WOW! I had my first appointment with Visual Eyes today and to say I left impressed is an understatement. My appointment was at 7:30 am and I had my exam, ordered my contacts, and was out of the door at 7:59 am. This was the quickest eye appointment I have ever had. I also appreciate how nice everyone was -- I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Today was my first visit to visual eyes and I just want to let everybody know that their office and the doctors and everyone there made you feel so comfortable and relaxed and it actually was a very joyful experience being there and I just want to give a shout out to Dr Miller and her staff because they are awesome.

Lima is very fortunate to have Visual Eyes. On each visit Dr. Miller & her staff are friendly, knowledgeable & professional in my care and treatment. There is not only a good choice of quality frames, but also exams are thorough.Recently I had an issue with my eyes on a Saturday. Dr. Miller returned my call & spent time assessing what may be the problem & what to do. A follow-up visit confirmed what she suspected. Dr. Miller then referred me to an ophthalmologist, in order to concur as to the specific diagnosis and best treatment.

Dr. Ann Rea Miller is so friendly and easy to express any concerns to. When my children went in for there visit, the staff made the visit fun for them. Dr. Miller made them comfortable and found out that the previous eye doctor that they had went to, had there prescription completely incorrect. Dr. Miller made sure there new eye prescription was correct and explained everything to them. While picking out there new frames, the staff was patient and kind. Thank you Visual Eyes!

Dr Miller is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I especially appreciate Sam for helping me pick out my frames last year! I could not love them more. Great selection of frames

Dr. AnnRea is wonderful and extremely thorough during examinations! Her staff is also amazing and so helpful when picking out frames. My children are so comfortable with her and always leave with the coolest frames and smiles!

I haven’t been to get my eyes checked since I was a kid. Got something stuck in my eye plus vision gradually degrading over the years so figured it was time. Actually it was a very wonderful experience! All the staff were super sweet and helpful. Dr.Miller got whatever it was out of my eye in record time with no pain! So happy I found this place!

Dr. Miller always takes the time to talk with the patient to get the best feel of their issue. My son has been going to her since he was 3 1/2 years old and she and her staff have been great with him.

Excellent atmosphere!!! Although I did freak out from having my pupils dialated (until my vision returned to normal) I called the office and was reassured they didnt try to blind me😁. All jokes aside excellent place I was actually seen before my appointment time no wait.

Do not go here.Dr. Miller does not care about customers, only money.If the galsses are bad, she will not refund money and only makes excuses for the poor service.Id rather be blind than tolerate what she has put me through for a month.
