Never dealing with Husker Auto Group again. Ive heard bad things about this place but wanted to give it a chance. I was interested in a Suburban and I tried working with sales for a couple weeks to get a deal. Today at 8a I called the salesmen and told him I would put down a deposit after the vehicle was fixed and out of the shop today. He told me he would get back to me in a few minutes. I didnt hear from him until after 2p and he told me the vehicle was sold. The salesmen here talk about each other behind their backs and will lie to you. The sales manager is also very rude. They will not respond to any calls or texts either. They are scum. Do not deal with Husker Auto Group

About 30 mins before arriving I got a call saying the vehicle that I was scheduled to buy was sold a day or two before. You’d think they would check that before scheduling an appointment and sending several confirmations messages and calls, but they were crooked. Was then showed a different vehicle that was filthy and not detailed. They offered to come down on price since they already wasted my time and day off. We got to a price, I countered, then they retracted their offer and hiked the price even higher.I recommend going anywhere else before going here.They also do not offer a 30-day warranty like most dealers, kinda tells you something about their vehicles.The manager was not friendly and did not seem to want to work with us. He will try to screw you over any way possible.

My experience was very positive. Even though I arrived 45 minutes early, they were able to receive my vehicle right then & there & was able to service my vehicle quickly & professionally. Was able to get me in & out on a very short time to allow me to enjoy the rest of my Saturday.

Husker GMC was a pleasure to work with. I came to them thinking about upgrading/trading in my truck and the inventory was great. The Sales Manager Shawn gave me a competitive trade in value. The sales person Kevin took me through the process which was smooth and was there to answer questions every step of the way. David in the finance department was very helpful in finding a competitive interest rate and discussing the warranty options. All around 5 Star Experience!

I bought a 2020 GMC 2500 Sierra about 40 days ago. Felt like I was treated like I couldn’t afford vehicle or that I wasn’t taken seriously. Was not walked thru how to operate the Onstar system. Truck was not clean/detailed when I first bought it. In the month since I’ve bought the truck (she only has 1,500 miles on her)it’s had to be serviced 2 times for over 10 days, once while going on vacation and the other the day I moved homes.Communication has been hit and miss. I was told I’d be able to pick up my truck on a Saturday afternoon. After calling multiple times and not being able to contact a service rep, I just went to the dealership to pick up my truck to it not being ready. Was told it would be ready Monday afternoon. I got off work Monday at 3pm, took an Uber to the dealership, where my truck was still not finished. Monday I called multiple times and got no response. I left a voicemail that got returned while I was at the dealership. Very disappointed to have spent close to 80k with them and feel like I’m a joke to them. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Husker Auto Group.

Dont bring your car here. they have 1. not gotten my car done in more than 2 days leaving me car-less without any phone calls of updates. 2. i paid for all the work.... they called me back an hour and a half after picking it up to tell me the work wasnt done and my car needed to be brought back.this is unacceptable and i have been nothing but disappointed here.
Bought a 2017 GMC Sierra from Husker Auto with help of Breeman and Marcus. Both of them worked hard to get me the best deal and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. I wasnt an easy customer to work with but they showed me every possible option that they thought might work. If your buying a vehicle at Husker Auto I would highly recommend these guys.
I came to the Husker GMC with responsibility for my car to fix a problem bought with the vehicle and included under the warranty. the manager there tried is aggressively while trying to explain to me that I created the problemi aproof to the manager in every possible way that what he says to me makes no senseThe manager persisted and did not even try to provide a fair customer serviceI will of course go to a lawyers advice to check out my optionsI’d rather get hit by a truck then work with you again
I needed a new vehicle before the end of 2017 and Marcus was there to help me out. He was timely with responses of all my questions and always made sure I was kept up to date on what was happening with my new vehicle as it needed to be shipped in. Marcus took the time to get to know me as a person and what I wanted out of a vehicle and out of a dealership as a whole.

I thought Larry and Drew did a very good job with finding me the car and working with us.When we went back to financing I more than 2 times said we wanted the price we were quoted at, and the Financer continued to push for extra things. Making us feel like we were putting him out for going back and asking his boss (but later on he said he was the boss) for another estimate and then he made it seem like we were getting such a fantastic deal. He completely switched it all around and we end up paying 6 grand more for coverages I had asked not to be included but he made it sound like we wouldnt get the interest rate we wanted if we did not get the packages he was suggesting. So we agreed to sign up for the extra coverages because we were told if you dont you cant get the interest rate we were shown and that if we didnt get the coverages we would end up paying the same in interest. Just all came off as lies.The car when brought to us had to be cleaned twice and both times they did a poor job and we cleaned it when we got home.I left angry, confused and upset. I like my vehicle but you took the excitement from me.At the end of the transaction I was asked to rate my experience with the financer sitting right in front of me basically pressuring me to put good things. It was pathetic that you are so unsure of the remarks people will give you that you have to sit in front of them when they are ranking their experience.We had a much better experience with Anderson Ford and will never shop with you again. This experience was exactly why people dont like purchasing cars the pressure the lies and the deceit.But the financer did his job he was able to make the company more money, but while doing that he created a customer that will never tell someone to give Husker Auto Group business again.I hope this helps and I hope this is printed for all future customers to see. If it were just up to me I would return my vehicle.

We were specific with what we wanted, located it for us, and still gave us a fair price.Great customer from Kirk (1st manager that has ever shown himself during negotiations) and Seth. Kirk definitely went above and beyond to get some accessories to us after the deal even. They seem to have a great team atomosphere. Seth jumped right in to accommodate us. I hate buying cars and they made it a tolerable experience.We are in Omaha and have had terrible experiences at Woodhouse and Greg Young. Woodhouse told lies to try to get us in, which I pointed out and more lies came. Do your research and shop around always, but make sure to give Husker a chance.Thanks again Husker!! Plus they dont try to plaster a big dealership emblem on your car just a nice license plate frame😊

I had an oil change on my gmc and paid twice the price I have paid at other chevy dealerships. Even though I had an appointment it took an hour and a half. When I asked if it was going to be washed they very quickly washed it and forgot to put the antenna back on top. Left very frustrated and wont go here for service again.
I went in looking to get a new car. Marcus was able to help me get a low interest loan even tough my credit was not that good. He worked with his manager to keep the payment within my budget. I was able to drive away with a new 2017 Trax. I have also been impressed with his follow up any time I may have a problem invoking my Trax. I have recommend to a few of my friend to make a trip out to Husker Auto Group and visit with Marcus about getting a new car.
Sold me a new car that exploded the second day I drove it. GM roadside assistance left my family in blizzard conditions on the road for hours because they needed coordinates from me??? I guess giving the highway and exit number Im on is not good enough. smh thankfully, onstar stepped in..anyway, took the vehicle back to Husker and they did nothing to compensate me. Im really disappointed with this dealership and GM in general.*Update Wanted to add that, after all of that mess, this dealership sold me a Chevy Traverse at double the amount, forged my purchase agreement and denied it. This was the worst new car buying experience Ive ever had in my life. Stay clear from these crooks folks. Youll be much happier elsewhere.

I bought a car four months ago, after two months already started transmission problems.When I took the car to the shop they told me that a car had been sold to me with problems with transmission problems, after they assured me that the vehicle had been inspected and in excellent condition!When I got to the Huskers, they treated me with contempt. They said that I would have to wait a week only until they had time to look at the vehicle. He told me not to drive in the car and the guy told me that it often happens that within two months the transmission is gone. hes excusses didnt work on me.I will not give them any bussines again!
My husband and I came in to see Breeman Golden about buying a Equinox. He went above and beyond to help get us into the car we wanted! He took the time to show us several cars and showed us all the different features on them. He was patient with us while we test drove a few different Equinoxes and decided which one we wanted! Breeman even made several calls to us in the weeks following to check in and make sure everything was going well with our new car! I purchased a truck from Husker Gmc. At the time I was talked into purchasing an extended warranty and a Zak tek program. I have tried multiple times to get my extended warranty off my loan to no avail. I have also tried contacting service, finance, and management to remove this Zak tek program. This program was explained to me as a totally different thing than it actually is. Not only was I mislead it is supposed to be applied every 6 months. After getting no call to schedule this after about a year and a half, I scheduled it but canceled int he hope I would get my money back for a bs program I didnt even use. I have tried to resolve this in person, over the phone, and via email. From my viewpoint, I feel as though husker gmc knows they have lost any future business and at this point I am just being ignored. It is unfortunate I will now have to pay a lawyer to resolve this issue.If you are looking for an honest dealership, that cares about their customers, steer clear of Husker GMC!
I had my Hummer in for other services, and asked them to also rotate my tires. A couple weeks later, I noticed that several of my lug nuts had fallen off.
Worst dealership out there. Bought a car, told they would ship it, and now they cant seem to find it. Didnt get any information and still dont know when it will arrive. Stay away
