Salesperson Trey was great to work with, they gave me a fair value for trade in and negotiated even the little things I felt were important. They made it worth the drive to them. Only one small issue was presented at time of delivery but finance explained to me how to fix the issue and I’ll get it taken care of. I would do business again with them.

Im going on my 20th month on my leased Colorado. I came in mid-December and dealt with Cameron Johnson. I inquired about a truck over the web amd got an email someone would contact me. Nobody ever did I had to reach out to them. Once I did they tried and lowball me on trade. The sales rep said let me chat with my manager and I never heard back from them. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all. Poor customer service.
The whole stuff was very helpful and understanding through the whole process. I went in at 5 pm in the afternoon and by 8 pm the process was done. Wade youre the man and got it made!!
Rude customer service. Shuttle service was late by an hour and no rental cars were available. Had to leave without having any work done because I would have been late for work.
I cannot say enough good about Husker Auto Group in Lincoln Nebraska. After having a terrible experience at Anderson Ford of Lincoln Nebraska, I decided to see what was available across the street. I bought one vehicle here four years ago and I was a great experience - low pressure, didnt try to sell me something else, didnt upsell on anything - I wrote a check and was out. Second time recently the pressure was higher and some of the sales tactics came out. That said their price was excellent and they let us test drive on our own so really.. mixed bag.

Oil change for my leased vehicle was as smooth as a Formula 1 pitstop.
I attempted to contact via website about test driving a truck. I was out off for days to test drive the truck. When I showed up randomly and requested a new salesman I was told they couldn’t.I ended up test driving the truck and while negotiating (via text), the salesman quit texting me in the middle of the conversation. 5 days have gone by and no response to my questions about ongoing Chevy incentives.I later received an email from the sales manager asking me about my experience. In a very detailed and professional email I explained my discrepancies. The managers email stated he would get back to me and that also never happened.If you want to feel welcomed and feel like you matter to their business then do not go here.I would suggest Omaha or out of state.

I gave three stars only because of kody Miller and Christian on the used side, f&I and the title department are horrible, we bought a used vehicle from kody and it sat there a month before we could pick it up, they said they sent the title to dmv and they didnt then they said it needed an out of state inspection. Finally after 5 weeks we got the car. unbelivable, not doing this again.
Bad service no care for the customer or the vehicle. Horrible customer service and fixing broken parts under warranty.

We were traveling back home to Colorado when my engine light went on. I called them to see if they could check it out. When we arrived, they quickly pulled it in and diagnosed me needing a new sensor. They actually had it and put in in. We were there a little over an hour. I purchased a vehicle while working away from home in Nebraska. The dealership had good prices and a good selection, but tried to gouge on interest rates and also the MPP service plan. The finance guy wasn’t going to take No for an answer, and eventually came to half of where he started on the service plan. Also, it took 31 days to receive all the necessary paperwork to title the vehicle, which ended up costing an extra $25 due to the late penalty.
Everyone I encountered at Husker Auto Group was wonderful. Very kind and honest, which is a big plus in my book. I appreciated how hard they worked for me before I even step through the doors. I didnt at anytime feel pressured to do anything I didnt want to do. I work two jobs so safe and reliable transportation is a must. Thanks for helping make this a reality.

Fiance and I bought a car there in fall of 2010, an 09 with 40000 miles. We went in because we found a great internet price. The Salesman was nice. We also had a trade. It was on a Tuesday night and we were the only ones there buying a car. Since we were they only ones there the sales manager took over the negotiations. The sales manager was rude and testy, he didnt want to talk with us about any of the concerns we had with the car. They gave us a fair trade price for our trade. When we settled on everything he then sprang the doc fee on us, we felt he should have been upfront about this. The deal was still pretty good so we went with everything. With in 3 days driving off the lot the engine light came on and the car started running bad. They fixed for us at no cost but they had it for a day and a half just to change a spark plug. So in the end Price good, Customer Service questionable, but so frustrating I doubt wed do business there again.

Please avoid Husker Chevy at all costs, especially the service department and the body shop they do not stand by their vehicles or their repairs. It has been over a year and they still have not repaired my vehicle. When I do take it in, they will not complete any of the requested work. Ive had to take my vehicle to other repair shops to get the work done that Husker Auto should have done in the first place.

One started is too much. Terrible experience and if the second time I have made an appointment to look at a vehicle only to find out it was sold BEFORE I made the appointment. Was ready to buy and had two trucks I was deciding between new and old butt instead of having ready for me to look at they wanted to drive around the lot and see if theres anything Im interested in. After my visit received one phone call to see if theres anything I need. And told them for the third time exactly what I was looking for. This could have been the easiest sale ever but instead they decided to not call me back or return either of my calls. If you like being shuffled from one asked person to another explaining yourself over and over and then it all being for nothing because they dont want your business anyway this is the place for you. Husker I will be sharing my experience with all my neighbors and friends you almost single handedly turned me into a Ford person.

I came in to bye a car and the sales manager was rude and keep offering me stupid low prices then i try 2 take him up on the sale he wood just laugh and not honer his prices. Bought a new Nissan Frontier at Sid Dillon if you want a fair price and be treated with respect and a valued customer i recommend Sid Dillon highly. Wont return to Husker!
Im giving husker auto one star for the fact that I bought two warrantys through them and they do not stand behind theyre warrantys at all. When I bought my vehicle I bought two through them the one being a bumper to bumper and the other was one they called a rust proof for life. The first problems started with the bumper to bumper. Anything that went wrong they told me it was not covered. I was told everything was covered. When I told them that they said that they had to let that employee go because he was not honest with people. That really helps me out! So I was just out of luck. Now Im trying to figure out the rust proof for life warranty because a paint bubble has showed up. And again. Call them they transfer you and no answer. I even called the guy that sold me the truck. And he can not figure it out. Im just saying. If you waste your time or money on any warrantys here you are wasting your time because they will give you every excuse in the book why they dont have to cover you.

They seem to have really turned a corner compared with some of the ratings from years back. I assure you, I am a real customer and a very skeptical one. I actually had a point of conflict with part of the sales discussion. When I brought it to the attention of the sales manager; it was dealt with swiftly, professionally, and meaningfully.
At first, not a terrible experience. However, before I could even close the door on my truck I already had a salesman up in my face about what he can do for me. Look awesome, Im there for a reason so you wanted to be the first to get my business. But at least let me breathe a little bit before you rush me. Dang! Long story short, I purchased a truck from them. They had bought this truck out of Iowa knowing that I was going to purchase it. They had the truck for approximately one week to clean it, detail, regular checks and services, and the like. When I go to pick up the truck, I notice the Change oil light is on even though they said they changed the oil. When I inquired about the light, Adam said, Oh they just didnt clear the code and everyone is going today. So unless you want to come back tomorrow, we cant do anything about it right now. Me, being only mildly annoyed at this point, decided to roll with it. We take it for a test drive and I notice the right windshield wiper rubber part flapping. I know what the issue was but I point it out to see what Adam would say. He laughs and says, Hah...I think that is the windshield wiper? Youll just have to replace them. Again, I am unamused by the humor he finds in something they shouldve repaired within the week they had the truck. It was late so I didnt get to see if it was detailed real well. The cab lights didnt work, the truck has no radio antenna and the tires need replacing. Next day I look at the truck in the light and notice the interior is absolutely FILTHY. Rocks all over, dirt, trash in the back seat, and obviously wasnt washed prior to giving me the keys. Husker Auto Group is beyond horrible. Worst car buying, trading, and selling experience in all my years. Will not be a return customer nor will they get business from my company.
Service department is amazingly terrible, Safety recall book time 2 hours took well over 4 and was told that the Tech was milking the time so I would receive my receipt in the mail. Asked to look at another part that was also involved in the recall and it never was taken care of.
I was extremely nervous about buying a used vehicle after my Chevy Sonic bit the shed until my rep talked to me about all my options. He qualmed my concerns by fitting me with my new car within my budget, with low mileage, with quite a bit of warranty left that also met my monthly payment requests. Highly recommend!! Ask for Tre :)
So, here I am a month after I bought my new Toyota. I get a follow up call from Dirk, who sold me the car. I told him I hadnt received my title from Nebraska DMV yet. He told me he would check on it. The next day I got a call from the title people. They told me they had the title and would overnight FedEx it to me. Sure enough, 10AM the next day the title arrived.As far as Im concerned, this is outstanding service, not just from Dirk but also from the titling people at the dealership. Especially after the sale!

Let me share my story about your Husker Auto Group, Lincoln, NE. Today I drove 45 min from Omaha to Lincoln to see a Chevrolet Malibu in this store. The salesman, Troy, carried out his promise that he would offer me the price no more than online price, $19321 for Malibu LT 2015. We start to discuss the price with his manager. His name might be Chris, who is the most rediculous guy I have ever met in the past 25 years. At first, he refused my offer $19000+documentation fee. After checking my credit score, he matched my bank offer 1.99% and I said if he could give us the price $19000+1.9%+documentation fee. He said no. I said that this price was the online price and we did not have any other discount. Can you imagine what he did next?He TEARED the paper writing the price $19321+1.9% INTO PIECES in front of us and said SEE YOU.We are not short of money. We are not coming back and forth 90 min for your humiliation!!!!!!!!!!!
Terry Meisinger stayed in contact with me over a couple of weeks keeping me posted on the vehicle I was interested in. He was never pushy, just kept me informed. Eventually he made me feel comfortable enough that I drove up to the dealership from Olathe Kansas and made the deal. It was a great experience all around.

This dealership is a bunch of crooks and liars do not purchase from here I bought a lemon and fought six months to get into something else do not purchase theyre all crooks especially the gm Steve Kurtz they dont care one bit as long as they make money they sold me a car that many managers flat out told me shouldve gone to auction and not sold to a customer then told me only way they would buy back the lemon they sold me I had to buy a different vehicle from them and they gave me a hard time the whole way saying I had the vehicle for six months yeah I owned it for six months but I only had the vehicle in my possession for less than combined thirty days and every time I got it back it was in worse shape from there inexperienced techs so heed my warning do not purchase from this dealership they treatede like trash during this whole process I will be posting more in detail and depth on Yelp as well if they have no problem screwing over single dad on disability theyll do it to anyone!!!!!!?

Great customer service... Until you leave the lot.When I went in looking for a new car, they were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for and at the price that I wanted. The model that I really wanted (Chevy Cruz) was out of stock, so the offered me a Malibu at the price of the Cruz ($10,000 instead of $12,500). We called it a deal and I returned the next day to make a purchase.When it came time to talk money, they said they couldnt go any lower than $12,500. They had successfully honey potted me. I went with it, because I was able to get a great loan rate.When I was transferring things over, we noticed a huge dent in the rear bumper. It was raining, so neither the salesmen nor myself had seen it. I was told they could fix it for me. Also because of the rain, I was offered a detail at a later date. When I went back in, the retracted their statement, and I still have a dent. As for the detail, it looks like they did nothing, as the inside is still filthy.Now Im having suspension problems (after less than 2 months). They have the nerve, after all Ive been out through, to charge me $175/hour JUST FOR INSPECTION.But hey, the free car washes make up for everything, right?Im never coming back here, and I suggest you do the same.

Husker had the best price on a Silverado - they were several grand below the other prices I had found. Matt Frisbie helped me through the process; he found me exactly the vehicle I wanted. I bought a car four months ago, after two months already started transmission problems.When I took the car to the shop they told me that a car had been sold to me with problems with transmission problems, after they assured me that the vehicle had been inspected and in excellent condition!When I got to the Huskers, they treated me with contempt. They said that I would have to wait a week only until they had time to look at the vehicle. He told me not to drive in the car and the guy told me that it often happens that within two months the transmission is gone. hes excusses didnt work on me.I will not give them any bussines again!
We take our work vehicles here. Its truly painful to watch cornhusker auto unmercifully price gauge not only our company but the sheepishly naive customers that show up while we are waiting for our vehicle to be finished. At least they have some decent coffee!

I bought a new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze at the end of December. The car was a model year closeout and advertised in the newspaper at a discounted price. It was a great value. Because of that, I did not feel I had to to negotiate over the price. (I dislike doing that.) Stephan Kess and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with; it was a hassle free buying experience. I just had my first service appointment and it was super also.I cant say enough about the car. Chevrolet updated the Cruze in 2016, with new styling and a new 1.4 liter turbocharged engine. It looks great, drives great and the ride is far better than one would expect from a small car. I put on mostly highway miles, and I am getting over 40 miles to the gallon on the highway! Thats better than some hybrids.
I will never set for in this place again, I wish I could rate it zero stars. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. They used me as a number to fill some sales quota they must have. Applied for financing on Friday, told i was approved and to come in Saturday to test drive some cars. Found a car, told me I got approved to lease, filled out all the paperwork. They provided me with vin number, I bought insurance, they took my starting payment. Due to my cosigner being out of state, they said they would overnight get the paperwork on Monday and as long as they got them back Wednesday I could pick the car up Wednesday evening. My cosigner never received paperwork, I called my sales guy Paul, who now was oblivious to why the paperwork never got sent. He told me to stop in Thursday. I stop in they all acted like imbeciles; the fiance manager told me nothing was ever approved, I needed to find a car I liked and we could go from there, isnt that what I did on Saturday? So another man came and helped as at this point I was pissed. The found me another car, I asked is my credit going to be ran again, his reply, no we already did that. Know I have credit karma so any time my credit is affected Im notified via email. They ran 4 hard credit inquiries, when I brought this to their attention, they played like they didnt know what I was talking about. So I showed them as they swore they were soft inquiries, yet I had proof they werent. So I requested they stop this whole process, something seemed fishy. Never in all my car buying experience have I signed paperwork for a car before I was even aprroved, only after the deal was final and legit with the bank. This was complete sketchiness on their part. So when I demanded for my money back, they offered to refund to my card, then a check. I stood my ground and demanded cash. Not once did I get an apology after this point. Worse dealership ever and Ive seen some bad ones before. Steer Clear of Husker Chevy in Lincoln. (There was one guy there that was sincere about this whole situation, wish I caught his name, he was from DC, he was the best part of this horrible experience)
