After searching high and low for a 2021 Escalade esv sport (due to the shortage it’s like looking for a unicorn) I found the exact one I wanted at husker. We live in Washington state so it was an out of state purchase but it did not come with the stress that purchasing a vehicle from out of state can come with. It was completely hassle and stress free and they got us the vehicle at an extremely fair price compared to other dealerships all over the country. We worked with Derek and he was always extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. Wish we lived closer so we could bring our vehicle in for its servicing appointments!

I had a fantastic experience with the service department at Husker Cadillac recently. Kathy and Jenn helped me with everything from roadside assistance, warranty work, a loaner vehicle and an oil change. It was the smoothest, most convenient experience I’ve ever had with any service department. Kudos!

Drove four hours to look at a new XT4 Cadillac SUV. Arrived at dealership and was told that it is locked inside the body shop. I cannot look at it and or test drive it. What a waste of time. Wouldn’t buy a car there if they were the last dealership on earth.

I brought my 2018 XT5 in for a transmission whine and stuttering or slipping. They performed an emission recall. (I am unable to find the recall on GM site or NHTSA site for my vin. We went to dinner after picking the car up and it seemed fine. Got done with dinner and whine came back and seem to have a rough idle now. Also, when stopped at a light, they car completely died, IE dash and everything shut off. I have left several messages with Shelly Duba and left 2 messages with GM Service Manager Jason Masek with 0 call backs. This is not good customer service at all.

I came in for an oil change. My service advisor noticed my tires were bald on the inside. They were about to blow. I was leaving on a trip to Texas with my kids. MARTY saved our lives. Make sure you get your service from Marty, he might save your life also.

I had my Caddy towed to them concerning an electrical problem. We couldnt even start it. They spent a lot a time and effort and didnt charge me a dime. Im still amazed and grateful.

My parents took their car here MULTIPLE times, PAID each time, and yet each time they said they couldn’t find the problem. It was the 6th time now, they finally find the problem and then ask us to pay more. We got the car back today. Somehow the touch screen that worked before in our car is now broken and they’re asking 2 grand to fix it. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Not pleased with my purchasing experience. There were errors from the financial department and title department, they signed the wrong area and didnt let me know until I called them when I was trying to register my vehicle and the title wasnt issued? I then had to find another time to get me vehicle registered and had to pay a late fee. These issues bother me, they promote themselves as a professional company but made the entire experience something that I wouldnt suggest others to be a part of. The Sales guy, Riley, we great, unfortunately it seems the bad absolutely outweighed the good from this purchasing experience.

I’ve had my car serviced here 5 times for the same reason. They can’t fix it. They are the worst car shop I’ve ever had the displeasure to go to. I would give this place lower than one star.

My wife & I were thinking about leasing..Went in on a Saturday around 3:15. We both agreed we were just looking.. Had called earlier & talked to Barry Mosley..Well 3 hours later, we had just leased a 2017 cadillac xt5..Signed the papers & picked up new vehicle on Monday...Barry bent over backwards to help us, plus being very patient with us..We drove several vehicles, taking a lot of time..He took the time before & after the sale...I (Reggie Moller) have contacted him several times since our transaction...Truly a great experience for my wife & I.. Would highly recommend Husker Auto Group, & expecially Barry Mosley...
