I arrived 15 minutes early for my oil change appointment. There was no one in the customer service/attendant area for check in, and I waited 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. Finally Monte came and assisted me. He stated it would be 60-90 minutes for my oil change. Thats a ridiculous amount of time when I had a scheduled appointment. I waited at least 75 minutes, then walked around the showroom. At that time I was in the showroom, my vehicle was completed and a technician pulled it into the garage area for pickup. There was no announcement that my vehicle was completed until I walked by the garage area and noticed it. I went back to the customer service/attendant area and no one was around to assist me. There was also another person waiting for someone to assist them. I poked my head into the service area and someone asked if I needed help and I said my vehicle is done and Id like to leave. He said he would find an attendant. After another 5-10 minutes, two gals came out to assist me and the other gentleman. I find it very unnecessary that there are no attendants to help customers especially when appointments are made. The service area was not busy at all and I was the only one in the waiting room for most of the wait-time. I was satisfied with the service work performed, but unhappy with the customer service. For the price of an oil change, your service should be exemplary. I could have gone to the local speedy lube place and paid less for the same service, and been in and out in 30-45 minutes. Step it up Husker Auto!

I had a horrible mouse smell when I put used the blower in my car. The techs checked the cabin filter and found a huge mouse nest/mice chewing up the filter,which was replaced, and now most of the smell is gone and I can use the air again. I appreciate that they showed me what was going on. Everyone at the service dept was courteous and friendly.

I had warranty work done to my C7 ZO6 Corvette and the service technician did an excellent job with the replacement parts. The service adviser had paperwork completed and ready for me to sign when I picked the car up. When I picked the car up it was clean and there were no scratches or scuffs at all in the paint. I keep the car super clean and and it did not get dirty or dusty at all. Also GM really stepped up by taking care of overheating issues with my ZO6. I highly recommend the Corvette tech to service my ZO6.

I took my car in about 3 months ago to get my door fixed but they had to order the part. They said it would take 5 days to get the part in. THREE MONTHS and my door is still not fixed. I have called multiple times and everytime they say they will call me back but never do. Great way to treat their customers who lease their expensive cars! Will not be renewing or buying out at the end of my lease with this type of customer service. All I want is my d**** door fixed.
I cant with this place. The entire service advisor staff needs fired. If they ever cared about doing a good job, theyve all since stopped. My company keeps sending our work trucks there, even though I beg them to use DuTeau for warranty work.Its consistent in it disappointing delivery of an excuse for service.And no, I wont be calling in to tell them why. They havent gotten the issue fixed in fifteen years. Why start now? Berkshire Hathaway doesnt appear to care, either.

This is a superb dealership. I wish this group had one in Colorado. From Shelly in the Service Department, to Richard Burleson in the Sales Department, to Taylor Lorenz in Finance, this was a fabulous experience for a woman stranded in Lincoln, Nebraska at 7:00 a.m. on June 2, 2021. I had been looking for a new Yukon over the last 8 months. No luck. My 2012 Yukon engine light came on while I was traveling from Steamboat Springs, CO, to Milwaukee, WI. Luckily, my hotel was right next to Husker. I left at 1:00 p.m. that day, in my new truck. Richard Burleson gave me a fast tutorial on all the features in my Yukon XL AT4. I have never been so pleased with a car purchase in my life. And I must say, I was so pleased with all the new safety features in this car. I made my 8 hour drive much easier. Thank you all.

We took the car in to have something fixed that was under warranty as well as the tires rotated. Luckily my husband noticed when he was washing the car one of the lug nuts was about off, 2 threads from being off the stud. That was about a week later and luckily we found it when we did.
We were almost 400 miles away and needed extra attention to be sure it was going to be worth the trip. She went above and beyond with videos and photos to answer any of our questions or concerns. She made the drive and purchase day worth it with her preparation, readiness and availability when we arrived. Thank you again Hollis.

No problems, no hassles, no hidden fees! I also got a $20 dollar discount. Which was great!! Staff was nice. And I was in and out of there before I knew it.
Theyre always friendly. The waiting area is always clean and relaxing. And my car is always clean, it feels like Im taking a brand new car home again.
I took my car in to get fixed on 6/29 and only just now got it back on 7/24. In that entire time I was only called once to get an update on my car. The rest of the time I had no clue what was going on or why it was taking so long. Disappointed in the lack of communication- they never answered the phone, email, or voicemails I left or my insurance agent. I never got an apology or got a discount to make things right. I’ll never go back to Husker Auto.

I was going to write a letter to express my gratitude to Damon for taking such good care of me. I was very unhappy, until it sunk in that he made all the right decisions, i would have made if i hadn’t be suffering from extreme exhaustion from my 20 hour drive from Las Vegas. The story is a little longer than what would probably fit in this survey box, but I have to say i was treated extremely well, in spite of my poor attitude while waiting for a part to be delivered. Great place to buy an used car. Very reliable. I bought Nissan Rogue 2017. Hollis Knotwell is a knowledgeable sales person. In this pandemic time, she took extra time and effort to video record the exterior and interior of the SUV along with all the features on the dashboard. After I bought, I noticed a missing tow cover on the front bumper. She was kind to talk to her manager and replaced it with original part. If I am looking for another car, I will definitely reach out to them again.

Honestly, unless they have the exact car you want, theres no way youll have a better experience here than at any other dealership.I thought it would be less shady 15 years after I worked there. It isnt.Go in with a price in mind. Make it reasonable, but dont move.Dont tell them youre financing elsewhere before you get into finance. Let them think theyve got that back-end money, too.Above all else, dont add anything in finance. Make sure you go over the we owe and your purchase agreement. It doesnt matter what you sign, if you dont drive off the lot with it, the deal isnt fully done.Be prepared to walk away.Ask your bank or credit unionif they have extended warranty offerings. Chances are they do, and chances are theyre cheaper.

WORST dealership we have ever dealt with and we are in our 60s so that is a lot of dealerships! They added extras on our purchase agreement that we said no to and we didnt catch it. Called them very next day and they have stonewalled us for two months now. Now they say they will give us $400 back on over $3400 of extras! What a joke. Our fault partially for signing paperwork late on a Saturday and not catching what he did! Trusting a dealership like this is not an option! Run, dont walk

The only reason they have 1 star is because of Hector in Finance. He was the only one willing to work with us and answer our phone calls/emails. My husband bought a WRX from them and we were told that the clutch was replaced prior to being traded into the dealership. My husband drove the car off the lot at 6pm and by 5:30am the next it was broke down. Turns out it was the clutch and the cam carriers was leaking. We called and blamed the clutch on my husband yet the 2 mechanics we had look and the warranty center all said that was NOT caused by my husband. Do you think the dealership paid for any of it or offered to help?? Hell no. They couldnt even provide me with an inspection paper!!! Before you buy from them I advise you to take the vehicle to a mechanic and have them take a look!!!

Also very helpful and knowledgeable.Overall our experience was great and even fun at times, they were both great to talk with. I called Husker for my recall and service work because it is located near the airport and would be convenient for me to drop off and pick up while I was traveling over the holiday. Because I lucked out and got Jenn Filbert as my sales consultant, you now have a customer for life. Jenn and her team is as good as it gets!Jenn did an amazing job working with me on the logistics of dropping off and picking up the truck off-hours as well as of my last minute request to supply her with shocks and struts that I wanted replaced. All of our communications were done over the phone. You can imagine the anxiety wondering all week if we would be stuck in your parking lot at 10:00pm on a holiday weekend with no way to get home. Her perfectly timed calls allowed me to enjoy my holiday without wondering about the status of work or if my truck would be completed in time.On Saturday night, Jenn had my truck waiting for me sparkling clean under the lights with the spare key and all of the paperwork under the mat. The next morning I was further impressed when I opened the hood to find no signs of greasy hands or left over crude from the technicians.They are Rock Stars.

My car battery died, along with so many others, in that insane cold snap we had. Marty and Josh were fabulous about getting me in after getting my vehicle towed there the night before. They were quick and super helpful and really helped me out in a time of inconvenience having to go down to a one car family.
Called about getting my A/c fixed am oil change and a Zaktek application and was scheduled for a Friday. I arrived and was told they couldnt check the A/c until next week. They did the oil change and Zaktek. When I got the truck back I noticed an oil leak on my driveway. Turns out the oil drain plug was only hand tight. I called that night and was told to call another day to get something figured out. Left a voicemail for the manager and have not heard back.
