My drivers side door was stuck open and it was -10 degrees. Casey saw me the next day, had the window fixed in about 30 minutes, and only charged labor. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain the problem to me using plain English and not making me feel like a dummy. He even showed me my de-constructed door.Good customer service, fair prices. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
