Just got married and had A and A cater my wedding. They were amazing. Ive been going to this deli for years and love their food but I never really had to have an event catered so I was a little nervous walking in. Not sure if Anthony is the owner or not but he helped us and took all of the anxiety out of the process. He was able to work with our budget and even lined up staff to help on the actual big day. The day of the wedding everything worked out perfectly. Everyone was on time and did a great job. Most important of all the food was absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether you want a quick sandwich or catering for an event.

This place was recommended by a coworker so we decided to give it a try. I personally had the Rocky sandwich and I wasn’t impressed. Something in it was extremely salty, and the sandwich itself for the price I felt should’ve been better. The place itself, it’s nice and clean. They have a variety of things from meats, fish, pastries, and already prepped food.

Great selection of high quality Italian food! They are a bit pricy, but the best in the area. Well worth the price you pay! If you are looking for a great antipasto this is the place to go! They also have a verity of homemade sausage and various pre-made ready to eat dishes. The workers are friendly, helpful, and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Very, very nice staff. Excellent selection of meats and fish. Sandwich board has many selections.Cant leave the store without some octopus salad, bread, and fresh mozzarella.If you havent been there, Its a must try! Put it on the top of your go to list.

This establishment used to be Fine Foods now they are Truly Disappointing. Ordered a HOT half tray from the catering menu, their online posted prices are not the price I was charged. Tray was not hot. Called and spoke to the manager, his lack of customer service was disturbing. He told me to heat the tray myself, it will only take 10 minutes. All for the food to taste disgusting on top of it all! Our family will NEVER come here again. It won’t let me give ZERO stars, by default this place gets one. Hahaha of course!

I moved to Riverdale from North Arlington and was missing all the Italian Salumerias, that is until I found A&A. It is wonderful! I felt like a kid in a candy store. They have so many wonderful things. I spent more than I planned to but everything I bought was fresh and delicious. I found a new favorite!

I am a regular customer, today I ordered half mozzarella told the counter person I only wanted half, I also ordered a sandwich it was completely WRONG I think ownership was not there to employees too much fooling around.I will not go there anymore.

Have been going here for years. Food is great. We love their fresh mozzerella and always get compliments on it! Always moist and makes everything we serve it with better. A must have especially for the holidays. Also love their salads and sandwiches. A great Italian deli and more!

While the food was good, I had glitches with my order. I was called for a confirmation on my order for 12 guests to be picked up at 10am on a Saturday. When I arrived I was told that the order was in the computer for 2pm. I had to wait for the order to be pulled together. in addition, I had a vegetarian among the guests. I asked for a small number of sandwiches to be tuna. Imagine my surprise to find none in my order. It was very embarrassing. There was mozzarella and fried chicken tenders (why not eggplant) ?

LOVE this place, amazing food and friendly staff. my parents always got our meat from their butcher, theyll custom cut just about anything you ask. Ive since moved out of that area but any time Im anywhere remotely nearby I stop in for a sandwich and walk out with $60+ worth of food cause everythings so damn good

We just hired A & A to cater our first pig roast and all I can say is WOW!! Customer service to prepare, waitress and chef were professional, courteous and exceeded ANY expectation we had, as they both anticipated our needs and completed the task before we asked.The food; incredible! The pig was succulent and sweet. The burgers and dogs cannot be matched by anyone. Both our guests and myself noted that A & A is now our ONLY source for such items. The blended burgers melted in our mouths and had is craving more.Thank you A & A!

We’ve been coming here for years, but recently we’ve experienced gastrointestinal issues after eating from A&A. The first time it happened, we thought maybe it was from something else, but this past weekend we both got sick again immediately following eating a deli sandwich and chicken salad. I don’t know what to think, but we are going to avoid it.

Great Guido & Godfather Sandwiches. It is possible to order a Porchetta from their Butcher which I will do shortly for my dinner guests. Their catering menu is awesome too !

As a Brooklynite living in New Jersey, I found A&A very reminiscent of those great New York Italian specialty shops back in the day where you were treated like part of the family and customers knew each other. Maybe, since the owners are from Brooklyn and grew up in the same environment, they continue that same warm tradition. More importantly, the food is always on the money whether it is a well made sandwich or catering. If you are use to great sausage, I rate theirs the best, especially the skinny ring.Joe

The owner is incredibly rude. Called and asked quotes for catering packages and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally my information was taken and I was informed that someone would have quotes for me prior to days end. I never was contacted, then I called the location and was told I cannot be given a quote, and the day I requested was unavailable.The owner spoke with a very demeaning tone, and was incredibly unprofessional with his level of service. Terrible leadership leads to a location highly recommended as this to not remaining in business much longer. STAY AWAY!!!

My family has been coming to A & A since they opened many years ago. In fact, my parents were one of their first catering customers. The food is always fantastic and the staff is always friendly. I always try and stop by when I’m in the area.

Everything sold at this deli is top notch quality. Some of my familys favorite items include their braciole, their homemade, fresh mozzarella (which literally lasts for approximately 10 minutes in my home before its gone), their freshly prepared sandwiches/wraps/paninis, and of course, all their delicious pasta sauces! We love this gourmet deli and do not know what we would do without it!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES LAUGHING AT ME. YOU WAIT IN LINE FOR ABOUT 15 MIN EACH TIME YOU GO THERE. EVEN IF THERE IS ONLY 1 OTHER CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU. LITERALLY EVERYTHING THERE IS OVER PRICED. EVEN DOWN TO THEIR SNAPPLE. THEIR MARKS UP MUST BE PRETTY GOOD AHAHA. ON TOP THAT YOU CANT PAY BY CARD IF ITS UNDER 20 BUCKS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE THERE MAKING INSANE AMOUNT OF MONEY ON ALL OF THEIR ITEMS. I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE ANY LONGER.

Great place ... If you dont mind waiting on a line for over 15 mins by your self while no one is helping you and youre being ignored ... And staff clearly sees you standing there upset. And SAYS NOTHING TO YOU. Nothing like well be right with you nothing. Walked out of this place months ago and havent returned since.

Frustrating, I got a bad cut, when I nicely asked for a normal cut I got 50% more and an attitude, so I just paid for the additional amount. This the second time it happened and I will never go back.
