City Clock Company provides great customer service. My father has been sending clocks here from CB for several years. They take exceptional care of his clocks at what I consider a very reasonable price for the work that they do. I highly recommend them for any of your clock repair needs.

Give City Clock a chance.Ive been in search of a unique but not wildly bizarre clock for my newly remolded home office. Exhaustively searched online and also visited most of the big box stores to no avail. To this point I was hesitant to visit City Clock because I assumed they would be out of my price range. After continuing to be unsuccessful, I decided to visit City Clock to just look.Unfortunately for me, I arrived at 6:00 pm which meant the doors had just been locked and the open sign turned off. As I put the car in reverse, a lady waved me in. Im thankful she did. I found a clock that fit what I had been looking for. While there are many, MANY very expensive options on display, there are also many affordable options as well.So for those of you reading this, not only should you at least look and give them a chance, you certainly wont be disappointed in their customer service because they are working for AND will welcome you. If they dont have what youre looking for or you dont find it affordable, you can leave without feeling pressured. As my first line states, give them a chance. You might actually find what you want and it might not be out of your price range.

Absolutely great place. Grandparents had tried many places where they live to get a couple old German clocks fixed. Decided to take their clocks here, did a great job, fixed promptly and cost was more than reasonable.

I had never been to City Clock Co. and in fact had never heard of it prior to needing to get my antique wall clock fixed. However, I am so grateful that I did. From the moment I parked, I watched as Deb helped an elderly lady get to her car. Then I walked in and was greeted with such kindness. They fixed the clock, called me and again made me feel so welcome. Deb made me feel so welcome, gave me great tips and treated me as though she knew me for years. I highly recommend City Clock Co., they have great merchandise, they are honest & great on their repair and the way they treat customers reminds you of the good ol days.

Excellent at fixing clocks. Also, my father went to them for years to get their magnetic calendars that we put on the fridge as a stocking stuffer. not only did they send a card when he passed, but they also remembered and sent us the calendars this christmas. I cannot say how much this meant to my family. So; frequent this establishment, they are great.

They have a fabulous selection of good as well as whimsy clocks. They replace watch batteries and adjust watch bands (even for time pieces not purchased there) for very reasonable cost.
