Outstanding customer service. Michelle is a gem to work with . I’m an hour n half away . I ordered a very special plant n plant stand from them of high quality. I fell inlove with the order that I special ordered a few for my self and drove down . The plants n the stands are extremely high quality grade as well as there staff n Customer service. My daughter bought me flowers for my birthday. Why would you give me dark flowers and lilies not yet bloomed. Hate orange and beside that green and purple. I am so disappointed. New florist. I do not now. Birthday march 26th so why send me fall colors and really badly arranged. So disappointed

Walked in weekend of Mothers day, and they delivered my mom an absolute beautiful bouquet of flowers! I know how busy they were today, but they were awesome, the order was delivered a couple of hours later, mom received her flowers and she loved them!!!

The Flowerloft provided us with an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement. I called and told them the recipients favorite color and what price we were looking to spend and they provided a gorgeous bouquet in a very timely manner and also made payment over the telephone extremely easy!
