Delivered lumber. Unstrapped. Untartarped. Then waited 3 hours before anyone started unloading my truck. No other trucks there

They usually quit unloading at 5 PM, we were told if we could be there by 4:30 PM they would stay and unload, which they did. Thats outstanding customer service

Horrible service. Its almost like they dont want to work with home owners. They took 3 months to order my product and every item ordered was wrong. The replacements arrived 3 months later and that time 50% of the order was wrong. Now Im being bounced from person to person to person and no one is stepping up to fix their error. I will never step foot in there again.

Coming up on 10 months and many, many calls to replace 2 window screens that were delivered damaged. I was never treated poorly by any of the staff, just dont know if they are not interested in helping, poorly trained or they just dont care since the prospect of replacing this product doesnt seem that difficult.

I was there for delivery and it was quick fast and easy.

Staff is super helpful.

From the front desk to the fork lift drivers, everyone was very helpful and had a great attitude!

Not sure why i havent gone here before. Prices are up or down but not as far as menards and home depot. Could have saved alot of gas. Friendly. Stay friendly please.

No help at all with a malfunctioning Andersen patio door our builder purchased through them four years ago.

It has taken over 5 weeks to get a custom door made, and I was told it would take 1-2 weeks at the most. First they lost my first request for an estimate; when I called 2 weeks later to see what had happened, no one had any record of the request or measurements and we had to start over with a new estimate over the phone. After two more weeks I called to see if it was finished, and they couldnt even find the order. They finally tracked it down hours later and called to tell me it hadnt even been started, no one was sure why, but it would hopefully be done in just a few more days. I didnt hear anything, called back a week later and it still wasnt done (or possibly started); but they were hopeful it would be finished in three more days. Three days later I didnt hear from them. I called again the next day and was told they had finally finished it the previous evening, but they did not even think to call and tell me!I honestly dont understand why an order that had been lost twice was not made a higher priority to make up for lost time. Instead, it was repeatedly pushed back and clearly their absolute last priority. In the meantime, I have been forced to live for over a month with no door on my bathroom!! (Which I told them, so they must have understood it was a pretty important job for the customer.) The door wont even be painted, so its not like I can take it home and mount it right away, either! The staff are always very pleasant in person and on the phone, right up until you challenge them on for treating you badly; then they brush you off and just dont want to talk to you anymore.I expect the product will be good (hence two stars instead of one), but because of all the delays I havent even seen it yet. I have just never worked with a store that was so repeatedly neglectful or disorganized, and who cared so little about their customers.

They say they are open at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday mornings but I sat out there until 8:45 and there was no one in sight. There was no sign saying they were closed and the phone just kept ringing. I’ve heard great things about 84 Lumber but that is very poor customer service

Workers in the back pretty much ignore you

I believe the final product will be good quality, (but after 3 1/2 months I have yet to see a final product). We contacted them for a bid the third week in September for a new deck and three large window replacements. When we awarded them the bid the first week in October, they replied the bid had to be reviewed by their manager before accepting the contract. I’ve never know a bid not to be a solid bid. We gave them an additional week to review their calculations, which turned into two.Construction started in mid December, only after multiple phone calls and multiple excuses. It is now mid January and as of now we have a new deck and one of three windows has been installed. They seem very disorganized, poorly managed, and unconcerned with job completion.

Poor customer service all around. They dont return calls or email quotes as promised. It was like pulling teeth to give them business.

This place has the worst case of nepotism I have ever experienced in my life. I feel sorry for anyone employed without the last name Becker. Im surprised the rest of his family isnt management at this place. SMH

Late delivery on the first order, and somehow the second order vanished to only God knows where. We picked up the third batch ourselves. Still no idea as to where the delivery driver supposedly delivered the second order. Their problem now.
