Yes, its now the only game in town...could probably get away with resting on their laurels.But my experience was very positive! Had my computer back to me in a timely manner!

Girlfriend had a touch screen computer that a corner of the screen wouldn’t work. Took it to viper systems here in Lima and they gave it back and it seem to be fixed but the outside of the screen looks all messed up and figured out later the camera didn’t worked after the install and worked perfectly fine before they worked on it. Took it back and they said they have to charge her to even look at it. If you fix something and it made another thing stop working you should fix it for free. Not a very good company

Worked on different computer for me and no problems. Even contacted for advice over computers and been very helpful.

I dropped off my computer to receive an estimate for repair and never got it back. They took my computer and said it was theirs. Apparently they have a clause written in the fine print in the paperwork they have you sign saying if you dont pick your computer up in a set number of days they retain ownership of your device. NO ONE WENT OVER THAT WITH ME WHEN DROPPING IT OFF OR WHEN THEY CALLED ME. Basically they are legal thieves.

Absolutely the poorest experience that I have ever had with a business. The owner has a very nasty attitude and is not competent. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The computer was not repaired correctly. I accept that this can happen on any repair. When I called, I was informed that I had caused the problem. (same problem that I reported for the repair.) He told the BBB that he had sent me an email. Never happened. They had my cell number and never called. The computer sat for 4 months while we were in Florida. Went back today. Owner was not available. Left message. Never called.Dont use the company for any service. There were 2 very competent employees that worked for the company. They are gone and the service has gone South.This is the first time in 77 years that I ever filed a complaint with the BBB.

Needed a whole new hard drive ordered and new system and was done over the weekend.
