The transmission man was great! I took the vehicle to two other larger gmc dealers. They had no clue what was wrong. John Milan was able to pinpoint the problem and provide a guaranteed price with a three year one hundred thousand mile warranty.Good job John!

I have to say the service department contains some of the most wonderful, thoughtful people. I was on my way to Chicago from St. Louis when my vehicle engine went out on the interstate. I barely made it to the dealer, and when I arrived Mr. Baker was amazingly accommodating. They assessed the problem immediately, repaired my vehicle that very minute. Not only that, they helped me to get something to eat while I waited and then called me later to make sure I made it to Chicago. The service department is AWESOME. They go above and beyond.
