I have had two small jobs done at the Antelope Valley location in Lincoln, NE. Both times they were very helpful. Service was quick, my custom-cut pieces (one glass pane, one mirror pane) were cut to exact specifications and available when promised, same-day service both times!The service tech offered suggestions and showed me examples of products to use when I mentioned that I wasnt sure how to mount the glass.While researching a project I called to ask a question and nobody was available to answer the phone. I did not leave a message, just decided to go down the list and call the next vendor when Glass Doctor called me back, apologized for having missed my call, and asked what they could help with. What a pleasant surprise!Very impressed with service, quality, cost, and value. I would highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the quality of work done. Instead of fixing the work themselves they choose to have my painter do it and paid him a fourth of the price they charged me. Didn’t even clean up the glazing they removed from the windows and put the storm windows back on.

I got my window replaced by them. I get my car back about 3-5 minutes after I leave their shop something blows up and my car dies. I get it back home and my intercooler pipe exploded (stock) not aftermarket. My car ran perfectly fine before I went there so I called them and the lady admitted fault and said to take it to a shop and they’ll take care of it. After all of this the owner tells the shop they never said they’d pay for it, so now the shop is asking me to pay when I would’ve fixed it myself if they weren’t gonna pay. So I’d suggest not taking your vehicle there take your money elsewhere. Terrible experience. The owner is greedy. I hope he learns from this

The customer service side with the office gal isnt bad. Its non-existent. I cant tell you how many times I had to text or call her for updates on a tabletop piece of glass.They came out and measured the table. Unfortunately the manufacturer they use is worthless and allows their workers to make errors on the glass up to 1/8th of an inch. Which doesnt work when you need a precise cut.Otherwise everyone else was great and easy to work with. Unfortunately since the manufacturer messed up twice and I had to wait about a month each time, we decided to not continue trying to correct the issue. They were nice about it and gave me a full refund on the glass.

They replace the rear window in my 2001 Buick LeSabre noticed that the rear window interior trim was not replaced properly and the rear defroster didn’t work returned twice to have them fix the problems the rear window defroster still does not work and I wound up fixing the interior pieces myself very dissatisfied would not take a hot wheels car to them

I needed help re-attaching my rear view mirror on my Ford F-150. (It required a special tool) The staff at Glass Doctor we’re able to get me in right away and fix it in the matter of minutes. Their professional and customer oriented service will have my business again in the future.

Glass Doctors service is excellent!!! Very friendly people, knowledgeable professionals. They are conveniently located. They replaced the rear window of our 2007 Dodge in just one day, looks great! The rear window wiper and rear window defroster were all perfectly reconnected after the new window was installed. They also removed all broken glass from the interior of the car so everything looked great!!!

I called Glass Doctor because they were close to my work and because they had great reviews. They ordered in and replaced my windshield within only two days of my call. Looks great; no problems. Their warranty is even better. Its been two months, now, and Ive had 3 rocks hit and chip my windshield. Im cursed apparently. Still, Glass Doctor has repaired all three for FREE! They laugh at my luck, now, when I call, and they probably hate me for being a flying-rock-magnet, but they fully honor their 1-yr parts and labor warranty--even for road hazards! The chip repairs all look great, too.

Was in town delivering a load of furniture for a customer.. a glass shelf got broken to a China hutch..I called for a estimate on replacing the glass.. was told by the lady who answered some one will call me back in a few minutes and will run by and give me a price.. Glass Doctor was excellent to work with to repair a crack in my windshield. They were able to accommodate me quickly and worked with my insurance.

I got the inevitableding on my windshield going down I-180. I was able to get in with Glass Doctor quickly got me fixed up. I was lucky enough that is was only a surface chip and not a crack. They filled it the chip and sent me on my way. Since it was not a crack there was no charge. There should be a fee for honesty. Just dont see that everyday in a business!

Im very pleased with our decision to use Glass Doctor to replace a large (40+ inch) piece of glass for our kitchen bay window. The project posed a challenge because the window was above our kitchen sink. Also, it was a 20 degree day, and access to it from the outside is on a bit of a hill. Even so, Richard was able to safely remove the old glass and install the new glass. Richard was extremely professional, personable, and patient. These guys are the best! I shopped around, did my research, and compared them to the other guys. They are, by far, the most honest, professional and NICE guys of all. The other auto windshield companies in Lincoln had hidden fees and charges for ridiculous things, as well as longer wait times for the work to be done. I needed the same glass, but the prices were radically different. Also, the owner gave me a ride home so I wouldnt have to sit and wait for my car, then one of his guys came and got me when it was ready. I wish all service companies were this professional. The world would be a much nicer place. Dont waste your time and money going to anyone else. These guys are honestly the very best!

Not realizing our sons cars windshield had a rain sensor, we scheduled installation for a regular windshield. We got a call from them five minutes after dropping it off with the news they had the wrong glass for us and needed to order a different one. I figured we would need to reschedule since the car was needed for a trip out of town a few hours later. But they had sometime pick it up from the supplier, bring it back and still got it installed in time. Great service on top of a competitive price. We will do business with them again.

Fantastic service, they fixed the leak in the windshield of my 2002 Toyota Tacoma very quickly i thought, and did an amazing job the leak is gone! the staff is very friendly and they gave me the best price in town for the full replacement. My husband took my truck to have a chip repaired. Much to his surprise the chip didnt need fixed. The gentleman there explained that it was probably already fixed when we bought it but didnt notice until another rock hit it. he said, I would be a crook if I took your money to fix this. My experience with glass doctor was great! Ron and Richard were very friendly and were able to help me right away. We checked my insurance to see if they would waive my deductible for chips in my windshield and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

I culdnt be happier with the service from Glass Doctor of Lincoln. I needed my front passenger window replaced after my car was broken into. After receiving a discouraging quote of $500 from a competitor Glass Doctor was able get me in the same day for half the price. It only took an hour. The window looks great and they cleaned the broken glass inside my car. A+

After calling several different Automotive, Salvage and every other company that you can think of I found the Glass Doctor not only did he have unbelievably reasonable rates!!. I was short on cash to have him install it..I told him the situation and he was kind enough to help me in other ways other businesses wouldnt I highly recommend them!!!! This was easy to get quote and schedule for install of new windshield. The person that scheduled was friendly. The service tech, Jaime, that came to install was professional and courteous. The install was even done at my place of work which made it super convenient for me.

I called for service in the middle of June, was able to set up an appointment within days. The technician who came out was completely incompetent, didnt even caulk around my entire window and the panes were a cm away from the frame when he was finished so I was scared to even open them. He left my storm windows off and told me I could put them back in myself, he left a mess of paint chips from scraping them on my floor and charged me 90 dollars more than what I had been originally quoted. I called back to complain about the job he had done, the manager came out to verify that the job was awful and told me he would call to set up an appointment to get them fixed immediately. I waited a week, no call. I called the office and was told the manager would call me back. Four days later, I had not received a call so I called again and got the same response. I called again as we were nearing three weeks from the original install date and finally got ahold of the manager who said they may or may not be able to fix them and asked me to wait until Monday. Not once did he apologize for me having to call back multiple times to rectify this situation, for not returning my calls or for the inconvenience of me having my storm windows off for three weeks-jeopardizing my home security and having rain blow into my wood window sills for three weeks. The kid who came out to fix them was nice enough, but a partial refund or even an apology wouldve been nicer. They made it very clear that my business was not important and I will let everyone who asks for a glass company know not to hire them.
