Went in 2p on a Saturday a week before Halloween. Crazy busy. Hard to park anywhere near the place. Hard to walk up and down the isles because there were so many customers inside the place.They had plenty of staff on hand. They had a nice selection of Halloween costumes, and accessories, and stuff wasnt ridiculously expensive, which was refreshing and quite frankly a little surprising.Overall a good experience. We found a few items to finish off Halloween costumes for the kids.

Curbside p/u was great even on busy Saturday only had a couple min wait!

Ok selection, high prices, and customers werent even wearing masks with the local mandate. Our visit was a few weeks back so it wasnt near the end date being 9/30 for the mandate. Workers were barely even wearing them, and not bothering to enforce it even with signs posted which Id assume and hope were by corporate directive and management executed

They have great balloons, and stuff for a kids party 🎉🥳 also holidays 🎄

Great place to go to find party decorations and party favors in every color you can think of. You can create color themes and find pretty much anything you need for any type of party. They also carry seasonal stuff. We went to find a piece for a Halloween costume. They have all the disposable party dishes, a huge candy section. We have used Party City for several birthday parties and never have to go anywhere else to get what we need. A real cool store!

Very poorly customer service i was the second person to be in line for balloons and i got skipped by 6 people and it was a bad time for me too i was celebrating my sons bday thats no longer here and to be treated like that was horrible

Shopped here for a pink morph suit. Was not disappointed. Friendly staff and lines arent too long. Great selection for suits. Also bought a rubber chicken. Best 5 dollars I have ever spent. Great store.

Not a pleasant experience. Staff was rude.

Tried to pick up a costume mask last minute on a Friday here. Although it was mere minutes before they closed for the day, the staff was exceptionally welcoming given the time and day. They unfortunately did not have the mask of which I found searching on their website, which was albeit a bit confusing and could use a more modern touch to find things. I left without a mask, but was told by the Manager that they normally dont have the particular mask except once a year, and they go quick. Next time Ill remember to call and inquire before I go to verify whether a product is in stock or not. Other than that, I realized they do actually carry an expansive amount of party supplies and costumes year round. I will definitely recommend Party City to others!

It was the last one. It was floor model but he was very polite to take it down.

We went in to find a costume and one of maybe the managers helped us. She was so polite and found what we were looking for!! We were very grateful for her. She was friendly with a smile!!

They were super busy on Halloween evening, but the staff was friendly and helpful. And they actually had the sense to have plenty of checkers so the long line moved very fast. Way to know when you needed the extra help, Walmart and HyVee could take notes.

We had a great experience at Party City today we found exactly what we were looking for and more, plus the staff (her name was Faith) was sooooo super sweet and entertaining to my son while she filled our balloons 💞

Fairly nice selection and you can find some good deals. Although I couldnt find what I was looking for that particular day. I guess they cant carry everything!

Always very helpful staff. They are sometimes super busy so getting help was kind of slow but not for lack of effort. They seem to be a little over priced with some things, but reasonable with others. This is my go to when I need balloons for special occasions.

Refused to fill my order even days out citing the helium shortage. Local competetor filled it no problem. Also charging for hi-float when the competetor used regular helium. Over a month later and the mylars are still up. Price gouging customers isnt quality service. Not to mention, employees referencing the managers magical order if it was really placed. Not professional at all.

Good place to stop by for last minute party accessories. I can find many commonly found things here and a special personal relatable item which my friend likes.

A good place to shop at but it is a little bit pricier there.

Emma helped me make the perfect balloon bouquet for my daughters birthday. They didnt have the main theme I wanted but she helped me figure out the next best thing with no hesitation.

I was having a hard time finding things I previously had in my cart online, I spoke with one of the staff and they went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was needing and have it ready for me to pick it up!

Wonderful place although during the Halloween season when lots of parents bring their young children to buy costumes they should probably keep the really scary stuff towards the back of the store and not right next to the toddler section

I ordered costumes online for Halloween. They were supposed to be delivered on the 18th of October. I received a message on the18th that an item was out stock and the order was to be delivered on the 24th. I went into return an item to the store and they gave me a hard time about it. They told me that they can no longer return. The associate told me the manager would have to be the only one to help with that. The manager did give me my money back but I dont think Ill place another order.

My daughter was looking for retirement party items. She found a few things. She said there was more retirement related items now compared to when she last looked a couple of years ago.

Great variety of stuff except for what I wanted to buy. I went there mid February and again last week. Theres no mardi gras face stickers/tattoos like they used to carry. They werent out because I asked. Its ok. Ill be back for my party needs! I live in the area lol

Good place for party supplies from kids b-day to adult party

I went into Party City tonight to get some party supplies for a non profit fundraiser. Jonathan and the other gentleman working were extremely helpful and even helped me get a discount because I was purchasing the items for a non profit, something I didnt know Party City did, but think is wonderful!

Found some great stuff on clearance. This place really has it all for party supplies.

This place has alot of different costumes amd everyting but it is WAAAAAY overpriced!!!! Went in there, the outfit that I wanted wouldvr costed me 80 bucks....I made it my self for 20. If you dont have time and have money, this is perfect for you...not me

It was horrible they had 1 large costume that was broken and a medium I asked if u could get a discount on the large she said 10% I didnt want it. Then I asked if she could give me the large shirt so it fit better and she said no. Her attitude was horrible throughout the whole process she acted as if I wasnt important. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAS
