Purchased a 2021 CFmoto Cforce 500 last week.Let me tell you that it was the easiest buying experience I have ever had.Kurt streamlined the whole process, making it effortless.I live 2 hours away and never even met Kurt in person. Everything was done over the phone and I didnt even have to leave the house!! He even sent the paperwork with the delivery driver so that I didnt have to drive all the way up there just to sign. My wife and I live in South Carolina. after run around here we found Bright online. JJ found us a Can-AM in range we wanted. After getting held back by rain, we made the trip from Michigan to center of SC.We went back highways not always used and had an amazing time. After searching through countless listings for unreasonably high priced used atvs, I began to search dealerships for new atv inventory.I came across a Bright Powersports listing online for a 2021 Yamaha Grizzly EPS that had photos of the atv at the dealership and not just stock photos that lead to nonexistent inventory.I immediately called and spoke to JJ at closing time Friday. He confirmed that the Grizzly had just been delivered and was available. Within 15 minutes of speaking with JJ I made a deposit and let him know that I would be picking up the Grizzly first thing Saturday morning.After an hour and a half drive to Bright Powersports I arrived right at opening and JJ had already submitted my application to the bank. While waiting for the bank paperwork I went over to the parts desk and bought a winch and received a discount since I was buying the atv from them.Once the bank paperwork was finished I signed it and loaded the Grizzly on my trailer. JJ came out to go over the features of the Grizzly and even gave me a gift to compliment my new atv. I can’t be too sure, but the gift was probably because I’m not a grumpy, inpatient, nitpicky, entitled jerk to people who are trying to provide me a service (you folks know who you are and nobody likes you).Thank you JJ, parts and the other cheery folks at Bright Powersports. I didnt have the best experience when I was looking for Raptor 700 about 6yrs ago with this Dealer, so I was reluctant when a used SxS popped up for sale. However Kurt, changed the entire experience.
