My go to place for Taco Tuesdays any given week. The food is delicious, comes with everything I expect. The quesadillas on the menu are fantastic; highly recommended.I always get al pastor but all of them are still good choices. Prices are cheap and fair. Plenty more snacks and grocery items available you can usually expect from a taqueria.I wouldnt consider it to be anything incredible or extraordinary, and the service is about average. All in all a recommended but not mind blowing food.

A little too pricey and not much fresh veggies or fruit would be nice. Ithervthan that, great place 👍🏼

I can only speak for the Tacos and the service but both were wonderful.

Place that sells Carnitas. They have lots of mexican things like candy, chips, drinks, food that are all what you would get in mexico. I highly recommend trying the Carnitas on a sunday morning. The earlier you come the better because you get first pick of the meat. The staff was great they made sure we got to pick what we wanted by bringing out the carnitas tray for us because we couldnt reach it properly since we are a little short 😅. If you are staying here and want mexican this is as close as you will get to the original in Detroit.

Orders of large rice to small not like other taqueria. And was charged extra for limes and had 22 tocos . girls on the phone are always rude . and my mexican sandwich was made so wrong.

Looking for authentic Mexican food...with a nice store. Its a nice place. Everybody was extremely friendly. Cute seating area.Not impressed with the botanas. Stick with the tacos. As we tried the burrito and fajitas....and think thats the item of recommendation. Available is a small bakery area if u are looking for that.

Tacos are always good. Sometimes the streak is not fresh. But generally the food is great, the service is good most days depending on who’s taking the order lol.I love their salsa. Definitely recommend. Awesome store if you want to buy anything from Mexico.

This review is for the grill. Very authentic Mexican food. Ingredients seem fresh and flavorful. The only problem was everything was very salty, I mean salty. So unfortunately this is one and done for me. The person running the register was extremely friendly.

Ok I fell into Heaven do you hear me! Since I left Texas I been trying to find tacos close to what you get there and OMG I have found it. Let me tell you about the Corn Tortillas that its made on, its the best I ever had and I can tell they are homemade, a super plus for me! I got a Chicken Taco, Marinated Pork, and a Campechano which was the best out of all 3. The pork was very good, the chicken was just ok its seasoned well but a little dry still good tho. I was wishing for some sauces to put on the tacos but none came out but it was good without it. I also got a side of grilled onions and the give you chips and salsa that was really good a little salty but good. So, did I tell you that this is my new taco place! Tuesday is 1.00 TACOS I cant wait! Oh this is also a small grocery store with tables set up inside, if you are that bougie type that need stuff fancy dont come here to dine in because it aint fancy at all but its clean and the food is good and trust me all them fancy places they charge you up the butt for that food and the food isnt all that good and its not authentic. 3 tacos cost me 4.77 I didnt have a drink as I am on fluid control. Go visit them, see for yourself! Oh they do breakfast also, they open at 8.

Young lady behind the counter was a sweetheart. Other than that an extremely unpleasant experience and terrible im assuming cause im not Hispanic 🤷‍♂️its a shame cause when they first ope ed I was in there 3 times a week for about a year or so amd brought a plenty of of new faces and customers in there but whatever food was trash not a loss to me.

Highly recommend.. THEY HAD TACOS AT 945AM. I was sad and needed tacos to make me happy. They made that happen.

I was craving Tamales & luckily i seen this little Mexican Mercado in a place i least expected. So i stopped to see if they had some & yeah they did!Also, t/staff was VERY polite & helpful. As they should be but i mean she walked me around to t/area...-thru a little restaurant (that was full-thats a sign FoodsGoodHereIll definitely be back!

My favorite place to get authentic tacos, their chorizo is so good. I especially love coming on taco Tuesdays, all tacos are $1! I usually go in and sit down and eat at least 2-4 times a month but Im always getting carry out! But they are a little rude when you sit down and eat, not very attentive at all, sometimes you feel like youre bothering them by sitting down! But I really love the set up there, its an authentic Mexican supermarket, with a small area to eat. Its cute

I usually order here all the time I ordered this time 20min in advance stopped at 2 stores before I went there and my order wasnt even started I couldnt wait because I had to go to work in van buren so I told them never mind since it wasnt started so today I order Im still in pjs and I was told I couldnt get food from there anymore the waitress acted as if i was lying about showing up or food not even being started the cook knew and the food is amazing the waitress is horrible though my family said they would order and pick it up I said I will not even give them my money kinda messed up I love my tacos but not worth dealing with the people

Kinda disappointed the food was really good but the lady there is really rude Ill never go back and I wouldnt refer anyone to go there unless you want to deal with attitudes I really dont understand why they act like they do the lady who took my order needs to be fired I will just keep going to detroit it was so convenient for me smh

I love the food they have here.. I usually get the pork burrito because it is filled with so much flavor. I have however tried other things on the menu. All of it is good and affordable. If you havent tried it yet I would recommend it. Skip taco Bell and just come here. It is actually fresh and filled with flavor.

Because its super super super hard to find authentic Mexican food that is delicious in Michigan, especially after living in parts of Chicago where there was tons of Mexican restaurants where they barely spoke English. That means, translated, that the food was fantastic in Chicago. That also means that finding really good Mexican food here is a godsend and this is one of those places. Especially one dollar taco Tuesdays would you cant beat. $6 and I was literally stuffed!

Tacos and burrito were good also their beans and rice had a lot of flavor. It also convienant that you can pick up small things like tortillas, salsa, even fresh charizo closer to home versus going all the way to southwest, Detroit. Only draw back its a little small especially when busy and accordingly it can take a bit for food.

The BEST horchata downriver! Their quesadillas are always packed; gooey, delicious cheese and mouthwatering, seasoned-to-perfection meat! Love coming here on sunday for some carnitas and bolillos! The owners are such kind people, we will always come back for more!

Very happy with this place. Ive heard several good things but it took a lonf time for me to get here.I had Pollo, campechada, y pastor tacos. All very good. Also a pollo quesadilla, asada tostada, and horchata.No complaints. Friendly service. Great food. Good prices.
