Wanna give a big shout out to Scott at the commercial SW location in Lincoln. He was a great help at fixing our Titan sprayer for us. He also gave us great advice on how to keep it running smoothly from now on. The whole team treated us with respect and had good customer service. Thank you guys for taking care of us.

Ive shopped at your stores nationwide for over 20yrs But I will never buy another product from your franchise. After the way I was treated when I had a small return. Basically sorry about your luck. Well sorry about sherwin Williams luck .I know every painter in town and Ill be sure to let them know not shop at your rude, unprofessional store.

We LOVE Sherwin Williams! The staff are always very helpful, courteous, and professional. We have been customers for a few years now and will continue to come back for all of our painting needs.

I feel like they did me wrong. They need to be able to link the stores via computer. I was in a hurry to finish a job and called ahead to be able to have the paint ready to be picked up when I got there but when I arrived they said that they didnt have the formula for the color I needed. I had recently purchased the color at another location so they called that store and had gotten a color formula from them so I trusted it to be right. I purchased 4 gallons of paint and went and began to paint a garage only to find that the color was not right. So I wasnt able to finish the job that day and when I explained to them what had happened I was basically told I was SCREWED!
