to wait for her to find ANOTHER car. I took the car she pulled up and left slightly disappointed. Aside from the color being partially incorrect, she was great to work with.

Aside from the problems with the title, I have no complaints. Sid Dillon went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle; not only that I could afford, but one that I actually wanted. The staff is always helpful and courteous and answers any questions that I have. And my Nissan is great. I highly recommend talking to them when you go to shop for a vehicle.

This review is for the O st store Im posting it here because it wont let me post at that store again .I was working with Nick the manager at O st he found me the perfect car cleanest in Lincoln 2003 Ford Taurus 34,000 actual miles $5900.00 just traded for it today.. when I went to look at the car it wasnt there . I finally found it at the south store it was burried in the middle of the lot, the car looked as if it had never been in a garage in its 17 years, hail damage, faded paint, it looks as if it should go to action popped the gas cap it looked like black mold .....oh I took pictures believe me .Nick strick two you lied to me twice, if a manager gets by with this I think Anderson Ford is my new Dealership .... check your records I have bought 4 new vehicles from you in the last couple of years

Worked with the Body Shop; the staff was informative, helpful and followed up on my requests for information. My Frontier was repaired in the time frame given to me at the start and although the brakes are a little soft the truck seems to be running great.

Saw listing for a truck we liked. Called to see which location. They said it was at the south location, not the one by our house. We decided to make the drive south to check it out. They called us on our way to confirm we were coming and said they would pull it out front. We got there and no truck out front. They put us in an office where we waited unattended for 32 minutes. We got up and left and as we got to our car they called us and said the truck is now up front. As it turns out the truck was actually at another location, and was never at the south location - they outright lied to get us to go to the south location instead of the one near our house or the one that actually had the truck. Shady and dishonest. Plus the truck was filthy in and out - they didnt even try to clean it up after taking it in on trade. Wasted half our Saturday - and really turned us off from car shopping. Will keep what we have for now.

A few years ago, I went with my partner while he bought a car at the local Honda dealership. He was there ALL day. Hours of waiting to spend tens of thousands of dollars and SO MUCH pressure to add extra stuff to the car or finance through Honda. It was horrifying. I was nervous about going through the car buying process myself.No reason to be. Lacy and Duane were wonderful. There was no pressure, just great customer service. I wasnt left waiting around. I was treated like my business mattered, like I mattered. I would highly recommend working with these folks - it was a pleasure. This was a scheduled appointment for oil change, new brakes, tire repair. Oil and brakes went fine. I was told my tire had no leak. I took it to a tire shop the next day and they found the leak and repaired it quickly.
Nate and Duane in sales were/are amazing! They went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I wanted and answered questions quickly and professionally. I will be a Nissan driver for the rest of my days 🙂

Waiting in the tow-truck...again..Why would a dealership clear a code from the computer just so my 12 Nissan Frontier will run to get it back across town and dropped off to me, only to have it stall on me on the interstate while Im doing 70 miles an hour? Not to mention that I LIVE IN MISSOURI, and now have to change all my vacation travel plans to return to Missouri because my truck wont even get me out of Lincoln Nebraska... Can you say frustrating?
Nice young man sir named Jacob (im not sure if thats correct my apologies) was very nice in not pressuring me to buy my all new Nissan Sentra sedan. Ended up purchasing one with the seat cover package and i love LOVE it! Drives like a dream. The seats are comfy.
