The sales lady let me take one of the shoes of each pair of shoes to my 92 year old father who was in the car in the parking lot. His feet was swelling that day and it made it hard for him to walk. I can never find what I want in my size. But I usually find something I need. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If they cant find what you need, they will look for it at other locations, call them, have them hold it for you and give you a $2 off coupon for your troubles. They also have great coupons by mailings and online.

I needed some new shoes for driving. I wear a very large/wide size, and they carry them. They also have sale prices even on my large size. Service was good.

Even tho stock can be limited I always find something. They will also search other stores for you if they dont have it. Ive shopped payless since I can remember with my mom and now I take my kids. Glad they exsist
