Wondering when I can pick up my prescription glasses that came in to the store just before shutdown. They are paid for and would like any answer as soon as possible. Have tried calling and emailing several times.Kathy

Tried to make an appointment, the receptionist answered and the phone did the fax machine screech. Called back twice, same thing. Dont know if they cant figure out how to disconnect the fax or just dont want to make appointments, but I guess Ill be going elsewhere.
