Recently my mom and boyfriend drove 3 hours to see a 2013 dodge dart that was for sale. when we got there we were immediately greeted by one of the owners. when we walked in the place seemed to be not the best looking but that didn’t phase me. anyways we went to go look at the car and test drive it. the car on the outside was dirty but the inside was clean. when we test drove it it seemed fine and seemed like the perfect car. the owner said it was a salvage title and the reason it was, was because the previous owners of the car hit a deer. we bought the car and the owners were extremely nice and even said the battery was bad and gave us money to get a new one. when i was driving it home it seemed fine besides the trunk that kept popping open and the lights too low so it was hard for me to see in the night. a few days later the check engine light came on and it wasn’t anything bad which i was fine with. a month later fast forward to today these are the problems. the wheel bearings a worn out, the touchscreen doesn’t work at all, the knobs to control the volume and the airflow sometime doesn’t work and my break are scraping up against something. it is getting worked on at the moment. All i can say is please check out EVERYTHING with the car and get it looked at. overall i didn’t think they meant to sell us on a bad car. just look over it multiple times and make sure it’s in good condition.
People were very nice and generous but gotta be honest I went to buy a car from them and it drove great! They told me it was all fixed up and it sure did seem that way But when I took it too a different auto shop they listed over $1000 worth of repairs and the seller onlyLowered it $200 vs taking the $1000 of the amount I was gonna pay him. They just want your money.
The facility wasnt clean and looked unprofessional. On our trip home the info center came on with a service stabila track and a service brake assist warning. I also noticed some body damage on the right front fender. Got estimates for both repairs which was more than a $1000.00. The ad for the car listed it in excellent condition. I called the salesman Ameer and he minimized everything. This business sells damaged and repaired as advertised insurance vehicles. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turned out to be a very bad deal. I will never buy from this business again. I strongly recommend that nobody buy any vehicles from this business unless you want a nasty, expensive surprise!

Thank you for fixing my 2013 Focus!! You were very easy company to help us with our auto purchase!!
!!!WARNING!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!we were interested in a dodge avenger at Alis auto sales. we made arrangements to take it to a mechanic. went there at 9:00am, 1 hour before they open. 1 of their body men was there and he told me to com back at 10 or 11. when i came back the boss still wasnt there so the body man call him and gave me the phone. the boss told me to come back in the afternoon. my appointment with the mechanic was for 10, so i told him we would have to rearrange. latter that day, my son called and they told him the car was sold.2 days later the car was back again.i think some funny business is going on. they didnt want us to have it checked out. for your sake tell them you want your mechanic to check the car you are looking at and have it checked.
Buyers be careful before buying this salvage cars, ask for inspection if they don’t allow you to inspect it??????????????
We bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander and were told that the only claim the car had was hail damage. After we bought the highlander when we received the title it said not actual mileage, and the carfax says head on crash had to be towed from the scene. 4 days after the purchase I was driving down the highway and the whole front wrap fell off. Now this company will not return phone calls or answer the phone when we call.
I called on a vehicle advertised on FB and arranged to see it. Rahman was zero pressure, accommodated our requests, was honest to a fault, and did his best to find an answer to my many questions about the car we were looking at. No sales BS here! This car lot is zero frills, no nonsense, and reasonable. Resist the urge to find fault with the humble accommodations and come here because you can find a car at reasonable cost with none of the hassle associated with many business as usual car lots.
I am beyond unsatisfied with my purchase. I just bought a vehicle from this place about a month ago and had so many problems. I understand that I bought it as is but I have put an extra $1500 into the car. My car is currently in the shop with another problem. I asked the guy who sold me the car if the vehicle had any problems before I made the purchase and he said no. What bothers me the most is that I called the guy today and he caught an attitude with me when I was voicing my concerns. He was rude and said well you test the car you should know if it was a good car This is not how I wanted to spend my money and time. I would strongly recommend NOT purchasing a vehicle here!
