I am extremely unhappy with their movie return policy. I recently, within the last week, purchased some Adventures In Odyssey movies, plus $60 of other activities for my 4 year old. Turns out they terrify him. Two of the three were left unopened so I took them in and asked to exchange them. I was told that even though they were unopened I was not allowed to exchange or return them without a receipt. Now, Im left with $25 worth of movies that my family cannot watch and I cannot replace them with other Sabbath Activities that my son could actually enjoy. The ABC lost me as a customer because of this situation.
