Dana and all the guys at Wheelie Good were awesome!!!!!! I am following a guy on his ride to all 50 state capitals!!!! We figured Lincoln would be a good place to get his bike checked over and cleaned up! We were not sure when he would be pulling in but Dana was prepared for whenever my guy showed up!!!! Sadly he made way better time and could not wait to get his bike serviced but Dana checked it over and got him back on the road! Could not ask for better customer service and stewards for the cycling community!!!!! Thanks a million!!!!! Hope we are this lucky further along the trail!!!!!

Since it had been several years, I took mine and my wife’s Trek bikes to this place for a “tune up”. The description of the service that I asked for was the annual service. I was told that the service would take about a week. After a week, I still hadn’t received a phone call, so I called the shop. I was told that the bikes were finished and ready for pickup. I drove the 45 minutes to the shop. The only person in the shop at the time was, I’m guessing, a friend of the owner, or a friend of the business. She had a very difficult time processing the payment and, in fact, had to process the bikes individually.After returning home, I stored them and we went on an extended vacation.Upon returning, I decided to go for a ride. I immediately noticed that the bike would not shift. It didn’t take long to notice that the rear derailleur was frozen. I took the cap off of the rear shift mechanism and found that the cable was stuck. I freed up the cable with rust remover and lubed it. I checked the rest of the bike and found that none of the items on the annual check up list had been completed on my bike, or on my wife’s bike.I learned a lot about bicycle mechanics that day, including cleaning.It turns out that I paid $192 for wheelie good to store our bikes for a week.I phoned the shop and told them what I found and all I received was a “sorry”. Needless to say, I will not be returning to wheelie good.

Wheelie Good is amazing. I needed a small repair done to my bike and it was done very fast and professionally. I recommend to anyone looking for a bike or needing service.

Dana is so passionate about wanting you to enjoy riding. He really knows his stuff!

I ordered a bike lift from the shop and all of my visits with the shop have been top notch.

Great guys willing to help with all my needs. I am definitely not a biker but the family enjoys a summer ride together. Anything we need on our old box store bikes they are happy to oblige.

Horrible customer service. Brought a bike in for repairs, was quoted $12 and when I went to pick it up, they charged me $47. When I simply stated that I would’ve appreciated a phone call to approve the extra repairs, they wanted to argue with me and did not care. Never going here again.

I pulled up in the whipped went to the door and it was locked before closing time it is suppose to be open for another 20 minutes I am not happy

Friendly and very knowledgeable. Answered my wifes questions that were all over the place. Great selection for kids and adults, for the serious cyclist or the occasional ride.My wife and I were in there for more than an hour and the owner was very patient with us and willing to answer any questions we had. Never felt any pressure to buy.When we did purchase a bike, gave us a great run down of how to care for the bike since it is an investment!They also offer tuning and fixing (we havent used that yet).Definite 5 star and recommendation to all our family & friends!

I was looking for a MTB JUST before Covid hit. I didnt pull the trigger on a Scott that was recommended by WG, and instead went without for months. Eventually I got antsy and bought an online bike. I assembled the bike myself, but ran into problems with the hydraulic breaks. WG did a final assembly/tune for me, turned it around quickly, and charged an amount so low, Im embarrassed to admit how much it was. WG is the complete opposite of the stereotypical snobby/hard to work with bike mechanic.

The store opens at 10 am, I was at store 10 minutes early so I could unload the bikes for repairs. I sat around tell 10:15 and the store was still closed. I tried calling, but naturally no one was there. I loaded the bikes up and headed to another repair shop. I had called yesterday to check prices and to see what time the store would be open.

Out on the trail with a squeaky chain I stopped in and met Mike. I asked if he could put some lube on the chain. Within minutes he had lubed the chain and found the problem which was debris in the rear derailer. I asked him to charge me but he wouldnt- saying it only took a few minutes. I didnt mention my computer not working- riding away I noticed the speedometer registering and that he had cleaned off the diode contacts on the wheel and the fork. Thanks Mike! I recommend this shop for all your biking needs. They have really great gear and a wicked-good mechanic. Theyre just off the trail - thats how I found them.

Was a long time customer of Joyride so am glad to see that theee is still a good shop in our corner if town. Came in for a tube and a stem adjustment, but left with a new helmet also due to the great price. Thanks guys, we will be back..

Called and asked if they had a bike, they said it was there so I said I would come over and buy it, when I got there they said they just sold it and tried to sell me on a bike almost 3x as much money never going back

More like meh bike shop. The guy there seemed like it was a hassle to do his job. Not very many bikes on site which makes finding the right fit difficult. To make it worse they didnt really offer to size or explore options. Also really expensive compared to others in town.

The owner at this store is a very friendly guy, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and offered great customer service . The previous bike shop next-door, Joyride Bicycles, was owned by an incredibly rude and unprofessional guy so I’m glad we have a shop in south Lincoln that we can go to and respect. The bikes here are very reasonably priced with a wide selection and I would highly recommend shopping here!

They had what I needed, and were super helpful. Over all, Id say this is a Wheelie Good Bike Shop.
