One of the best local furniture stores I’ve ever been to! When Ashley held up our order for over 2 months, and were expecting more of a delay, Buckeye saved the day! They have a nice collection, and the best part is, they have furniture in stock! They were well prepared for this pandemic and I was able to take home a sofa the same day, for less than the manufacturers retail value. Blown away by the ease of the transaction. Got two great pieces that were just as good if not better than the original ones I had planned for. Greg was great at answering questions and helped us pick the pieces that were best for our home and needs. The delivery guys were also stellar! They brought the furniture in quickly and efficiently even when we were afraid it wouldn’t fit! Very professional and overall great experience. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Not very customer friendly. Needed a pink slip that I couldnt find but I could get the model number off of the bottom of the chair didnt offer

Absolutely the best service around! Needed repair done on sofa, two months after purchase. They came, took it, and had it back good as brand new....the next day! Delivery guy is kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed not having to beg for repairs. Look forward to purchasing from them again.

Absolutely one of the friendliest and most helpful staff Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting (furniture store wise) no pressure and the amount or custom options I had NO CLUE about, that theyll do for you is AMAZING!! Pricing may range middle to high end no American freight price wise but its truly twice the quality and they did lower both items I just was looking at significantly! ALSO GOT MY FIRST DOG CHIPPY HERE WHEN I WAS IN PRESHOOL!

Two years ago I bought 2 recliners. The back of one was sinking in. They came out & restuffed it. They had to take the buttons off to do it, so they took the back to the store to have the buttons put back on. They had it back to me within 3 hours. I am very happy with their service.

Very upset bought furniture love furniture but needed repair on love seat lie after lie will be there to fix it for 4 months after numerous phone calls and more promises to be out each week no one has yet to fix our love seat they are good on selling the product to make the commissionBut does not stand by the product when it needs repairedI do not recommend this company they are all about the sale and not taking care of customer when there is an issueGave them several chances to make it right and they just dont want to fix what they sell
