Awesome customer service. I bought an electric clippers over the weekend. Brought it home and the blade was clearly dull and had been used. When I went back, even though they have an all sales final on clippers, they were very helpful in getting it exchanged since they could see it had been used. The saleswoman and mangers were extremely helpful and apologetic. Both were very knowledgeable about products as well.

My first time at any Sallys, and the lady was very helpful! The lady was not sure on one item so she got another person that was able to help. I will definitely go back here. 👍

What an amazing beauty store! The women who work there are geniuses! We went in to buy dye for my daughters hair and all the staff were so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful! We went in apprehensive and left with confidence! Thank you! Were never going anywhere else!

It mostly has everything you need from a beauty supply store - its small though so the options are also somewhat limited. Customer service is friendly enough, but I find it rude when they answer the phone while checking you out. I prefer the other location.

The lady working was very helpful in picking out products. Store is small however. Several people all came in at the same time and it hard to social distance in the store. Some products are priced cheap, however others are very expensive.

So i went to this store because this morning i put to much blonde in my hair and it turn orange! The lady that helped me was very nice but when i got home it was the wrong color! So i tried calling the store disconnect!!! So i drove back to the store and another Lady helped but she really did not know anything about hair color really!!! You work at a beauty place!! All she said was you can pick a different color i told her is it going to help get the orange out shes like i think so!! Im sorry but i will never go back there no wonder all the stores are closing.

I had a faulty spray can & the staff was quick to assist in swapping it out - no fuss. Clean store & great staff.
