2 out of 3 of the ice creams got other ice cream mixed in it & wasnt supposed to be, which is very bad cause they dont know if a person is allergic to something or not & they mixed it with no problem & you clearly see the mixure & it wasnt just a small amount.. Then the guy doing the ice cream had a bull style nose ring in his nose, I have no problem with it elsewhere, but in this line of business, specially steady leaning over the ice cream, very unprofessional & I for one, this was my 1st time & definitely my LAST visit here, & I will speak to others about my experience

Tried to go thru the drive thru and order, the person on the speaker was rude, and kept sighing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place just gave us pecans instead of almonds in a mud pie and they gave us the wrong type of ice cream for a chocolate devotion. Sorry but that’s just unacceptable. We won’t be back to this Cold Stone.

Ordered the lucky charms ice cream and they gave me nothing but green ice cream. cute.

That was a let down. They dont have the flavors of ice cream, never heard of rocky road ice cream, cant make a banana split. Cones are something id expect from some back world street vendor. They offer donuts no one would order, and cakes 1/3 size of normal. Sandwiches with few choices and hard bread. Why would anyone go there?

Tried to get some ice cream on the bike tonight. When I got there they took the order from the car in front if me and when I go to place my order I get nothing from the intercom. I tried multiple times to get a response. After no response for several minutes. I ride up to the window. I see one of the workers inside see me and then walk out of view. I tried thinking to get someones attention with still no one coming to take my order. Why be open and trying to sell food when the workers wont even take someones order.

Always good even though I cant eat icecream, I make a cherry, cheesecake icecream, caramel, whipped cream, Gram cracker crumbs, called the Uhura

Great unique options for ice cream. I love that they let you choose from a wide variety of toppings to add to your ice cream and they have several flavors to choose from. This makes pretty much any combination you want possible. Their signature creations are also great if youre not feeling too adventurous to create your own and they occasionally run promotions in conjunction with movies such as Batman Vs Superman with their own unique combination of toppings and ice cream. The staff is friendly and helpful. My wife and I love eating there.

Very disappointed!!! Was there this evening...6 young people were working!!! Not wearing gloves or masks...properly....masks under their chins!!! No hand sanatizer sitting out No Covid signs!!! Cold Stone/ Tim Horten does not following Covid guide lines????? Ice cream as always good!!! But not mixed...they were in a hurry!! Lol.... Oh!!! In the bathroom no paper towels!!! Wont be going back...for a long while!!!

I went today and got a prepacked quart of ice cream. Asked for cake batter. After waiting a few minutes, they come to the window with a mocha latte. Didnt even order any coffee. As we were driving down the road to go home, I open the container and its OREO.

Pathetic. Sandwich bread was stale. Ice cream was not to cold stone standards. Ice cream tasted like a very cheap brand. And severely over priced.

Before I start I have to say that the products are good and Ive usually had amazing service. I do not give reviews immediately after visiting a place but I had to for this! was out to surprise my fiance for his birthday tomorrow and visited this 24/7 location in Lima. while asking for ice cream the person serving was rude. I wanted the ice cream in a cone and ALL she wanted to know was the size(she asked for it in a very rude manner)-which pissed me off. I told her the size I wanted. As she was about to put it in a cup, I told her I wanted the cone (she would have known I wanted it had she had listened to what I had to say earlier!) and she tells me they are out of waffle cups! I wanted this to be a great experience for my fiance and I but we both came out irritated!

Horrible service.We pulled up to the window, ordered one item. One.She asked twice what the order was.We pull up, wait a few minutes.She comes to the window and asks whats the order again.Another several minutes pass, she brings a RUNNY milkshake to the window.Are this point, no apology for the long wait and rewarded for it with a runny milkshake?Her response was ok when we expressed frustration and she clearly didnt care whatsoever.Keep this up, youre losing customers.

The waffle cone was stale and chewy like a wet rag only small parts of it was crispy. Worst waffle Bowl Ive ever had. Will not go back!!!

So, the wife and I dont get to go to places like this very often. With a house full of kids, money isnt there for luxuries. That makes it a big deal when we do this. On 6/30/18, the wife orders the ice cream that she has been craving, but notices the clerk putting the wrong ingredients in. She asks her if she is putting the wrong ingredients in and is told no as the person starts quickly mixing. She is handed the dish and sees, right on top, the wrong ingredients. The clerk says, before the wife can even speak, I can remake it in an irritated voice. She remakes it quickly, and shoves it at us. The ice cream is slopped over the side and there is another ingredient on top that doesnt belong.

They didnt have anything with bananas in it and the whole reason I came here was for the Banana Split sundae then they didnt have the new Reeses peanut butter ice cream thats all over their website. So in short they have the same stuff you can buy at the grocery store.
