The BEST customer service! And the product is absolutely delicious. Everything locally sourced. We got 2 ribeye steaks, pork chorizo, pork bacon, and 2 bones (that were conveniently split lengthwise to expose the marrow) for the pups. Happy humans and happy dogs...P.s. we were served by a lovely woman on Feb 9th just before close - I wish we would have gotten her name.

Wonderful selection and the most delightful staff who always go above and beyond. Any real steak night I go here for the steak and you wont be disappointed.

This place is spot on. Ive tried the tomahawk. Strip. Ribeye. Cowboy ribeye. Porterhouse. Ahi tuna, swordfish and olive sourdough bread. The meats deliver an abundance for portions without all the excess fat to toss away which adds up to cost on total weight also. With 20 seconds of research on the difference in quality of meat, its easy to see where cost with a high value meet perfectly.

Service at The Mercato was excellent. Picked up a couple steaks for our anniversary and was amazed at how great they were. Definitely recommend!

Been waiting for this to open. We have been there several times, tried all kinds of cuts, and very impressed. Butcher is very knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests. We absolutely love this place!!

Went in to look around today. Really friendly staff, excellent prices, and terrific looking products. Cant wait to go back and buy some Nebraska beef!
