I did not know a auto parts store can use your cars license plate to search for relevant information. That I thought was cool. So yes I got what I needed & the counter salesman had personality. Shared stories of trips to U-Pull It. That was why I continue to go back to NAPA in North Lincoln. Thanks guys.😎

Im sitting outside right now (3:30 on a Saturday) during posted business hours (Saturday: 8am-4pm) and the doors are locked and lights off. This is the 2nd time I have found this location closed during posted business hours.

This napa used to be my go-to parts store but seems to have been going downhill lately. Friday, November 6th I stopped in for some brake pads, and not a single person in the store had a mask on, out of probably a dozen employees. I understand this is a hotly contested issue, but a business has an obligation to be responsible and follow city and state issued mandates. The employee helping me seemed less than enthusiastic - Ive seen more emotion from a potato - which unfortunately isnt the first time Ive felt like that in there. I dont want to to back to oreillys but I might have to now.

Worst customer service ever they guys there are so rude, bought a battery from them the battery went bad bad quality and I still have 7 months on the warranty they just refuse to replace it because I dont have a reset wich they told me no need to keep, it will be saved on the system they saidthey just want to charge me for new one I would never buy anything from napa again.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. They all have the NAPA know how attitude and if they dont have the answer they will try and get it for you. They have a large inventory of parts and can usually get things not in stock within a day or two. The starters and alternators carry a lifetime warranty which is very nice. These parts are also top quality and seem to last a long time. The store is clean and organized which is nice. I was surprised when I seen bucket teeth on a shelf on the sales floor. They have a lot of great products here! Well worth the stop if you have a need for parts!

A week or two ago my car alternator gave out and we went to Napa to get a new one with a new battery on top of it. Tom found our parts with in a few minutes and had us set to go under 5 minutes. He was fast, efficient, and knew what he was doing. He was really friendly as well. The next day we brought in the old alt. and battery for the refund and he had that taken care of in minutes as well. He was excellent and definitely deserves a raise or a promotion! I work in customer service as well and he was the best i have ever had for customer service. I definitely recommend going here. It wasnt real expensive either. Great company!

Employee said he couldnt find a part we brought in without even letting us explain what it was, he just kept interrupting us while we were trying to explain what part it was saying I cant find the any part for it

Matt was very helpful. They didnt have the unusual part that I needed,a hose fitting, but he told me different places that might be able to help me. Great customer service!!

I always choose NAPA for my parts. They are better quality parts then other parts stores. Even though it was a little out of my way to go get it, it was worth the trip.
