Bought a Toyota camry. Radio and backupcamera dont work. Was told by salesman and service department it was going to be repaired. Its been several months and its not been repaired. Every time I call, I get sent from person to person and then told service will call me back. No one ever calls back. Was also looking to buy a newer truck,, will not be buying it here. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Sent an email Greg Young to purchase a brand new 2021 Dodge truck with 75k cash in hand, Kayla in sales called me back and wanted to get me in there to get the deal done. When she found out I was from the neighboring state of Colorado, just 300 miles away, she advised me their company policy was not to sell vehicles to out of state buyers. Seemed odd to me so I reached out to the general manager Jeff Zachary and this was his response via email Thank you for reaching out, Kayla is correct that this is the current policy of our dealer group I then forwarded the email to Chrysler customer care and they seemed appalled that a representing dealer of their product would respond that way and stated they would forward it to an investigate team. They referred me to Doug Smith Chrysler American Fork Utah whom had the same truck, actually a bit cheaper, nearly the same distance from these jokers, deposit taken, buyers order sent and set up for this Saturday delivery all within 30min of initial contact!! Buyer beware, shop elsewhere!!

The whole process was quick and easy. My salesperson, KC, was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in, friendly and made the process easy and comfortable. Alex, the finance guy, got me a better rate than my own credit union gave me . Very happy with this experience.

We had a great experience dealing with Drew in sales and Bridgette in financing. Having never purchased a car from a dealer they made the transaction very seamless. Two days later when we had a dead battery they offered to come to our house to jump us, but we were able to get it jumped before they could get to us. Took it in and they replaced the battery while we waited. Andy in service also is getting us a front license plate bracket to stay legal.

Bought a 2019 van with low miles. I have a handicapped husband that I use it for. I have had 3 things go wrong within the 12 weeks I have had it. Had to have it towed the second time. Third time the engine died when I stopped to check it running rough. Bought at the Lincoln store. Have had service at both. Still hasn’t fixed or identified the problem. Not happy with either place.

The way they do business is far better than the majority of other vehicle dealerships. They do NOT have a high pressure sales tactic, this is rare for a dealership in my many experiences with other dealerships. The salesperson (Caleb) who I worked with was honest, patent, understanding and very respectful. This dealership actually listens to your wants/needs when it comes to a vehicle, they went above and beyond helping me out. I pointed out a few issues with the vehicle they brought to Lincoln, NE from another location and they had no issues fixing all of the issues free of charge.

We had bought a car in February from Gregg Young, well it started acting up and no one could figure out why. Caleb took over and said he could make something work. We were able to get out of the vehicle that was dealing us fits and get us in and amazing vehicle. The guys in detail have no clue about cleaning up a vehicle! The guy who initially sold us the vehicle wasn’t even there when we come to pick it up, the paperwork was not ready as they said it would be,and as for paying in cash,we got jerked around in finance for over an hour!! I was contacted after initial review to make things right, so I’d change my review, and once again they haven’t followed through with what was promised!!!! Not impressed!! Nor will I be a repeat customer.

Our Salesman Austin made it a comfortable and easy process when purchasing our vehicle this week! We were not 100% sure what we wanted and he was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining different features etc on the vehicles we looked at. He went out of his way to make sure we found something we were going to be happy with! He was also very helpful (and quick to respond) over the phone through text when I had questions prior to arriving at the dealership.

Purchased my vehicle here in April and was promised that they would replace and fix a missing piece from my car. After a week it fell off because they didn’t use new clips so the piece was missing and they had to order a new one. Still waiting on that. They always have an excuse and tell me they’ve ordered it and will call me as soon as it gets there. Lies. It’s been 4 months and unless I call they don’t bother to reach me. At this point I don’t know what to do anymore, call for the 6th time, have my call redirected 4 times just to be told to leave a voice message and they’ll get back to me and never do.Very disappointed.

We experienced a couple of issues with the vehicle we purchased. We were able to talk with the dealership and they drove over 3 hours to get our vehicle, drive it back to their location, and are in the process of fixing the issues. They gave us a loaner vehicle in the meantime. We are impressed by this service and look forward to getting our vehicle back! We would recommend this dealership because of their integrity and willingness to make things right, even going above and beyond to do so.

This place is not worth the stress of dealing with them.Brought our van in to get fixed three times in 6 months, each time they told us it was fixed (slapped a band-aid solution on it) while lying to us and letting the real issue fester.Took it to two separate mechanics who both told us the real issue and we tried to call Gregg Young to let them know. First we were hung up on and then told we would have a manager call us. After us reaching out, calling and leaving voicemails we still have not received a call.Then there was the issue of getting our title. After weeks of not being able to register my van I called and was told it was in the mail. I kept getting told someone would call me back when it never showed up and and was ignored. Then someone finally called and told me that they were still waiting on the seller to sign it over and he was in the hospital so I would have to wait (????) I already owned the car for weeks at this point. Just shady. Not worth the stress.

Eset was straight forward and very real.From the way he treated us I want to come back.As for other interactions with the other team members I was disappointed in how we were treated. Purchasing took too long and company would not negotiate the price of the vehicle so we could purchase the extras being offered. Comming from out of town with a small window for time they ruined that because they took too long.if it werent for eset this review would be lower.

I didn’t read the fine print and signed up for a warranty contract without understanding the impact to my loan. That was my mistake. I was told it would take 4 weeks to refund and put to my loan. I’m 10 weeks now and nobody will respond to my email as I’m using that to document actions. This totally ruined my buying experience and I would never go back to them

Salesman Austin was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. He brought vehicle inside so I wasnt out in bitter cold. Tried to low ball on trade-in, wanted to give me less than $1000, sold 3 days later for $3000.00😐. Finance guy was super inexperienced and didnt fill out paperwork completely or have me sign all necessary documents. I love the vehicle, but no one should have to spend 41/2 hours to get transaction completed. Austin was who made the deal happen!! Overall experience a 3.

There was only two customers in the showroom floor and maybe two customers outside and I was there for an hour and a half to purchase a vehicle with cash and it took a really long time I dont know why it would take that long Im fighting a lot of cars in this s***. It took him that long seemed like it just took way too long. The people were nice I was comfortable but I just took way too long

The first time I went for service of oil change and tire rotation. Was told they did not rotate the tires since they didnt think they needed rotated.The second time I went in for the same service I reminded them I wanted tires rotated. They said they did and topped off the nitrogen in the tires (I had been getting the low tire pressure message). After I left I checked the tire pressure monitor on the vehicle. The pressures were still below the recommended pressure and each of the tires pressured were all different.The third time probably wont happen. I dont trust the service being sold is being provided.

We were very comfortable with their salesman and finance person. The salesman checked every box on trying to find my daughter’s next car and finally succeeded.

Teo was a good and helpful salesperson. I would recommend him to others.However,Brigitte in finance was very aggressive, told her no to the warranty plans no less than 7 times..she tried to tell me how sorry I would be to not get one,even told me Nissans are known to rust a lot on joints where they are not easy to see.I told her to forget the whole sales deal. I did purchase the car because Teo did help me. But Briggitte was just plane rude and nasty!

For the first time I felt I met honest car dealers. I was being stubborn on the purchase I wanted to make, and they came to me with honesty. That goes a long way in my book and I was made to feel more comfortable. From there on it was great conversation and explanations of everything along the way. Would purchase from here again.

I give a complete 5 stars to Caleb and T.O. Who helped with our process of buying a used car, those two were superb, easy to work with, kind and friendly.I would give zero stars to the finance gal Bridget who helped us. We have never met a more pushy sales person who doesn’t understand what it means when someone says no. My husband said no 3 times to the “additional warranty BS” that she kept pressuring us to as on. Finally to shut her up because she just keeps harassing and badgering/bullying you into saying yes, I told her to go ahead knowing that I am speaking to our lawyer regarding harassment and what our options are from here.Caleb/T.O. - you were great, we would work with you again in a heartbeat but because of our ending experience in finance we will never recommend anyone to be subjected to Bridgets tactics and what happens behind the scene.
