Absolutely the WORST place you can ever go to. Made my hair blotchy, damaged, hair stylist did not take accountability for screwing it up. She did not know what she was doing.

Joanna is the best...she knew just how I wanted it cut. Listened to what I was saying. Will definately be using her from now on.

Just wanted to thank Emily for an awesome hair cut and experience. I would recommend penny’s to anyone especially if she’s working. She was so friendly and most importantly didn’t rush to get me out of there. Darn near put me to sleep washing my hair : ) Was so relaxing and my hair turned out perfect.
