I purchased a beautiful used Toyota vehicle from the Lincoln location...for the 2nd time. Each time I’ve had a good idea of what I was looking for in a vehicle. I scouted area vehicles and chose Baxter because 1. Their used vehicles were not significantly marked up when compared to similar vehicles in my region (Grand Island and Kearney). 2. Their sales person, Richard T. was absolutely amazing! No high pressure sales tactics! 3. Richard was also willing to work on my schedule since I live over an hour away. 4. Finally, Richard gave us an awesome recommendation for food since we were famished...Mary Ellen’s BBQ! Thank you Baxter of Lincoln and Richard!!!

Im going to give a 5-star rating however the first individual that helped me would have caused the company a one-star rating and I will explain why.My financial situation at this pointits causing a wait on getting a new vehicle. I reported this to the first individual that it helped me. To make a long story short he basically told me that I should wait till I have the money before I look at cars.The second individual that helped me, Caleb, was not only knowledgeable but friendly and easy to approach. When I commented to a group of sales individual standing at the front door, stating the first guy struck out who wants to try next he jumped into action. There were no questions askedI got to drive the vehicle I requested and he showed me another vehicle that I just wanted to look at but not. Those are the type of people I like dealing with and for that the company earns a 5-star rating!!

I had a great experience here. We brought our truck in for repair after it was damaged in a storm. Our insurance deductible is $1k, so we were given a lot of options. They were able to save us money while repairing the visible damage. Very easy to work with and coordinate schedules. I definitely have and will continue to recommend this place!

Took my vehicle in on July 20th to get some body repair done due to to accidents that happened to my car. Picked the car up on August 7th, and while inspecting the vehicle I noticed that the repair done to the passenger rear door wasnt what it should be, and I brought it to Seths attention at that time. We had a discussion about it, and it was agreed that I would bring it back in the following Tuesday and discuss the poor workmanship with the technician. I would have left the car there to be corrected had I not had to return the rental car I was using for one section of body damage caused by someone else.When I brought my car back in the following Tuesday and mentioned something to the MANAGER about the poor quality repair, his response, and I quote Thats between you and the technician. REALLY!!!!! What kind of a manager pushes a customer complaint off like that!So, Seth, myself and the technician, went out and I pointed out the poor quality repair that he did. To make things a bit clearer, I am a former auto body technician with a degree, so I know what Im talking about, and what to look for. The response from the technician was just as apathetic as the remark from the manager! Not only was the repair of poor quality, but on the rear passenger window there were sand scratches that were not there before, which I pointed out also.What really irks me is the fact that Seth said that this would be taken care of, the whole nine yards, and he has failed to follow through with that promise, hence the one star review I am giving. I have heard absolutely nothing from him since the middle of August, and Im pretty sure I wont. Beware taking your vehicle to Baxter Auto Body, and if you do, make sure that the repair is up to snuff, because if its not, you wont get it remedied thats for sure.

I had a amazing experience with Aaron Eastin he was very informative took me right to what I wanted He took the time to show me how to set up my jeep with phone gave me all the tools I needed to start my drive off great! He was very willing to answer any questions I had .This was a great experience as car buying can be a task and he made it smooth!Thanks Aaron

Great Bodyshop, highly recommended

The salesman Michael Jordan was great. But his manager who did all the paperwork with us ran out credit through 4 different banks and choose the best offer. All he did was give us 3 negative marks on our credit reports. Didnt need to do what he did without asking us first. Never going there again.

Baxter Auto Body has completed one major repair and one minor repair for us in the past several years. Both were very well done and our experience with the customer service by Chris, the body shop manager, was exceptional. Give them serious consideration when in need of auto body repair. We will return to them if we are ever in need of auto body repair.

My truck had over $13,000 in damage with only 1500 miles on it. After three weeks of being repaired they told me it was ready. They did a great job and addressed my concerns.Due to the wait they waved my deductible and let me keep it.Customer service was great!

We were not offered deals that we should have gotten. One was for railroad employees and one for financing through Chrysler. We got these deals at a Fremont dealer where we bought a new truck a few months later. Definitely should have gone there for my Jeep.

Overpriced very unhelpful staff left me feeling unimportant
