This was originally a 1 star review but, the pharmacy has gone out of their way to earn both my business and has addressed my concerns.

This is by far the best pharmacy Ive ever been too. From day one they took all of my prescriptions and filled them with no problem. Before I went here I would have to chase down different big name pharmacies to get one filled at one place and another at a different big name pharmacies. They always have my prescriptions for my whole family ordered and in stock and ready to go and very quickly. Sam and his whole staff are extraordinary and friendly. The plus side also is that they deliver which helps out big time when we need it. I will never go anywhere else for my prescriptions.

Still the absolute best pharmacy in Downriver! Trying to get my parents to switch! Super friendly staff and Sam always promptly answers any questions that I have. All the staff are very friendly and the pharmacist is the best. He not only helps you with your medications he will take time to answer any questions or concerns. Absolutely amazing customer service. I had to pick my mom up from the hospital and the doctor sent over her prescriptions to this pharmacy. As we were walking up to her door, this pharmacy delivered her prescriptions, all whiten a 1/2 hr time.Excellent customer service, speedy service, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this pharmacy with their personable service over any of the bigger drug stores. And they deliver with NO charge! It works out perfect for those that are unable to get out themselves.They actually care about their patients and their needs and have gone above and beyond to take care of my mom. Sam the pharmacist is great. Always professional and clean, my PCP called in my meds and were waiting for me when I got there.
