Helpful and friendly staff, store is meticulously organized and HUGE. Its nice to not worry about bumping into racks of polish and other breakable items. Im so glad this place opened. Ive been here twice both super great experiences. Prices are low for great products. I accidentally grabbed a nail polish instead of gel. And he let me keep the polish as well as grab a gel! Super great place I definitely recommend.

Come in here at least once a week (sometimes once a day lol) and the girls are always super friendly and helpful. And they never have that oh God, you again attitude. I love the products and will continue to spend lots of money here lol :-)

The just opened so some stuff are in boxes and they are still setting up, but otherwise their store has everything you need! DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBSITE!! ONLY GO TO THE LOCATION!!

I drove an hour and a half to shop here and was rushed out because their cashier had an appointment. I needed to use the restroom and it was not available. This is the third attempt to shop here, werent open the last 2 times I was here but Google says they are open till 6pm

This is not the way to do business, sales person and phone representative was very rude & disrespectful everyone stop ordering and purchase anything at this store just waste your money and time. Terrible! Be careful when you buy things from here. My parent sent me to buy a box of Acetone (in which contain 4 Gallon) but I thought they said a 1 Gallon bottle. I came in and she sold me the 1 Gallon Acetone for like $17. When I took it back to my parents they were surprised how expensive it was because when they buy a box of 4 Gallon its like only $21-$24. We called back and their explanation was because they thought I was an American person thats why they sold it to me for that price.

I just picked up my products and I was very pleased not only with the products but the gentleman and the service I received was outstanding.I will shop there again and again.

They have a lot of selection, which is awesome, but they store is so cluttered that it is hard to move around. They honestly need a larger location for all of their products. If you are claustrophobic, you wont enjoy this place. If narrow isles and overflowing stuff doesnt bother you though, they do have a lot of good stuff.

After over 30k transaction of supplies for my new salon. Only two missing item not being shipped, all proofs of transaction has been sent to supplier, still cant get my refund. This is a warning for out of state customer, please be aware to check your shipment when dealing with this supplier. Small timer.

I intended on making a 3 hour trip to get nail supplies considering there are no nail supply store in my town. I called the first time and got hung up on and I called again to ask what acrylic powder brands they carry and the person on the phone proceeds to be rude and ask “who are you” multiple times. Bad customer service, will not be doing business with them.

Shortly after recieving the box of things I ordered from VS Nail Supply I opened my paccage only to see that I only was givin 48pcs out of the 100pcs of my order. When I called to resolve the issue I was treated as an un-needed 1st time customer and was lied to and givin several stories as to why my order was incomplete yet fully charged to my account. While trying to resolve the issue at hand via telephone and SMS txt msg on the date of 12/12/2018 all and any communication on their end was brought to a sudden stop as if it were a cold case file of a crime or something. The last phone call was hung up on me immediately as if they looked to never speak to anyone from my phone number and also no reply to my txt msgs about resolving the whole situation. I don’t understand why I am being treated as so; any form of communication to them on my behalf was done so with nothing but a humble and hopeful attitude and tone of voice. I will now after this unpleasant experience never order from this business due to a very strong vibe of unfair and unjust business and the way they conduct and carry themselves in any business manner. Please be cautious of whom you order from people! Businesses like this corrupt and taint the proper business economy!
