Just wanted to say thank you to Sharifa for her endless work we had been talking for over a week about purchasing a lambo and not once did she try to pressure me plus I had a million questions being that im in California and never done this kind of process but she was always there to answer them even gave me her personal cell number.. You dont talk to a salesman that has to go back and check with the sales manager it just doesnt work that way at LAX AUTO!Sharifa would receive 10 Stars if possible she was very helpful in describing the vehicle to myself and my wife and took care every detail know matter how small very professionally, well beyond professionally really.The gentleman that was helping was Top Notch also. I think he ran all over town to just fix the smallest things. You just dont find this kind of attention at big dealerships.And what a selection of vehicles from very high end to more reasonably priced. We certainly will go back for our next vehicle. Sharifa was an absolute dream to work with. Maybe it’s just me but I dread going into Places like dealerships and Jewelry stores because I know I can generally expect to be pressured in significant ways to make huge purchases and it can be awkward to leave and it makes me almost not even want to go. This is NOT the case with Sharifa at lax auto. She is beyond professional, does not discourage you for wanting to think on it and shows you all options and she even stayed late for us while still offering to let us test drive another vehicle. I looked on there website and saw a 2018 Audi with hail damage that I wanted some more information on as the price was terrific. I was busy so I clicked the “Text Us” option on there website. 4 hours later I never got a text so I called them and it rang about 7 times and went to someone’s voicemail. Not the greatest of experiences but who knows. Maybe if they actually responded to me I could give them another star.Edit*** - one of the employees had an accident and was unable to return my messages. Very straightforward and professional so I’ll give them 5 stars. If they have a car in my price range I will definitely consider LAX Auto for my next auto purchase.

I purchased my vehicle without having to experience the unnecessary frills that often come from pushy car sellers. They helped me find the vehicle that was a perfect fit for me and my budget and they showed me the auto history reports upon request. In addition, the staff refused to sell my car to a customer that tried to “outbid” me on the vehicle I wanted to buy. They offered to pay more money than what I could afford for the car, but the staff said, “No, sorry. This car is already sold. She got here first. First come, first serve.” It’s not an everyday thing to witness a car salesman say no to someone offering more money than the sticker price of a vehicle. That’s the kind of dedication to customer service that LAX Auto has. Transparent, upfront, friendly, and honest sales and customer service. 5/5 Stars!

Not only was I not disclosed the car I was sold had a salvaged title, I come to learn the vehicle has been in MULTIPLE wrecks and damages were never disclosed. Another classic example of my mistake trusting a car lot to do right by its customers. Im sure some people have a good experience but be careful once you ever try to resell. BIG SURPRISES AHEAD.

I love my Tahoe it’s everything I wanted. I was skeptical about buying a car online because I’ve never bought a car online before but I was looking at buying a Tahoe with the cat eye front end and believe me they are hard to find around where I live so as I was looking at Tahoe’s on Craigs list I found this 04 z71 Tahoe with the cat eye front end at Lax Auto and at that moment I knew that was the car for me and my triplets plus they deliver the car right to your house. The customer service was great the delivery took a little while with covid 19 going on but that’s ok I can understand that. I’m really happy with my experience with Lax Auto I wouldn’t have changed anything

Wow, what a great buying experience. I was cruising Craigslist when I found my dream used car at a great price at LAX Auto. The dealership is about 3 hours from my home and because of past experience with CL I wasn’t sure this would go anywhere. Regardless I called and talked to Jarrod which in turn convinced me to make the long trek to Lax. Bottom line... I went, checked the car carefully and closed the deal within 2 hours of my arrival! Everything was as promised/advertised. No surcharges, fees, or other services were pushed. The lot inventory also showed me they are really good at finding great quality used cars as they had alot of other attractive cars on hand In addition to mine.Suffice it to say I am a fan and will look at LAX for future purchases. It is well worth the drive, but even if you are far away you can fly-in or they also ship outside the local area too. Not like any other buying experience I’ve ever had.

Went and visited Lax Auto because of a the great reviews, boy nobody lied in their reviews of this place. Excellent vehicles that are mechanically sound, some with some hail damage but for the price of the vehicles it was well worth it! My wife and I visited with Jim last Saturday and he was perfect, professional, experienced, and patient. There was absolutely no pressure to buy at all which was a first for us. We had some questions and they were answered honestly and professionally. We were there for about an hour and a half before we could choose which great vehicle to buy. As I said all were very reasonably priced and talk about low Mileage! Suffice to say we will be going back to Lax Auto for our next purchase with out a doubt.

Call it 4.8 out of 5! I am a USAA customer, and in using them I located a used Mazda that seemed to me to be a good value. I found LAX to be very diligent and prompt in assisting me with my purchase. I was especially happy with the manner and speed in which LAX was able to deliver the car! About one-week removed from the purchase (a weeks driving experience), I have had no surprises, no issues have arisen! I seems I received what I paid for, not always the case with the used car experience! Give them a serious look, either on line, or certainly if youre in or near the Greater Lincoln, Neb. region!

I live in Arvada, Co I saw what I thought was a good deal on Craig’s List for a Nissan Murano sold from Lax Automotive in Nebraska. Although it was a risk not seeing or driving the car before buying I decided to buy because of all of the good reviews they received online and person I was dealing with said car had been checked by mechanic and no issues with car at all. Well upon arrival on Colorado the battery was dead. The front blinker didn’t work, car shakes really bad going over 50 mph and oil is leaking on top of windshield wiper compartment is busted, you pour windshield wiper fluid in and it leaks right out. Do not believe these reviews here. Today’s date is 4/28/2020. By the way I paid cash for car no financing... I text owner about problems and he said nothing after convincing me there were no problems with car per his mechanic. Maybe you need a new mechanic!

Lax auto complete screwed me over on a 2012 Cadillac i recently purchased from them they had told me an oil change had already been done, which it hadnt, and that they were going to fix some thingon my vehical, i brought it in to get fixed and was told every thing was done, when i got there the only thing that looked done was my door pannel, not the other 10 things that needed to be fix, i highly recommend to never buy from them! PS the owners sister is the one who sold me the car, and now apparently doesnt work there and wont respond to me, and no one picks up at the office. Not happy at all

Thought my family got a fair deal on our 2014 Toyota Highlander. Shopping and Buying process was smooth and easy. Pictures shown of the vehicle represented accurately when vehicle was delivered. I was a purchaser from another state, Missouri, and had the vehicle conveniently delivered to my front door! Knowing there was hail damage involved... I expected dings on the very top and really, I cant even see them from the ground; so again, I thought the vehicle was repaired well for their asking price. Of course, as a buyer you always want more, like fresh tires, floor mats, etc. But even so, the value was great enough that I can afford to purchase the exact floormats and tires that I want.Granted, I was specifically looking for a 2014 Highlander when I found LAX AUTO, but I will consider them again in the future. -- Tim Alten (Columbia, MO)

BUYER BEWARE! Especially if you are from out of state or ever plan to move out of Nebraska with a vehicle you bought from this place. Over a year ago, I too was an enthusiastic and appreciative customer who purchased 2 vehicles! Even gave them a 5 star rating because of how friendly and accommodating they were. However, over the past year I have moved to another state and I am now learning the dirty behind the scenes world of used car dealerships and the fact that having a clean title doesnt mean anything. After dealing with multiple state motor vehicle departments (TX, NE, IA, ME) I am proud owner of a vehicle with a very shady, unexplainable, inconsistent history (with only 1 PRIOR OWNER) and isnt worth a fraction of what I paid for it. When you are purchasing a vehicle from this place, you will walk out feeling very good about your purchase. They are experts at making folks feel comfortable and they make their money doing just that.

There was no high pressure back and forth or any of the BS you get at so many other dealers.He’ll quickly negotiate a very fair price right off the bat.Then, he went above and beyond in getting the car checked out and arranging shipping at a very reasonable price.In all dealings Eli proved to be honest, considerate, and ethical.Lax Auto is a smaller dealership with very personal service, and I believe Eli is the owner and it is clear he really cares. In my mind, the customer really benefits by shopping with somebody like Eli who may take a moment or two to get back to you, but who also truly cares about his customers and business rather than some salesperson at a larger dealership with high turnover.Thanks for the great deal and great car!

Overall it was a good experience. Couple little things were in there car story on there website it listed a couple options that were not included on the vehicle. He said it was a service they use where they type in the vin and it gives the information about the vehicle. He did say it sometimes spits out some wrong information. Just more a beware. Now the normal options page seemed to list everything correctly so if you compare the two and some options are not listed in both be aware they may not be on that vehicle. Besides that everything else went well I did appreciate the low pressure on the extended warranty and any other add ons it was offered but not pushed on us. Most times I believe the finance guys gets paid for selling extended warranty and finance type items and those get pushed on you. Not the case here it was refreshing. Also the price listed it price paid was nice. you go most dealers and it ends up being hundreds higher by the time your done. Overall I would recommend them.

I purchased a car from this dealership with 1k down. I asked them how long I had to pay the car off and they replied As long as it takes.. Since I didnt pay the car in full, they informed me that the car had to stay on the lot until the whole amount was payed. This was fine with me.However, one week later, I began to receive phone calls about making a payment, and when I called, I was received with quite a agitated attitude and the owner was upset that I hadnt made a payment yet. I made a payment after the first month, but was a little late in making my second, and the owner exclaimed that he didnt want to deal with me and canceled my purchase and refunded my money. Highly inconvenient and a waste of my time.(Edit) I talked with Eli, and I will have to admit that he is certainly a business man. He knows how to take care of problems with his easy manner and willingness to put things right. Even though I still didnt end up with the car, after speaking with the owner, I felt it better to change my one star review to three.
