Customer service was great! Answered all questions and alleviated my concerns about shipping time. They even followed up with an email after! 10/10 would recommend to everyone and will continue to shop their website.
I have purchased $1000s of dollars worth of parts from Speedway, as soon as I had an issue with the Speedway brand part I was told nothing they would do except sell me the same part again even though tech support said they had issues with the part in question. Seedway will not stand behind their products, so from here on out, I will never purchase another item from them.

Customer service was friendly and fast, they had what I was looking for. They lean heavily toward Chevy performance parts and very little to do with Mopar which is a bit disappointing, but over all a good experience
If you like cars and you like car history, then you need to come to speedway motors. They have an insane in depth museum about all kinds of racing history and such. Im not going to spoil it for you but this place is awesome! Also they have cars and coffee I think its once a month but I dont know their schedule if you want to know that go on their website. But its an amazing place 10/10 would come here again!
Called talked to tech about what would be a good combination for 1967 needed many parts starting from scratch, ordering brackets,heads, cam& lifter set, distributor,intake ect.... Well the tech told me to get this certain set of lifters and would work great with flotech heads well needless to say after returning heads to be checked out properly didnt happen by the way, the springs are too big and they wont refund on the heads since the tech conversation cant be found and they will only refund on the cam and lifter set about a thousand dollars lost and no refund for their incompetent advice.Now stuck with a set of heads we cant use.pretty much a set of boat anchors unless we can sell them.not a happy customer
I love this place Ive been looking for six cylinder headers for my truck for years and I finally found them at a reasonable price and the people there are so friendly highly recommended I highly recommend it

This place has no customer service. I ordered a part and it was boxed wrong. Wrong part in the right part numbered box. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone, just on hold. Then you might talk to someone and they just transfer you. I asked for a direct number to customer service and they dont have one. Never did get through and get this taken care of, just had to buy another one and send back the wrong one. They were no help.

Was happy with the items i did receive however had to return one item and it has been a nightmare. currently been on hold over an hour to talk to one guy who couldnt figure the situation out and am now on hold again. Its pretty simple. I returned something worth 209 in exchange for something that cost 100. you owe me 109 dollars. a first grader can do that math. Totally unacceptable wait times and customer service.

Waited on hold multiple times for a total of 40mins. Only to repeat myself on the vehicle and what I was looking for. The representative did not know what a coil spring even was. Very disappointed in the wait time and lack of knowledge. I informed my employees to no longer waist there time calling.

Ordered a manual steering conversion kit on 3-17-21. I was told the pitman arm was in stock. My package came had It had no pitman arm in the kit. Now I’m being told they don’t know when they will get more arms but it will be shipped out when it comes in. Very helpful very informative reps NOT !!! If someone else has the part you’re looking for don’t deal with them save yourself a headache!
Paid extra for next day shipping $850.00 parts. Next day came and went 2 days later call speedway waited 20 min phone, they told me that oh that was not Garuanteed next day shipping “ so why did they take my money for next day ship” They blamed FedEx ok they are to blame but Speedway took my money on the agreement of next day ! still don’t have parts. This is second return issue with SpeedWay Motors, you may wait longer but go to Summit.
Found the company by mistake while searching for seat foam for my 2nd gen Trans Am. Had never heard of then before. To my surprise not only did they have the item in stock, and by in stock I mean at their wearhouse as opposed to 3rd party, but shipping was free too. Between their sale price and the free shipping I saved $70 on my passenger seat foam compared to the drivers seat foam I had bought 2 months prior. Also being free shipping, and a large item, I figured it would have been a week and a half to get to me. That was not the case, I ordered it on Tuesday and it was on my front porch on Friday. I was beyond pleased with the ordering process, the person I talked to you was polite and knowledgeable.I highly recommend ordering from this company
Been on the phone since 5:40pm hours online say theyre open till 6. Nice to know they just let the phone ring until 6 when they close. Im almost as disappointed in the fact that I was fo ces to give them 1 star rather than zero.
Ordered a camshaft and lifter set that their website indicated was in stock and would ship in 10 days, took 3 months to receive after 4 separate emails asking for any info on where my order was. Also ordered a remote oil filter kit, they made sure to machine speedway on it but didnt thread all the ports. I would give them zero stars if I could, buy from Jegs or Summit, dont give Speedway a chance to take your money and send you garbage (if they even send you anything at all)!

Spent almost $4000.00 dollars in one purchase. Had major problem with main item, their tech people knew nothing, so they passed the buck on me and they referred me to a vendor. Well that was a dead end as he said they shouldn’t have given me his number. Speedway customer service told me they would get it figured out and definitely would call me back. Well.....I solved the problem myself through the part manufacturer. Called in knowing Id need some technical assistance to get my whole order completed. The initial tech staff admitted he wasnt that familiar with the Holley EFI Sniper system and made sure I had the right guy. Next guy took great care to make sure I had EVERYTHING I needed. He even needed to do some research and gave me a call back within an hour so we could get my order completed. Top notch company to do business with and fast shipping.
Due to an error by the shipping company, I did not receive my part in time. My shipping costs were refunded by Speedway even though it was not their fault. It came as a surprise since I did not request this refund. Great job on following up even after the shipment!
Packaging was awful. The fan I ordered was not padded at all inside the oversized box. It just banged around in a damaged Speedway box. Speedway would not let me leave a review on their site. Will go back to Summit and Jegs.
I had ordered a disc brake kit when initially shipped no rear brakes were sent. After contacting them that was sent out without issue. I then noticed they had sent me the wrong master cylinder for my application I now have to lose a second day of working on a project and pay for an extra part and be refunded or wait until this part makes it back to them for the Correct one which I ordered to be shipped. They did nothing to make the situation right I will be out more time taking the wrong part they sent me to be shipped back.

Two different times I had issues and was put on hold for over an hour with customer support.That is absurd, great for you if your actually that busy but how about hire a couple more people? The real funny thing is if you call to make an order, no wait. So just hope you dont have any issues!

Sure is funny that they wont post my bad review on their web page reviews. Ive sent it in about 5 times with pictures of the awful headers they sold me, but they wont post it. I think they only post a small percentage of negative reviews but all the good reviews. Ive even sent them messages asking if my review was turned down for a certain reason, and I got no reply. Hmm?
This place sells junk. Bought a third member that must have been put together by ray charles. Vibration and noise from the start.
Talked to experts for help finding parts for my car. They sent me the wrong parts and I had to talk to several people on the phone explaining the issue to get the correct hardware. When I returned the hardware I had to call several times for my refund and it took over 2 weeks to get it straightened out. Most difficult people to deal with. Theyre extremely arrogant and condescending. The worst part is they ripped me off for the hardware I returned. I only got half what I paid back and there was no convincing them they were wrong so I just had too accept whatever they would give me. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR RODDING AND RACING NEEDS.
What a joke, I purchased and emblem from speedway motors, emblem looks fine, but they send there trash with it. I opened my package to find the label backing. Really doesn’t put a good look.

As a first time customer, they left a total bad impression as a company. Coupon is useless, and does not state which brands I cannot use coupon online. I called their customer service over the phone and no one knew the answer, I kept getting transferred back and forth, and no one had an answer.

Your customer service is non-existant---I ordered a 1950 chevrolet latch and of course it is Chinese junk---we are a old respected restoration shop and you will not take care of and sell parts that you know dont work--do we as fellow Americans not count at all? very sad I have already been on hold for at least 30 minutes wow!!!! now i finally got ahold of someone and you put me back on hold---this is totally unbelievable.
This place is just wow!!! It is amazing we have this resource so close to Omaha!! Now you also have the option to buy online and pick up at the warehouse. I have saved a ton in shipping and got some great coupons to boot! When you go to the parts counter they treat you like you are the only person around and delivery legendary Service!!! I would give it a 10 but seriously need more help getting orders. They take the order in a nice timely manner but there are only it seems like 1 or 2 order pullers so it is a long wait.
Im done with this place. Every single time I call I get placed on hold for upwards of a half hour, and then when I do get the parts I ordered its almost guaranteed to be the cheapest Chinese made junk you can get. Ive spent 1000s upon 1000s of dollars here and this place is no longer where Ill be spending many more 1000s upon 1000s of dollars. Good riddance!

Awful experience. Ordered a seat online for curbside pickup in Lincoln. Seat came out and the box looked banged up, so I opened it up and the seat was covered in dog hair, clearly a used/returned item without the hardware or slider in the box. Asked for a refund, will see how long that will take to get. I will never return or shop here again unfortunately.
Went to the Cars and Coffee on the last Saturday of the month... What a good time... Stopped at the parts counter and bought a new toy... Very pleased with everything... The parts counter, the race car museum... The staff at the cars and coffee... And cant forget to mention all the cars that showed up... I Will Be Back... Definitely worth the 400 mile drive round trip...
Waited an hour to place curbside parts order in there parkinglot..got hung up on and never was able to talk to anyone else over the phone again...talked to the parts delivery people bringing parts to cars around us, they said they called in same number with no problem. They still couldnt help...on to Denver I guess...placed alotta orders and never a problem in past..Ill think twice next time...lmao

Local speed shop founded in Lincoln in 1952. Awesome place for automotive parts and supplies. Theyve got it all -- race, muscle, street, hotrods, trucks. But the real special part is their call center. If youre ever wondering how to stick something on your car or need help finding the right thing, they have specialists who can help you. Most of them race or have something they work on themselves and have been at Speedway for like 10+ years.Great place to work, too.
I used to really like speedway motors but now it’s getting to the point I can’t stand them I guess the owner’s have money and it’s ok not to read the trouble’s that the staff is having answering the phones I’ve been trying two days and no answer. I’m driving to them Saturday and calling the pickup number to have them replace a distributor that stoped working. Hope they answer. If not I’ll start ordering stuff from other places that care for the customers.
Wow! Talk about a hidden gem in Lincoln.... Lived here for 5 years and just happened to drive by this hard to notice building while I was lost, took some visiting family there and we were blown away. Took us about 4 hours to get through at a leisurely pace so if you go on Saturday I recommend arriving early as they close at 1. I will be visiting at least once a year as the artifacts on display do change regularly

I hit corner 1 around 65-70. Bashed the wall;head on .destroyed the car ..the zamp helments are very good ..hit my head somwhere..spit some teeth out ..g-force harness is good also .all your safety equip. Is very good ...worth the money ..
I had a question on a part from them so I called the tech line. Nobody had a clue about anything. The second guy put me on hold for someone who could help and said it would be 10 min. After 35 minutes of waiting I just hung up. Guess Ill just figure it out on my own.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE TRANSACTION, AND OVERALL TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, BUY ONLINE FROM JEGS OR SUMMIT RACING!!! Purchased 5 wheels over a month ago that their website said would fit my vehicle, which they did not. Returned all 5 wheels weeks ago, but still waiting on a full refund. Emailed customer service, and two different representatives were unable to get me refunded. Called customer service today, and after 25 mins on hold, the sales rep disconnected my call. Forced me to call back in, wait on hold again for 27 mins for customer service, then the customer service supervisor I spoke with, WHITNEY, immediately had an attitude, told me to “hurry up”, and that “there are a lot of other mad customers waiting to talk to a customer service supervisor”. Eventually after I refused to go on hold again, she disconnected my call. Hopefully my refund is being issued!!!
I work at Speedway Motors and this is the best job Ive ever had! The people here are great, and the Smith family really cares about their employees and customers. I recommend this company to do business with or to work for. And the Museum of American Speed is AMAZING!!!

I ordered a brake kit from Speedway Motors through Amazon and received the wrong color calipers (gray instead of black). Despite admitting that it was their mistake and even though the calipers are sold individually, Speedway refused to exchange the gray calipers for black ones. Do not buy from Speedway Motors.

Wow I did not expect the museum to be like what it is. It just keeps going! Our tour guide was very informative. I learned a lot of interesting facts. Ive been to several automotive museums including Don Garlits Big-Daddy and this has blown everything out of the water. Super impressed !

If you need a part for a race car, Speedway will have it. Customer service is top notch and the facilities are unlike anything youve ever seen. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are around the Lincoln area.

Good for gm or ford cars. Really need to keep up with the times, diesel trucks are the up and coming thing ??? Really great for some hard to find items though. Basically 3/4 ton truck parts repurposed for racing aplications, but still work great for the original application.
